Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Beautiful Resort

Beautiful resort. Great service, food and rooms. We were placed by the beach which was great. Our room was nice, clean. The staff was polite and friendly everywhere we went. Loved that you could take a shuttle between resorts. Only thing we had an issue with was that the buffet food was cold alot. So food that should be hot was usually cold and a bit tough but still tasted good. However we did 3 a la'carte restaurants (Italian, Brazilian and Japanese). The food was absolutely to die for. Grand Park Royal Cancun: Excellent hotel - terribly pushy timeshare people

We have been to Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe 3 times now, once in 2014, again in 2018 and recently last week. The hotel, grounds, food, drinks etc are all top notch. Lots of drink selection, you will never go hungry with the delicious food they have. The wait staff, bartenders, room attendants, and front desk folks are all extremely nice and always have a smile on their face. From this perspective, you can't go wrong with the resort... However, there is a serious problem with the "Royal Hol [... read more]iday" timeshare 'slingers' at this resort. You can't walk from your room in the main part of the hotel to the bar, coffee/ice cream shop, buffet without being hounded by the multitude of timeshare sellers that work there. They claim 90 minutes of your time spent with them will net you some "souvenirs" and tequila, however, we have been warned by many people including Transat, Air Canada and Sunwing reps that this will completely eat into your day. They don't mention the 4-5 hour resort tour they take you on after the presentation. If you don't mind standing your ground with these 'clowns', the resort is a beautiful place and well worth visiting. If you are not looking for confrontation, I highly suggest going elsewhere to spend your hard earned cash.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Grear Resort

The resort was beautiful the only downfall for us was all of the stairs. It seemed like all we did was climb stairs! The food was great and the staff could not do enough for us. We had a couples massage and used the hydratherapy and it was so relaxing!

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Amazing Resort!!

Barcelo Gran Faros Los Cabos was perfect! The pool, the beach right at your doorsteps, the atmosphere, the food, the service, the people. What more can you ask for when going on vacation! When they say all inclusive they really do mean it, drinks and snacks in your mini fridge, 3 buffet meals in the day plus a snack bar! This resort by far is one of my favourites and I recommend it to anyone wanting to get away!

Royal Solaris: Nice Getaway

This was our first time to Cabo and not the last. This resort, all though a little tired, is very well kept. The customer service level is top notch. The food was very good. We were there for only 3 nights so didnt get a chance to experience any authentic Mexican cuisine as the buffet was American Buffer our first night and the second night we were reserved at the Mexcian Al a Carte and it was Brazilian night. JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Amazing resort and even better staff and service!

We had a great stay at the Iberostar Grand in Quintana Roo. The food was excellent, beach was right there! And the entire place was clean and beautiful. It would have been a perfect vacation if we weren’t robbed...by the police! Stay away from rental cars and driving on your own. We rented a Jeep and one night we were stopped for a supposed road violation, even though I was just following traffic. I was stopped and no ticket was given. I was held in a police cruiser for 30 mins at the side of the highway at midnight with my wife panicking in our pulled over rental car as they tried to convince me to pay them the $250 right then and there in cash. We had just over $100 on us and they were then trying to get us to an ATM. They finally took what we had and then let us go. Yes. The police. The police in Quintana Roo México. Never ever going back to that country ever again. If you can’t trust the police who can you trust? They are criminals. Stay away. Too bad. The hotels need to get together and fix this problem. The police will drive them to bankruptcy eventually. Small mindedness is killing Mexico. Awful.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great resort

The hotel architecture was stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel was always on point. The staff was always professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely kid friendly which we loved because we travelled with our little one. They had a separate pool just for kids, a kids club where they offered tons of activities and kept the children engaged. Secrets Playa Mujeres: High expectations, expectations exceeded

Beautiful resort! The hospitality from staff is unlike any other. Grounds, pool, restaurants, beach, all spectacular! Preferred club definitely worth the upgrade! If your looking for the perfect getaway, Secrets is the place!

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Wonderful Holiday!

One of the most beautiful resorts and wonderful staff at this resort! We will definitely return to this resort ❤️ We loved our room and the swim up pool, such a great option, we felt very spoiled! The staff made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, we now love Mexico 🇲🇽

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: The best resort an staff

This resort is a great resort for single or family. The recreation staff get everybody involved if you have a question you can go see Alexander an he will help with any needs you have.The bar staff is great an David from guest services can sort out anything even found my shoes 3 days later lol I highly recomand this resort

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Okay resort

The resort was okay. People working there were friendly and the rooms were clean. It is kind of run down for only being 2 1/2 years old. Food was okay. I expected better from past experiences in Mexico but it was okay. Beach was terrible. Really rocky all the way out.

El Dorado Maroma: The Best Resort

On Oct.18th my husband and I flew down to Mexico and spent 10 amazing nights at El Dorado Maroma 40 minutes outside of Cancun. We have stayed in many all inclusive resorts but this one was absolutely the best. The staff were amazing. Liz and Oscar our butlers, The chefs and restaurant staff; Artruo, Chepina, Inoibe, Hector, to name a few. Our beach butler was terrific and so were the grounds crew and cleaning staff. The beach was as wonderful as advertised. The food was upscale and outstanding. We will absolutely return to this resort.

Pool was not the cleanest. Some children were permitted to handle buffet food with their hands Animation crew tried hard during the day, but evening entertainment was poorly programmed and executed The reason we would probably not return to this property is the number of guests on our floor who arrived as a group and chose to put their little ones to bed in the rooms and party in the corridors till 2 or 3 am most nights. It was loud and obnoxious. We did not want to deal with blowback from these guests by complaining, so our sleep and enjoyment of our room was poor. We were not the only guests in the hotel to experience this. The Riu Jalisco management should have Security walk the corridors throughout the night and stop guests from partying in the hallways.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Fabulous resort

The resort was just what we wanted. The staff went out of their way and were very friendly. The food was good. though I think my husband came home with a parasite we will probably not return to Mexico

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Deeply dissapointed

Hi and thanks for contacting us...actually our stay at GP was a complete dissspointment: the service was poor, I was full of mosquito bites every single day, no entertainment on the beach or pool site, when i complained about mosquitos the customer service rep sent me to the pharmacy to buy a remedy I will never consider this resort ever again. They used Rafael Nadal name to dub it a 5 star resort...far from that!!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Very good resort for family with kids

The resort was wonderful with very helpful staff for myself. I booked with trip central through air Canada vacations. Eve the AC rep was very helpful to get a wheelchair ready for me at the different airports. And Juan the conseairage made sure i was on first floor near everything. As for the rest of the wedding party that booked separately. Flew AC and booked through the hotel it was a feasco with 2 little girls. Beach had large rocks in water that sometimes toes stubbed. We just spent a week at this resort and we cannot wait to return. First of all, the grounds are amazing, everything is impeccably tidy and beautiful. The entire resort is spotless, never once did I use the public washroom or eat in any of the restaurants and feel that it was dirty. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Small details like remembering our names and faces, and remembering favorite drinks were just some of the highlights. The pools are clean and b [... read more]eautiful. The activity staff are fun and do their absolute best to engage all ages in fun around the pool and on the beach. The food at the buffet was delicious and their is something for everyone, no matter how picky of an eater one could be. The a la carte restaurants serve top notch food with beautiful presentation. Our group was 11 people ranging from age 5 to 50 and there was something here for everyone. The Mexican people are very hard working and eager to please. This is my 8th all inclusive and 7th time to Mexico and by far it is THE BEST resort we have ever gone to. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Bahia!!!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Amazing Resort!

Everything was lovely, from the check in time, to the friendliness of staff to the cleanliness of the room. The food at the Buffet was awesome, with many options and great variations. The grounds are well maintained and everything was really nice and clean. The rooms were really spacious, with a lovely balcony (with partial ocean view), and a stacked fridge (way more than what we needed). The beach was amazing, with warm, white sand and azure water. Lots of entertainment both during the day and  [... read more]late in the evening, and it was amazing to see that both people who love to party and those who enjoy a quiet time can find what they need. During the time we were there (Oct. 2019) it was not too busy, so that was absolutely amazing. We were able to find plenty of spots at the beach in the morning and at the pool in the afternoon. I would highly recommend the place, and i hope to return next year!
