Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Such a great place to go

The hotel was AWESOME. Great staff such nice people. Food was so good with a good verity. Beach had its time when the seaweed was bad you can’t help that great beach otherwise. Soooo many places to take great pictures also. Our room was nice also , this resort is very clean they are always cleaning. The gym was the worst part but not everyone like the gym. Neon night was so much fun. Great place I would recommend this place for sure.

Occidental Tucancun: Budget Resort

The resort is very clean and most of the staff were very helpful specially Eric from the Mexico Lindo restaurant. We didn’t swim in the beach as it was full of seaweeds and the waves are big. The food in the buffet were always the same almost everyday. The seafood restaurant was good. The entertainment was good as well. The lobby were always packed and busy. Need to add bar tender. The hotel has a good location very close to the mall and bus stop.

Riu Latino: Amazing resort!!

This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at.The whole staff were incredible. The grounds were immaculate! All staff were very friendly!! The food was all great from the buffet and the restaurants!! I would definitely go back!! If you like sitting on the beach, bring an umbrella so you can escape the sun a bit!

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: So much fun!

Hotel is great I’m not a review writer but I’ll say that the food was amazing - the service was amazing - the drinks were the best I’ve ever had at any resort - go see Kenny at the Tiki bar he runs the bar like a speakeasy it’s super quaint he loves making great drinks! The tiki bar needs a tv so you don’t have to go inside to watch a sports game that’s my only complaint

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great for young children!

The resort had lots of fun things to do for young children. There is a kids club that has a pirates ship water park with lots of slides, basketball court, movie room and crafts! There are a few pools and one which is somewhat indoor which was good when the kids had enough sun. The food and staff are excellent. Very clean resort but a little old looking.

Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort and Spa: Great Resort

This was a great spot to spend a vacation Staff were amazing, food was great. Rooms need a bit of a upgrade but really who spends time in the room when you are on vacation Absolutely no issues or complaints. Would go back in a heart beat

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Absolutely amazing

I have been to this resort last Feb 2022 and it was recovering from COVID. It was an okay experience. However I decided to go again with my family and we had a great time. Food, staff, entertainment and cleanliness of the resort was all 5/5. Will definitely go again!

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Our stay

Staff from restaurants, pool, house keeping, valets extremely beautiful and hard working, spa staff , very pushy with sales for vacation, and a bit too much, food Amazing but not 1 day of lobster. Had to leave resort for lobster. Bought expensive bottle of crystal champagne, for my fiancé birthday he was celebrated with a beautiful decorated table and restaurant staff sang beautiful happy birthday. Overall clean and beautiful resort with amazing chefs and staff.

The Sens Cancun: Very nice resort

Room was fantastic, cleaned and mini fridge stocked every day many restaurants to choose from and you have à la carts and buffets. Manager at le buffet Huberto Gonzalez was friendly and keep restaurant’s running smoothly. Great spa facilities, special thanks to massage therapist Maritza very professional and helped me get rid of some my back pain and get me back on my feet. The nightly shows were actually very good hotel staff was quick to solve any issues that you did have. Hotels can arrange for many excursions. And you feel very safe. I personally think this hotel is great. I apologize if I misspelled some of the staffs name.

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Loved it

We completely loved our stay at Catalonia. Everything was great. A few of our requests for bed linens and a new iron were not responded to on time but I would say that was minor when considering the whole resort, the service and the quality we received. Beach was clean and grounds were immaculate and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful hotel nice rooms , great staff great food and drinks. Reservations app didn’t like at least it not at midnight anymore but still very difficult to get a reservation and you still need your phone for eating at the restaurant for lunch or supper. Witch I don’t like because when I’m on vacation I don’t want to use my phone. Beach is very nice but they have a problem with feces washing up on the beach every day

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Great family vacation

Great family holiday. Service was amazing, food was good, hotel was clean (was worried about the musky smell I keep reading about but luckily we didn't experience it). Very family friendly, lots of entertainment. Fun characters and entertainment even at breakfast. Would definitely go again. Only thing I would note which didn't impact my stay in any way is that they have cut corners with building the resort and at two years old, it is showing some signs of age. Other than that, we loved it. Lobby [... read more] is gorgeous, staff are SO friendly, and facilities are lovely. Kids were obsessed with kids pool - cabanas, restaurants and bar service all in the proximity so it was easy to spend hours there.

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Really good food and really nice people!

Let me first start by saying if your uncomfortable speaking spanish or trying to speak spanish then this might not be the place for you. We have very limited spanish and most of the staff doesnt have very good english but we always made it work and got what we needed or wanted with a little extra work. They had mexican night (all in spanish) but it didnt matter we had such a blast watching the dancers and the comedian. Everyone had a really great night. I have been to all inclusives before and the food is generally boring and blah to accomodate a multitude of palates... but this was flavorful! The selection was small but there was always something good to eat! The crepe cart was dessert for the evening nightly. The beach was really nice and not a lot of people on it. Rooms were clean. It was a 3star but a solid we would 100 percent go back to 3 star. Next time my husband and I will learn more spanish though so we can communicate with everyone better.

Krystal Cancun: It was ok

Just a ok resort. Buffett was very small and always the same things. The whole resort was shut down by 11pm completely! The rooms were great but we were on the sixth floor and the elevator wasn’t working. The beach was great with lots of shade and chairs.

Moon Palace Cancun: Disappointing. Not what it use to be.

This was my 12th trip to Moon Palace but my first since Jan. 2020 (for obvious reasons). What a major disappointment in almost every conceivable way. Though the cost of going has gone up approx. 50% since 2020, everything from service, room essentials, food, golf, amenities etc. has gone down hill. From blaring music at a wedding that shook our windows (from 200M away) until 11pm. Both wheelchairs we were issued came with severely under inflated tires. Our room did not get cleaned one day and th [... read more]e beer we requested was left on top of the dresser instead of being put into the fridge and the coffee was not replaced. The golf used to be included by redeeming "Resort credits" now its $250USD per person before 7am. The course is in great condition (as hardly anyone plays it) but the sand (mud) traps are abysmal. Unfortunately, as much as I use to love Moon Palace, I will never go there again and would never recommend it to friends like I use to.

The resort was very nice and modern , the rooms were very large modern and very clean. The food was amazing, the restaurants and buffet were really great. The entertainment could have been alot better in the evening, sometimes nothing going on at all . The beach was very beautiful hardly any seaweed at all because we were North of cancun , the only downfall was absolutely No umbrellas at the beach at all only palm trees which didn’t do much to keep the sun off . Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort and Spa: Good

Overall service is very good, waitresses are very kind, hotel is old. We had a room with ocean view and a small pool which was very nice! Food is not the greatest in the restaurants but it is ok, we had dinner in the Italian restaurant and the pizza was made on a pita bread breakfasts are amazing can’t complain! Overall everything was ok with the resort

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa

Okay.....so let me tell you! The Golden is the most amazing fun, fabulous vacation resort around. The hotel is so so clean. Everything gets cleaned every day, The bartenders are absolutely amazing. They make you feel like one of the family like you have been friends forever. The drinks are amazing! So many varieties and they are fast and fabulous! Fonzy has been there for over 25 years. Service in the Golden is #1 and par none! All the extracurricular activities are so much fun! All the service friends are so polite, friendly and always go above and beyond to make you feel like the really care. The beach is absolutely fabulous! The waters are several colours of sky blue and so mesmerizing. The pool is awesome; you can chill in the pool and overlook the beach ocean. There are numerous bars all of which are so amazing! You CANNOT go wrong staying at the Golden. We had so much FUN! We loved every minute of our stay. If you are a social person you will enjoy this Resort so much! So many people we met have been going to the Golden for 6 to 20 years. That's gotta tell you! Everyone we met was so much fun and friendly. I just can't say enough about my stay. I loved it! I really found MY HAPPY PLACE!!!! Can't wait to go back!

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Amazing resort

Our family had great time at the resort. Food, services everything was great except last day when we had issue with the running cold water. I would recommend to have little bit more choices for vegetarians. We were turned down from burgers restaurants many times because they always ran out of fries and veggie burgers. By the way their fries and veggie burgers were the best we ever had. Must visit restaurants Fuel Gusto Sutra Guys Burgers

Sandos Cancun: A very convenient resort

The spectacular, seaweed-free, beach with ample shade was great! The diligent staff offered free umbrellas to all patrons and did not expect a tip although I always gave one. Beverage waiters also offered free drinks with no expectation of tip or reluctance to serve non tippers! 3 pools were enjoyed by the younger crowd whose average age was about 40. View from our 6th floor room was ok - balcony was tiny. Stephano (concierge) was our favourite go to guy! Excellent English and very helpful booking restaurants and showing our group of 4 around. A very valuable staff member! The weakest part of Sandos was the food! It was more like Cuba with a 3-4 star rating. This was the only weakness of an otherwise very enjoyable small resort.
