Secrets Aura Cozumel: Very Relaxing Resort

This was our first stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel and we found all aspects of this property to be excellent. The food was first class and there was ample variety for all 3 meals. We never waited to be seated and the staff were friendly and efficient. You have to keep in mind that you are on a vacation where time should not be on the top of the priority list. Adrian and Mariana at the Manatee Pool Bar kept things hopping on a daily basis and their charm and personalities were infectious. If you feel the bar service around the pool tends to be slow, try ordering another drink when your first one arrives or better yet, get up every now and then and shuffle to the bar yourself. These people work very had and a little tip on a regular basis goes a long way. Although a little more "rustic" than some other Secrets properties, this resort more than met our expectations and we would not hesitate to return again.

Allegro Cozumel: Great vacation

Had a wonderful week in Cozumel with my sister. The resort was great, clean and well maintained. Will definitely return. The beaches were lovely and we rented a car and drove around the island. You cannot come to Cozumel and not go see the wild side of the island. Breath taking views of the ocean.

Allegro Cozumel: Amazing resort....amazing staff!

The Allegro Resort in Cozumel is my favourite vacation destination. My husband and I stay there at least once a year. The food is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. This resort has everything I need for a great vacation in a beautiful location.

Very well kept excellent service very family friendly! Found the resort was more for family's and not so much for the partying type. Loved the staff they were super accommodating and made you feel like family!

Allegro Cozumel: Good resort

Well all, beautiful beach, normal food, friendly staff. We were in the same a resort in Playa del Carmen, which we did not like. Allegro Cozumel is much better! We'd like a variety of foods and softer mattresses.

Allegro Cozumel: its a small size family and scuba diving oriented

If you are looking for a resort to go to with kid's. This one has mini water park and playground.the water sport centre is made for divers. You will see even kids walking with a air tank . Almost No intertainment .rent a car and explore island . Food is ok , plain with not much flavor. If you used to big resorts this is not the one to go to.
