Grand Palladium Punta Cana: another amazing holiday

Everything was amazing... right from the moment we arrived at the resort. Our room was spectacular. The food was amazing and the beaches and view was awesome. This was our second time at this resort and we would go back for a 3rd

The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana: Superb family-friendly experience!

We felt very at home with the wonderful people who cleaned our room, our concierge, the waiters, the bartenders, the chefs, and especially the kids zone staff. Every need was tended too and our children were occupied by the pools, kid zone and the beach so, in turn, my husband and I were able to relax as well. We will be back!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Absolutely Incredible Resort!!!

This accommodation has it all!! The beaches, the pool, the food, the service, hard to beat anywhere you go. We will go back in a heartbeat. The only negative i have is the entertainment at night ended to early. If your thinking of going to this resort you will not be disappointed!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Fantastic resort!

The hotel was fabulous. Very large but they have a trolley train which was convenient. Food was amazing! Everything from the grounds, rooms, beach and food were top notch. I would come back to this resort in a heart beat!

Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites: Awful Resort and even worse experience

This was probably the worse vacation I had ever been on and after spending $8000 I will not be travelling with tripcentral or Air transat ever.. We stayed at Sirenis tropical suites from Mar 15-22. First, our flight with Air Transat. We were unaware that they did not serve complimentary food on the plane and if I wanted to purchase for my family that would have been an extra cost of about $60. My family went hungry as I refused to spend that kind of money on breakfast food especially after  [... read more]I spent $8000 on the trip. Second, the conditions of the rooms. The bed was as hard as a rock floor and the washrooms were disgusting with mold lining the shower. Third I specifically asked for a resort that had activities for teenagers. There were many activities for children under 10 and adults (drinking games). They had a show which was ok but as we tried to enter the disco with our kids the security guard would start yelling and said no children in the disco even with us present. So we were back in the lobby trying to get our kids to have another card game with all the screaming Kids and drunk adults. Since I paid adult prices for my kids we would have expected something for them to do. This was the most disappointing part of the whole thing as it was our last big family vacation as our oldest will have a different school break next year. I know you have no control of the guests but if there were activities for the teenagers or a gathering place they would have had fun and so would us adults. Third, although the waterpark was fun and something for the boys to do it was so far from the main resort that they only went a few times.. I'm really sorry to have to send this message but we were very upset that we spent over $8000 and the resort was worse than Cuba. The food was a bit better but not $3000 better... We are just sharing this with you so that you don't recommend it to others and possibly share with Transat...we will never travel with that company again. Again I know you don't have control over the guests but the resort must have had a huge contract with Russia as 90% of the resort was Russian...Russian drunk men don't mix well with teenage girls and Dave was forever almost getting in fist fights as these men even got near the girls. I have to say this was the worst vacation I have ever been on in all my years of travelling... Again I apologize for the negative email but we thought it was important that you knew! Thank you

Vista Sol Punta Cana: A wonderful place for a family vacation!

The resort is laid out extremely well with an exceptional beachfront. The staff are very helpful and friendly and provide terrific service from the bartenders to the dining room staff and housekeeping staff and the folks responsible for arranging the daily activities and everyone in between. Punta Cana Princess: Great Resort, would go back again!

The resort was very clean and maintained very well. Impressed with the public areas ie; washrooms, lobby, beach area. The rooms were clean and staff were in each day to retrieve dirty towels and make beds etc...Food was great both buffet and A La Cartes. Only downside would be the availability of loungers on the beach and the fact that you have to be up very early in the morning to get a spot. Caribe Deluxe Princess: Amazing Vacation

Room: not amazing, but clean, and housekeeping was amazing Food: excellent; We loved the Italian and the seafood place (which wasn't included) but found it convenient to use the main buffet. Always something to please, and staff was so friendly and attentive. Beach: amazing Activities: lots available, if you choose to get involved, but we just wanted to relax. Went on a full day trip to Saona Island, and was a great bang for your buck. Went on a bus for about an hour, onto a catamaran for a c [... read more]ouple of hours with music, dancing, and drinks. On arrival to the island, you walk through a palm tree forest to the beach on the other side with a BBQ and buffet, about an hour and a half on the beach, and then back to the other side to take a speedboat to a place where you could swim with and find starfish, then back to the bus, and home. So fun, for about $100 US each, but found tickets online for about $75 each. Grounds and pools were immaculate. Loved, loved, loved it. Can't wait to return!

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: What a holiday

The hotel was awesome! This was the best family vacation all because of this resort. It all started from the minute we got off the plane with the great service of the bus. As we got to the hotel the front desk was ready and organized. The service was fantastic all week and very good with the kids. Rooms were very very nice and very clean. Occidental Punta Cana: Great Resort

Was the nicest resort that we have ever been to....Grounds beach and pool area all excellent ....Food was GREAT...Never any trouble getting a beach chair...Staff was very friendly ...Room was always very clean ...Great Place to go....Thank you for helping us get there....

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Mostly a Wonderful resort

We spent a week at this resort in March 2017. The weather was fantastic with only a few drops of rain on the last day. The resort is beautifully manicured and very clean. The food was ok. Some of the a la carte restaurants were above average ( the don Pablo was the worst service we have ever received). Bring your own wash clothes as this 5 star resort can't supply them and also bring a converter if you plan to plug anything.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Awesome Resort

Fantasia is a fantastic family resort. With access to all 7 Bahia restaurants, food choices were endless. Staff provided friendly service and the rooms were considerable spacious for a hotel. Overall a great family resort!

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: We loved the Majestic Mirage

We were upgraded to the Majestic Mirage at check in and we were a little nervous at first because we weren't sure what we were agreeding to. It by far exceeded our expectations! The Majestic Resorts are phenomenal and the staff are outstanding.

Riu Bambu: Beautiful Beach

The Riu Bambu was a very well kept resort. The beach was beartiful and our room was clean so no complaints there. Wifi was hard to access in the lobby. The bartenders could have been a little happier/friendlier. They weren't rude, they just were not happy. The 4 a la cart restaurants were not by reservation and they only had 2 open each night. Even though we didn't have any kids with us we took advantage of the new water park which was free for anyone staying at this resort. Leave your je [... read more]wellery in your room because they won't let you go down the slides with it on. Safer in your room. Again, nice and clean.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: great family resort

beautiful grounds and walkways good variety at buffets and restaurants.Lots of pools for all ages. waterpark good for small children.although the resort is very big it was easy to find your way around.Great for walking but there are a lot of trams to take you anywhere on the resort.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: best place

Majestic Eligance Punta Cana was the best resort in the area clean and spacious rooms,very friendly staff place is full of activities welcome was very warm service was great,we had a reunion party here and i,m glad we chose Majestic Eligance.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Pretty disappointed with the food

Everything about the hotel was great, grounds, pool, kids water park. The night shows were amazing the 24 hour service was great and the staff was good. I was very disappointed with the food it was cold, flavorless even the coffee was horrible. I have stayed in other Bahia resorts and I've never had any issues with the food like this resort.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: great rrsort

Grounds were very well kept and the rooms were clean, the food was very good as well.The servers were very polite and helpful.i would recommend this resort for families with younger kids as they had great pools to accommodate them.Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great Resort (just a small part of a large group of resorts)

Beach was amazing, pools fantastic. We were up early enough that finding a spot on the beach was not a problem. Beach is pretty crowded but there were plenty of palapas for shade (a feature which made so that we could hang out at the beach most of the day - not a lot of the nearby resorts had decent shade and therefore their beaches were much less crowded). We paid a little extra and took a Segway tour which was a lot of fun. Food was good, room was clean and we always felt safe. Nothing  [... read more]extraordinary but all very good. Staff were hit and miss. This may be due to the size of the resort and the lack of connection as there are just too many people and too many staff, but it was definitely something that we noticed. There were a couple of times where we could see and feel their discontentment (again not all but it was the first time we had seen this at a resort to this extent). Overall a great resort and one that I would recommend to others.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: One ofthe best in Punta Cana

We had a great time at this resort. -Grounds were immaculate - Buffet had something for everyone. -Staff was friendly and always had some sort of games or entertainment -Make sure to try the Japanese restaurant, and the tenderloin at the Steak House was great also. The only drawback was that you literally had to tip everywhere you went to get service, especially with the maids. We went over spring break, and would probably to avoid that in the future
