El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Good time

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was very good. The service was very slow… booking process for a la carte restaurants was frustrating… beware of the holiday sales people… waste of time and very pushy. The beach needs a lot of work… if you are looking for real Punta Cana white sand this is not the place… sat at the pool most of the time. Air Canada airport transfer sucked… waited along in a bus with masks on with no A/C for an hour… no one came to see us… after I [... read more] got off the bus to make sure we were on the right bus and no one could tell us what was going on… after a half hour more two more groups showed up…. Had we had been told that we would have taken a cab to the hotel. Over all 7 out of 10.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Amazing resort.

The food was great. Loved the entertainment. Pool is fantastic. All the a la cartes were very good and available. I would definitely return. We had an amazing time and met some really nice people from around the world. They dealt with the covid issue in a very good way. Was glad the swim up bar was open.

Ocean Blue and Sand: First time to Dominican and never going back!

I thought the hotel and everything was great until I discovered I was robbed by my maid (male) I stayed November 4 through to the 11th. I and my husband have travelled over 20 times and have never ever had this issue. I know there’s nothing I can do except not refer this resort to anybody, or never ever return myself. I am completely heartbroken as my charm bracelet will never be replaceable in total about $3000 was taken from my room between my FULL Pandora bracelet my four rings and my Lu [... read more]lulemon vest. Ocean Maya Royale: A breath of fresh air!

Nice to be able to travel again, and second time back,at Ocean Maya Royale. We chose the Privilege suite and happy we did as we prefer this room layout and location over the block building rooms. Love being able to walk along the beach all the way to Grand Velas and back, about a 90 min. walk in all. The sun is still shining making lounging around so nice. As with any resort, it’s so nice simply having to choose what to put on your plate and not having to get the groceries or make it. So t [... read more]hankful for the resort staff who are cooking and cleaning and making the stay so enjoyable, Shoutout to Crystal and Asusana in the Privilege area as they were so helpful with inquiries and in arranging the PCR test required to get back in to Canada. Very smooth process as a nurse comes onsite for the testing and you get the results back within about 30 hrs. The added requirements uploading various docs to ArriveCAN added a touch of anxiety to the last 24 hours of the trip, yet I would do it all again. The staff go over and above with masking protocol and I feel sorry for them as they even must wear it outdoors and in public spaces. They definitely deserve generous tips for sure. You see additional disinfecting taking place around the resort as well. And you have to wear disposable gloves when getting your food at the buffet restaurant, La Hacienda. All good, and I’m sure all required by the Mexican tourism board to help tourists feel safe. Would love to know the number of positive COVID tests from people having stayed at the resorts. I would wager less than 1%. Totally felt safe being there, unmasked in open areas, and around lots of people, regardless of their vaccination status.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great Resort

We had a wonderful time at the Ocean CoralTurquesa. The Covid protocols made us feel safe throughout the resort. I have a problem with stairs and we were moved to a ground floor unit within one day. The restaurant’s were very good. We used room service one night and it was prompt and hot. The Blue team was amazing. We had so much fun at the Chill pool watching the games. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Vacation 2021

This hotel is very clean. Restaurants one open other closed no communication. Front desk be prepared to wait 45 minutes on a good day. Our Sunwing rep. was the best person to talk to and get issues resolved Thank you Jesus your the best. No entertainment prices should be cheaper. Covid testing big money grab.

Ocean El Faro: Amazing resorts

What great vacation I had at Ocean El Faro Punta Cana one of the best 👌!!!Resort is new and very clean !!!!Staff did very great job making sure we have great time!!!!Food is very good There is 6 restaurant to go and buffet and coffe place omg and much more !!!!!!4 big pools and lazy river swings and beach with bar on it omg I can go on and on !!!!! There is SPA we went fir facial and it was the best one ever!!!! MY BEST VOCATION EVER LOVE OCEAN EL FARO ❤

Everything is so beautiful and so nice. Very Very clean resort, and very friendly people. I can't wait to go back. Room is nice,large clean. Food is amazing, people is so friendly and helpful. I'm talking to my all friends about this resort how nice is.

Ocean El Faro: Beautiful Resort

We recently returned from a fabulous week at Ocean El Faro. I travelled with five family members. Check in was simple. The lobby is massive with amazing decorating. The resort is gorgeous. The grounds are well maintained. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The pools are kept at a very comfortable temperature and the resort is very family friendly. All staff are polite and friendly. The resort follows Covid guidelines. Any inside activity requires guests to wear masks. Hand hy [... read more]giene is required prior to going into restaurant facilities. All staff wear masks. The buffet requires patrons to wash their hands and don a glove. The facility to have the required Covid PCR test is located at the hotel for convenience. I was hesitant to travel but after going to Ocean El Faro I would feel comfortable to travel there again.

Ocean El Faro: Great entertainment staff, weak hotel

Entertainment staff was great, especially Wilson, Wonder, Ana, and Laura, Francis at the sports bar was amazing, As far as the rest goes, the resort was really nice and well kept. But the staff was really rude and cranky, and the genders that are around Wednesday and Saturday and very pushy and annoying, food was great everywhere, hotel is great but because of the majority of the staff I will not visit again

However I had an incident, one of the staff who clean and makes the room, opened my room door to another guest and my brand new shoes that I purchased 3 weeks prior to my trip went missing. customer service employee came to my room and told me this employee has done and he has been fired unaceptable

Ocean Maya Royale: Nice stay!

Not fresh hotel but they trying to maintain it in good level. Beach can be improved with more sand and cleaning in time from seaweed.Poool is clean and beautiful. Food choice: satisfying,good selection of salads,fruits but main foods are limited by staff distribution. No direct access to the food. Constant temperature control before entrance to the restaurant, mask,gloves protocol in place.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Not worth it. Dirty outdated resort.

Very bland. Extremely poorly kept and rooms, facilities and general areas are dirty and outdated. I would not recommend this resort. Stayed there with two children and rooms were dirty, bad ac, poorly serviced everything. Bland if not bad food.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Punta Cana, Ocean Blue Resort, Bavaro Beach

During covid it was a challenge to finally arrive at resort. It was an incredible stay at this beautiful resort, we upgraded on arrival to the privilege rooms which are much bigger and we had our own private beds and lounge chairs on the beach, also had our very own contiki bar service, which was outstanding. We highly recommend upgrading once there if it’s available. Can’t say enough good things about our experience! Just be aware there is a big issue with seaweed on the shore! Definitely not a 5-star hotel. The problems: 1. The safe, the TV remote, the telephone and the coffee maker did not work. It took two calls to fix the safe, two calls to replace the coffee maker, three visits to the reception to fix the telephone and the remote was never fixed 2. Ala carte restaurants were extremely hard to book - unlike other resorts, here it was not possible to book in advance, but just for the same day. The maid usually came to clean the room at 6-7 pm, so we did not have the room made up for 2-3 days. The things we liked: 1. The pools - a lot of them and suited for everybody; young or old; well maintained too 2. The buffet variety, especially fish and seafood. Tasty too. 3. Generally, the hotel territory looks nice. 4. The personnel works hard to entertain the guests.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Ocean Coral and Turquesa Review

We were a party of 4 adults who stayed in the Adults section of the resort! The food was really good, the grounds were beautiful and well kept! The grounds keepers work very hard to keep it looking nice! The sand on the beach was raked and cleaned of grass and seaweed daily! Would like to mention how hard Jemmima works taking drink orders and delivering them none stop! This lady is incredible! also Wilbur at the pool bar makes wonderful drinks, and works none stop! Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: It ok

This was my second time in this resort I found some change the ground are beautiful they really try is a new management I found the buffet some day was ok some days was Barely anything the a la Cart restaurants they gone worse. Ocean Coral Spring: Amazing Resort!

As the resort is brand new, the premises were in pristine condition and the amenities were amazing. The resort was amply staffed and we always had someone to attend to our needs. The staff and maintenance crew were stellar. Would definitely recommend this resort for families.Definitely 5 star.

Great resort layout everything is close for walking. Elevators available if need. Grounds well kept.junior suite adult section could use updating.Beach was great and beach service was also great the service and all staff are very attentive to anything you need or want .cant say anything about butler service didn't use. All the ala carte restaurant food was great, buffet could use more variety for lunch and dinner.
