Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful resort

The location of the resort in a jungle like setting is beautiful. There is wildlife like monkeys, iguanas, flamingoes and raccoons. The food and the service are good. I recommend this resort if you like being close to nature.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: A resort to return to

We went from April 4-11with Air Canada vacations . We loved this resort from first to last . You are in the jungle and not on the beach but there is a trolley system that gets you to the beach in minutes . The beach is nice with good swimming,snorkelling and you can walk the beach right down to the next resort . We loved the food in the buffet at ur resort and also at the Akumal resort . We ate at 4 restaurants but liked the 2 at our resort the best . The standard room is nice always clean with  [... read more]lots of hot water when you want it but the room is plain and fairly small . We are outside people and as long as the weather is nice we were fine but if the weather was not nice the room would be uncomfortable as besides the bed area all you had was 1 small table and 2 uncomfortable side chairs . If the room is important to you either upgrade rooms or stay at Akumal as their standard room is nicer . Remember if you stay here you are in the jungle so their are lots of birds and animals and at times the birds can get fairly loud but we loved this part . You can visit all 4 resorts but only Akumal can visit you and we saw how quiet and calm this resort is compared to the other 3 . We would definitely return to this resort as long as the price is right .

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Not dissapointed

Had an amazing time. Service was great! Entertainment staff over the top. Rooms clean and comfortable. Some bartending staff do try to trick you by not giving you the premium booze ie Greygoose. Have never been to the same resort twice but this one is a redo!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Huge resort

The travel to and from the hotel was not well organized, air transat rep was not fluent french nor english, the room was freshly painted (we had to keep the patio door opened, the bed was banana shape (not as per past Bahia experience where the bed was so confortable, our room was done daily but at 5pm and done poorly (bed half done for ex - and tip was good??), pool, food, property, staff (lobby, resto, drivers) ... excellent! Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing Trip

This resort was amazing! Staff were great! The grounds and accommodations were clean and well kept. There was lots of variety in restaurants and food. We enjoyed the buffets most of all as we have kids and found that there was always something to please everyone 😊

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Holiday at Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an

This resort is fantastic. The grounds are well kept, people were friendly. Resort Manager Paula always had a smile on her face, easy to talk too. Was concerned how your holiday was going. This resort had excellent Ala carted, but the buffet was just as good. Best food we have had on our many trips to Mexico. The entertainment was the best we have seen and the entertainment team works very hard to make sure your having a great time with all kinds of games, during the daytime as well. I would return to this resort agai, possible next year.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort

Great resort, friendly staff. The shuttle service is confusing and frustrating at times. Lots of seaweed and rocks in the ocean but the employees work tirelessly to clean it up all day long every day.

Catalonia Yucatan: we love this resort

I have been to this resort twice a year since 2011 its wonderfull . the staff are terrific. the rooms are clean and comfortable . the grounds are immaculate . every year there are upgrades. the pools are kept clean and all servers are more than happy to serve you.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Wonderful Beach!

Great beach! The resort is very well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and lots do do. We really liked the adult pool and service was great. The buffet was could have been a little better but not horrible. Very well maintained and breakfast was the best.

The resort is well maintained, great pools, basketball, tennis lots of things to do. The spa is very good and nice to be able to get a workout in. We stayed at Barcelo Maya Beach and everything was great but: 1) Food was average at the buffet and the a la carte was not a big step up. 2) Bar service was great when you could get it. They needed more bartenders at the pool and on busy nights. The beach is the best part of the resort. Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Really nice resort

Accommodations are first class, up-to-date and beautiful. pools were great, beach was nice white sand although some seaweed. food was good, drinks were good. would go back. only downfall was the a la carte's for booking. it was basically first come first serve which made for wait times. wasn't a huge deal to us cause we were there without our kids and had no real timelines but I could see that being an issue for some.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Decent resort

Decent resort with excellent staff. The resort was full so it made for a difficult time getting a table at the buffet. Wasn't until the last 2 days that we located a second, smaller buffet which was far less busy. Would've been good to know this prior to having to wrestle for a table at prime meal times. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Great Vacation

This was our second visit to the Azul ! We got married there 3 years ago and returned this year with our 4 month old daughter. The resort is very accommodating had all the extras we needed for the baby so saved us on packing . Great food great service and very friendly staff . I would highly recommend this property.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Spectacular, Pristine, felt like royalty

The hotel was astounding! Clean, well laid out, and beautiful! The food was exceptional. The pools were perfect. The staff was so friendly. Events and night life - amazing! We will definitely return! Heather, from Trip Central was correct in recommending this to us. We had the swim out suite, and really liked having our own private pool. We got bottles of champagne in our room, top shelf liquor, amazing steaks and lobster, fun beach parties and beach romantic dinners - all for free! All in all, an amazing trip!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Amazing resort

We went for the second time to paraiso lindo and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Employees went out of their way to make us feel pampered and meet our wishes. Resort is clean, food is good and the snack bar at the beach came in handy when we didn't want to go up to the restaurants to eat. Ice cream is always available around the resort. It's a beautiful resort overall and would definitely go back there.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Royalton treat you like Royalty!!!

Most amazing exceptional resort. My husband and i renewed our vows here and we can not say enough. We had Alonso chexk us in and upgraded us to roof top suite , so gorgeous. All of staff, food, grounds and drinks entertainment was top notch. Heading back in september for 10 days , 7 was not enough for us

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Awesome Resort!

The resort was amazing, it was clean, the people were friendly, the food and drink was good and plenty of it, the only down fall were the hours of services such as food and why does the disco open at 10;30! Overall we had an amazing time, I love Mexico and plan on going back again soon!

Very relaxing vacation, had everything I could possibly ask for! Food was amazing, drinks were delicious, entertainment was great, staff were so nice, rooms extra clean!! Only thing we did not like is that there were just too many kids. I think next time we will go for an adults only.

Unico 20 87 Hotel Riviera Maya: Birth of a true Five Star Resort

My wife and I just returned from 5 days at the Unico and were very impressed with the overall quality of the resort, the superb service provided by the staff, and the quality of the food. The resort had only been open for one month, so work continues in some areas, including beach improvements and activities offered, but the commitment by the owners to providing visitors with a truly top notch experience was apparent. We will visit Unico again.

Everything in the resort was very convenient to get to, short walk to beach and all Restaurants. We upgraded to privilege and we're happy we did, nice room and the extras were nice to have. All the staff were very friendly, and the guys that worked so hard for 4 days to remove all the seaweed that washed up on beach should be thanked by all
