TRS Coral: Fantastic resort, relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our honeymoon here, we were very well taken care of. The resort as a whole was stunning and the a-la-carte options were outstanding. We enjoyed every dinner we had. Room service food was ok but thats to be expected. The pools were awesome, we spent most of our times our semiprivate swim out room and the main pool versus the beach, though it was nice as well. We lucked out with the rainy season, it only rained 1 day on our trip, though mosquitos got quite bad on the overcast day [... read more]s. We really enjoyed the spa and we went 3 times in the week. Only negative thing was I got food poisoning at the resort and was sick for a day. One of the highlights was the chic cabaret show that was included in our stay... it was fabulous entertainment, so much fun and great food! Will recommend to anyone

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Had a great time..

First off. The food is amazing here.Buffet an especially the el a carts. Steak house and Italian WOW.. Rooms are getting a bit dated but all and all we have a wonderful time with the exceptional staff.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Welcome to the jungle

Lots of wild animals, bugs and birds at this resort. There is always lots to do. I recommend the adults only section or upgrade to the elite section.. lots of walking. Food was great. Staff isn’t overly friendly but ok. Housekeeping sucks and the bell boys are no help.. good resort for the price

Ocean Riviera Paradise: 5 stars

We were very pleasantly surprised by this resort! Very clean and pretty. The rooms were beautiful and the food was fantastic! We will definitely be going back! The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Great Family vacation !

This was our first family visit to the Finest Playa Mujeres we had a wonderful time. The food was great we loved the fact that they had different themes every night for dinner. We didn’t get a chance to eat outside much due to the mosquitoes which were pretty bad but the resort did their best to spray every morning and night to avoid them. The beach was clean and amazing, my daughter had a blast at the kids club. The only thing I would change is the time of season we went too many mosquitoes.  [... read more]A special thanks to the staff who went out of their way to go all the way to Walmart to purchase my sons formula when we ran out. Great customer service the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend this resort.

TRS Coral: TRS Mexico

Upon first appearance the place looked Great!. Modern touches, fresh, clean, neat and tidy. Check in was quick. Room "key" was in the wrist band, which was very handy. Rooms clean, fresh white sheets and bedding. Bathrooms modern and clean. Food, well that was another experience. The BBQ beside the pool was less than good. Uncooked food- burgers, chicken kabobs. Fresh food out in the open, not cooled at all! This may have been the source of making numerous people, including myself sick for 4 da [... read more]ys. And sick to the point of some going to the hospital for medical attention, some calling in a Dr. to receive antibiotics and many spent several days in bed. I myself have never been this sick in my whole life. That being said, the breakfast a la cart was good. Some of the restaurants at the 'attached' Paladium were satisfactory. The staff were friendly, and willing to help. The mini bar snacks were never replenished. The mini wine fridge was not cold, thus the wine was not cold or cool. It was hit or miss to get Ginger Ale. I will not return. I am just very thankful that I got better, maybe not 100%, but almost there.

Ocean Maya Royale: Second go around- always a good time

My friend and I went to this resort in June 2016 - it was a good time then and it was an even better time this trip! They definitely stepped up the resort a bit since last being there, with the addition of a cute little coffee shop, a sports bar, and a bit more nightly entertainment it made for a well rounded trip. TRS Coral: Great for Honeymooners

This will be long so to summarize I will say it’s an amazing resort with fantastic service with good but not great food. We have stayed at many resorts across Mexico and also in Jamaica( best food ) and this was by far the nicest. We stayed in the loft suite and had an amazing view of the ocean and of Isla Mujeres. When we checked in we were offered a tour of the resort which is actually just a sales pitch for the travel club, which was kind of annoying, but after that we weren’t appr [... read more]oached. Our room was in the adults section which has its own pool and four adults only restaurants. The pool had a decent amount of live entertainment including synchronized swimmers and musicians. The restaurants were mostly satisfactory, the French being the best and the one on the beach being the worst. The Spanish tapas was very confusing but the service was extremely good. The Argentinian had good food but the entree platter we ordered had some meat that tasted like it was spoiled. The rest of the restaurants are on the GP side, which is not adults only. We expected the food to be as amazing as the resort itself, but it missed the mark. The beach was very nice and the water was crystal clear but be careful because the are some bitey fish in there. One bit my wife and drew blood and they like to swarm you. Wear sandals until you get past the vegetation or you will probably step on a bur, but we never experienced that after getting to the sunbeds. There’s a decent amount of sea weed but the resort cleans it up every morning. The waiters and on the beach were great and you could even access the wifi. The spa had free hydro-therapy which included hot and cold tubs, steam room and sauna, salt room, “snow” room, a large indoor pool with many types of bubble loungers and water cannon massagers. The spa has other services as well but we didn’t try them because they were expensive and we were turned off from being hassled by the spa staff for massages almost every day. You have access to the rest of the resort which could easily be walked to or you could take a golf cart shuttle or even take an electric boat through the channel. Our butlers were Hector and Francine and they were very helpful and friendly. They surprised us with rose petals and filled our jacuzzi for us a few times. If you are planning on doing excursions, prepare for a long day. The resort is North of Cancun and most excursions are south; this meant that we were always the first ones picked up and the last dropped off. (Travel time was about 2 hours each way). Overall TRS is a great resort and we would come back!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Absolutely amazing

Occidental xcaret was the best resort that we have ever stayed at & we have been at at least 40 different resorts, the grounds were beautiful, the hotel was very clean, as I am a cleaner & look for this, food was great, hotel staff make you feel very welcome, beach was amazing, we picked this resort because of it being in the jungle with all the wildlife & the xcaret park next to the resort we didn’t expect to have such an amazing time, we plan on going back in May & we have told all our famil [... read more]y & friends about this resort & they can’t wait to book up.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at

From the moment we entered the hotel we were inundated by high pressure sales staff. They were demanding we take a tour of the facility because they wanted to sell us a timeshare thing At the beach t he hotel staff followed us and again demanding we buy time in their spa. When we were forced to agree to spend time in the spa, just to get them off our back. Ocean Maya Royale: Great time!!!

This was our second time back at this resort and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Food, drinks, staff, etc were all amazing!! My only issue were the mosquitoes, but that has nothing to do with the actual resort. Many staff were saying that they have been worse this year than any other year, which I believe because I don’t think I got one bite the first time we were there. Hopefully it is just an “off” year, but I would recommend bringing some bug repellent.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Amazing resort

The staff was great the trips were awesome. Lazy river at the resort rooms were clean and Hugh and that was the junior suite. Food was great. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend and will be returning. Advice don’t bring more than 200 cigarettes per person they charge you 620% tax no lie

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort and Spa The food and entertainment were fantastic! The service was great. I would highly recommend you put this destination on your bucket list!

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos trip 2019

From our arrival everything was perfect. Offered cold cerveza's upon arrival. Our Room was spectacular, a Master King Ocean View room on the third floor, overlooking the main pool, and ocean. The sound of the waves were amazing. We tried all restaurants while we were there, the food in each and every one was beyond all expectations. Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Awesome resort

We had a wonderful vacation at oceans coral and turquesa, the place was so clean and organize. All the a la carte restaurant iwas so delicious and the service was par excellece😃 the pool is very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzi in the pool and the hydrotherapy😘we definetely recomend this resort! Cant wait to go back❤️

Grand Riviera Princess: Absolutely wonderful

We stayed in the swimsuits, Everything was fantastic! Couldn't find one thing to complain about and we tried! Even the beach even though there was some seaweed but it didnt bother us!Planning on coming back in the spring with the kids!

The Reef 28 Playa del Carmen: The Reef 28 Playa Del Carmen

Small boutique hotel with a newly built modern Mexican 'Miami Southbeach' feel. Great location that has 5th Ave. just a block away and Mamitas beach 2 blocks the other way. Attentive staff that was pleasant and food was above average. Rooftop pool and bar provided a great retreat. Nice room service menu with the club sandwich being a hit and the pizza a miss. Access to the 2 sister resorts provided options for other restaurants and beach. Japanese Grill @ the Coco Reef was very nice with big lob [... read more]ster tail option(upcharge of $40US). Overall, this is a great value and we look forward to returning soon.

Allegro Playacar: Beautiful beach!

Grounds well kept, someone always sweeping and trimming plants and trees. Rooms very small but clean.Air conditioning worked well. We were in room 5212, great location close to pool and beach but unfortunately some very loud people out at pool till 3-4 am screaming and swearing which was a little frustrating as I had two children with me. Probably should have complained but my own fault I hate being that person. The entertainment staff were amazing and so great with the kids. Pool foam party in Saturday was awesome!!!! Beach was a bit full of seaweed a couple days but was always being raked up and resort has no control over that sort of thing so didn’t bother me. A lot of lizards around resort kids enjoyed that. The drive from the airport to the resort was a bit long but Overall I would return:) had a great time and perfect weather!

Allegro Playacar: Good

Staff was very friendly rooms very small but clean lunch and breakfast were the best meal of the day. Needed better variety for dinner. Beach was amazing the value for the money was good.also needed some work on the evening entertainment. Traveled with children and all the staff treated them like they were kings and queens couldn’t ask for more.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: This Place Deserves 6 Stars!

This was my 3rd visit to this fabulous hotel. It just gets better each visit; making me want to return again. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. You will always have a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from; either from the buffet , snack bar, and numerous bars inside and out. No reservations required at the a la carts. You'll see plenty of fish and turtles. No issues finding beach chairs. People do get up very early to save the beds by the main pool. Great evening shows with live bands nightly.
