Love this resort the people are so kind rooms extremely clean and the food was amazing. The entertainment team did a fabulous job keeping the guests busy and having an extremely good time. I will definitely be back next year can’t wait

Ocean Coral Spring: Great Resort!

The resort was very clean and the people were very friendly. They have bowling, a small disco, and they also have a small casino (without table games). It would be nice to have more 'a la carte' options for diverse dining, but otherwise the food was good. It would also be better if there was more entertainment outdoors as that would bring more people together and create a more lively experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Family resort

Great service, very clean, staffs are friendly, food was amazing, jerk chicken..delicious. We enjoyed the Japanese cuisine and the Italian restaurant. The pools are warm and clean. We loved kids club and their programs. Overall, it is an amazing resort.

Riu Negril: Good Resort

RIU Negril is very good Resort.. But property needs Renovations specifically Bath and Toilet. Food is Excellent. Costumers Service excellent. Specialty restaurants not very good menu. Reservations need to do as soon as u arrived. BEACH 🏝️ IS FANTASTIC. You do get tired of eating same Food for a week even though the variety of Dishes plenty. No Room service

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Wonderful time

It's an amazing resort. Food was good. Lovely beache, lots of entertainment, day and night. I thoroughly enjoyed. I liked that it has it's own little village with live entertainment, a night club and shops with reasonable prices. Along with several restuarants on the resort, for those who want some thing different and a bit more formal.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: My Amazing Experince

Bahia Principle Grand Jamaica was a beautiful resort. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with drinks and great hospitality. We stayed in the junior superior suite which was very spacious, and well kept. Big balcony with a garden view. The food was delicious and there was lots of variety. Disappointing that can only book 3 al-a-carte dinners, and the rest of the time you must eat at the buffet. Beaches were beautiful, pool was clean, and staff were always kind and helpful.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: PARADISE IN NEGRIL AT THE RIU PALACE TROPICAL BAY

This resort is absolutely beautiful! From the impeccable grounds to the delicious food served at the buffet and at the a la carte restaurants. We stayed in an ocean view junior suite . Waking up to the sounds of the pristine waters and admiring the sunsets in the evenings was breathtaking(most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen). The best part of our vacation was the beach. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Always amazing

Got married here 5 years ago and came back to relive the memories. With in incredible staff, my favourite Dorrett who we fell in love with from the start ! The resort is awesome! Wish the visitors were the same. People need to appreciate the people and place.

Riu Montego Bay: Pure dead brilliant

the resort is fantastic. it is spotless and the rooms are spotless and modern. the bars and restaurants were excellent, the food was good, with the exception of the Steak House which was terrible. we walked out halfway through our meal it was that bad. the staff were fantastic and friendly. and only to happy to help with anything. the swim up bar pool was always busy and load as to be expected. but had to be evacuated 3 times during our stay due to someone throwing up in two occasions and once  [... read more]someone had diarrhea in the pool. pick one of the other 3 pools to be safe,

Riu Montego Bay: Amazing Resort

1) Lovely time thanks to the staff there who treated us with great hospitality - reception staff, servers in dining areas, bartenders, lifeguards and house cleaning staff. 2) Can't say enough about the Entertainment staff who were FABULOUS in entertaining us day and night. Thoroughly enjoyed their shows. 3) Food was great and lots of variety. 4) Our family suite was great, except that the room has a king-size bed which was 2 double beds pushed together as a king-size bed. 5) NEW - Adul [... read more]ts Only Resort - nice change. 6) NEW - more swimming pools (instead of only 2 as in the past) which is great plus a splash water area with slides which was fun. 7) NEW - renovations to lobby area. We didn't find it as appealing as the lobby area before. Before there was a large table on which was placed a large floral arrangement which really enhanced the lobby area. Also with the renovation, there are some area rugs under the coffee tables in the seating area which look very bland, inexpensive (even if that is not the case) and not attractive. Hopefully this will be looked at as we gather other guests had the same assessment.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Gorgeous Spot with Great Food and Drinks

The beach is amazing. The food and drinks were the best I've had at a resort. The resort is clean and newly renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is not huge like others, and my senior parents could get around easily.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Quiet

Entertainment was not good in the evening and there was next to know activities during the day at the pool or beaches. The buffet was not good and was the same most every night. The desserts were terrible.

We treated ourselves to a revitalizing couples massage, and in the tranquil ambiance of the spa, we felt all our stress melt away. The hydro circuit, in particular, was incredibly refreshing, taking us through the soothing steam room, the comforting dry heat of the sauna, the relaxing jets, and the invigorating cold plunge tank. The accommodations at Secrets Resorts are nothing short of luxurious. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a stunning view of the ocean. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities, including a comfortable bed, well-stocked minibar, and the beautiful ocean bay views from our breath taking swim out made it a haven of relaxation. The nightly turn down service added an extra touch of class and made us feel truly pampered.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Perfect resort to chill

Older Resort but well maintained. Food was really good. staff are great. the views are great if you like sunsets this is the place. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The beach is not a 10 but clean. Will be back soon.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Awful resort

There was cock roaches in the toilet in my room and also the pool bathroom toilet. The restaurants and buffet had NO AC only in ur room. The food was the same all the time!! I give this resort ZERO STARS!!!

Absolutely loved this resort from the amazing people that work there to the lovely rooms. Not too many people had booked there so not all restaurants were opened at the same time, understandably made sense. However all buffets made up for that...we could always find something wonderful to eat. It was my birthday while we were there and they all went out of their way to make it very special for me, right down to a wonderful bubble bath...

Riu Montego Bay: Had a blast

We just returned from one week at the riu Montego Bay. It was a blast !!! The entertainment was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The food at this resort was unbelievable. However… If you’re someone looking for a nice beach, this isn’t the place. There’s seagrass everywhere, you can’t go in any further than your knees before you Hit the seagrass. We had to leave the resort for the day and pay to go to DR’s cave beach so we can swim for one day. Our first room didn’t even have a view of the ocean And took us three days to switch rooms with a view of the ocean. Save your $ .. do a garden view !! Overall we had a great time.

Ocean Coral Spring: Resort is spectacular

Grounds was well taken care of, restaurants superb, rooms were great despite the fact that some days face cloth and towels were not put in room, service was very prompt and always accommodating, beach was not the greatest lots of rocks in water, overall the resort is fabulous, shows after dinner was amazing

Couples Sans Souci: Won't be returning to any Couples resort.

Upon arriving a ground floor room wasn't ready. The shower didn't have a shower head. The shower floor was made of river stones, very pain painful. The resort is very hilly with lots of stairs, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. One night they were serving lobster tail. My wife loves lobster. She was told she could have as many has she wants. After 2 tails they refused to give her any more. The service at the main restaurant has not very good. I asked 3 time for a diet coke whic [... read more]h was not given, I had to go to the bar myself to get it. I asked for ketchup for my fries, they brought me a small container with a drop of ketchup. I had to search for bottle which was reluctantly given to me. When asking for an additional serving, they would ignore the request. Most foods were hot spicy which we are allergic to so the selections were extremely limited for us. Overall not an enjoyable stay.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Second time at Grand Bahia

We enjoyed ourselves 4 years ago and returned with a group of 4 others to once again enjoy all that this hotel has to offer. I recommend it for beach lovers as the sea was clear, calm and warm with a gradual slope. We participated in exercises in the water every day and in many of the games on the beach. Our rooms were cold, mini fridge stocked daily, clean, and supplied with adequate towels, etc. One room had a problem with the safe and this was quickly fixed. In another room the phone did [... read more]n't work but we used whatsapp and free wifi to connect with each other. We ate mostly at the buffet as the food was plentiful with lots of choices and a Jamaican section. Room for improvement - could use more local fruits but it wasn't mango season. I don't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs and size of the hotel which requires a lot of walking although there is a shuttle service.
