Riu Emerald Bay: resort too big.. elevators not enough. wait for half an hour.

resort is too big and not managed well. needs more elevators. beds need to be thrown away and get new ones. cappacino in packages, with sugar. I don't take sugar. sportbar coffee too strong. never thrown out. been sitting there for hours.

Secrets Huatulco: Secrets always gives value..

Service,food and drinks are top notch. Not a bad room on the resort as they all have ocean views and you can hear the waves from any room. It is hot here though, peak temps between 12-3 beg the local tradition of a siesta. Waves on beach out front can be rough, go to the left side. Priced against other resorts, I add value for no towel card, unlimited ala cartes with no reservation, brand name alcohol, no wristband, and great entertainment staff. Always plenty of wildlife to see, just be a littl [... read more]e careful. Make sure you grab a cab downtown and try a little local cooking when your there as well!

Allegro Cozumel: As expected

My one phrase review: You get what you pay for! Hotel definitely needs some care and love. There's signs of wear and tear everywhere. Hotel staff is lovely and attentive. For the price, I'd go back

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great Resort

Nice new clean resort less than year old. The staff are excellent great service always cleaning and trying to help you one of the best things about the resort. Food was very good especially the steakhouse. The sports bar also really good but small portions best buffet I have seen in my travels. Mini bar was restocked every day. Had an excellent view from ocean view room. Great waiter service at pool and also at the beach. Haven Riviera Cancun: Rest and relaxation standard!

Stunning grounds and accommodations, this resort is absolutely gorgeous. I was a little dismayed by the lack of a buffet option for a lighter dinner option but otherwise the food was impeccable. Activities were limited but if you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place to do it in style!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort *****

Food was fantastic! The staff was great! I stayed in the penthouse suite Sian Ka’an. The rooms were super clean and everyone was over the top accommodating. I’d go back to this resort in a heartbeat.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Best resort for a relaxing stay!

Our stay was amazing! The ambience at this resort is spectacular. The rooms, the view, the pools and drinks are all 10/10. The staff here are also so friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs- my favourites were Alejandro from the Entertainment staff and Enrique from the lobby bar. Overall, I really enjoyed this trip it felt like paradise! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Mexico!!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Wonderful resort, very well organized

Hotels environment is amazing, buffet and restaurants serving any food you'd like to eat. Lobby and area around, so close to each other eg. swimming pools, bar and of course big, wide beach! I have to mention that people working in the Reception so kind and helpful. We had a request to change the room if it was possible. Of course we got it! Grand Palladium Vallarta: Easy surfing

Nice hotel with a surf break right off the beach. Friendly staff go out of their way to make sure you are looked after. The beach crew, Eder and Jimmy are most helpful with surf tips and lessons. This was our 3rd trip

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Great resort

A big resort but so well organized and maintained, all grounds very green, rooms very clean, spacious with balconies, great food, many restaurants, beautiful beach, excellent spa, very nice mall and all smiling courteous employees. All fabulous.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun

Just spent a glorious week at the Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun. Hotel was beautiful and rooms were well appointed. We got upgraded to ocean view honey moon suite, the balcony was amazing. Food was good, but really not exceptional, just average Resort fair. The only real disappointment was the ocean was churned up brown and full of seaweed, not suitable for swimming at all. Thankfully the pools were large and clean.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Overall great experience

My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort for 10 days in November of 2019. This was a great overall experience. Food was amazing, Ala Carts were delicious, rooms were very clean and the resort transportation was efficient and quick. A little rocky beach however it is not a deal breaker. DO NOT go to the Matis Jewelry "Tour" aka pushy sales pitch. Cannot believe the RESORT suggested we go to this place. They have to be paying the resorts nearby the bring unsuspecting victims here. Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Location, Accommodations, Staff, simply the best!

Just returned 3 days ago, this was our second visit and I am impressed at how the level of cleanliness and professionalism of staff is so consistent. Four buildings which all face the water, spacious, clean, well appointed rooms with a patio or balcony. Beautiful sand beach and sandy ocean bottom once you get out a few feet. Comments on Restaurants and bars Drinks were good. Food was tasteless and bland...overall quality of the ingredients was standard Like the most I found that the staff was very attentive to any issue or question asked of them. Zoetry Villa Rolandi Isla Mujeres Cancun: Fabulous Location!

There’s literally not one thing I can complain about Zoetry resorts.. Its amazing! Especially this one where you’re on a island. Foods great, drinks are top shelf; staff is fabulous. You’ll have a great experience!

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great place to visit

The entertainment staff does a great job keeping everyone happy and engaged during the day and night. Staff were friendly. Not too keen on the "Mexican raccoons" running around most of the day and night but seem to be accustomed to humans. Good food choices. Japanese Teppanyaki grill restaurant was a fun experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Relaxing trip

Loved the resort, the staff - especially Carlos and Omar. Lots to do. Only thing I think needs improvement is the night time entertainment. I would definitely go back to this resort again and felt very safe.

Paradisus Cancun: THE PARADISUS CANCUN NEEDS AIR CONDITIONING IN THE MAIN BUILDLING, VERY HOT!

No air circulation in the main building, they need fans to keep the air moving, no air-conditioning in the main building. The outdoor restaurant was so hot that you couldn't enjoy your dinner. 4 restaurants were closed for renovations, only 2 restaurants with air conditioning, the rooms were very warm, could no get the air conditioning to go any lower. Beautiful building and excellent service and food, but way too hot in the resort!

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Fantastic resort!

Stunning resort with exceptional service. Great food, great entertainment and a wide variety of activities. All the restaurants we tried were terrific and offered great choices. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The staff are kind and accommodating.

I travelled with my adult daughter and we had a great holiday. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My daughter found the bed too hard and they immediately brought us a pillowtop for the mattress which helped a lot. Food and drinks were great. We found a quiet area at the beach where we spent most of our time. The resort is very big so you have to allow yourself extra time to get to any of the scheduled activities.
