Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Excellent Adults Only!

We stayed at the Secrets Silversands from March 21st, 2016 until March 28th, 2016. Seven nights nights of an absolutely wonderful stay. First off my wife and I have stayed at in excess of 20 different all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Cuba so do have a comprehensive understanding of what is a good resort and what is not. Every resort has pros and cons with some having more of one or the other but it our opinion this resort is a top line resort. Staff - An excellent overall staff compliment with as a rule he best English skills we have encountered. Restaurants - Eight of them and they were all good, with Chef Denis overseeing every aspect which you can tell ensures consistency and quality. Drinks - What ever you want from Grey Goose to Crown Royal, just ask for it and they will serve it. Rooms - Better then your average resort, but you won't be spending much time in them because there is always activities going on around the resort. Partake if you wish, or don't if you so choose. No pressure from the entertainment staff. Pools - Eight of them from quiet and serene too very active and noisy....you have your pick. Beach - Not the best we have encountered but the staff work tirelessly keeping it clean. During our first few days there we met couples from all over Canada and the U.S. that were back for their seventh or eights trip to the Secrets Silversands. Now we know why, and yes we will be back!

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Amazing Vacation!

Right from arriving through our seven day stay this resort was absolutely amazing! We had stayed at Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana in 2014 so we knew what to except with the "Secrets" brand, but those expectations were greatly exceeded. From the food, to the drinks, to the service everything was incredible. My wife and I have been to about 10 all inclusive resorts together and this is the first one we both agreed we would go back to in the future. Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Good

Clean, wonderful service, excellent selection of alcoholic beverages Good food, like that we did not have to reserve restaurant seatings nice that they celebrated special occasions, beach had some seaweed but seemed better after a couple of days

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Just a fantastic experience

This was the best resort I've ever been too! Great service and the food was 5 stars!! I'd recomend this place to anyone. Always something to do. Resort was also very clean. The room was exactly what I wanted

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: An Exceptional Experience

Secrets Capri is a beautiful Resort and Spa on the beach in beautiful Rivera Maya. The facilities exceeded our expectations in every way including clean and new.. The food and food service was top notch. And resort personnel: there were staff everywhere prepared to do whatever they could to ensure a perfect vacation.

Secrets Huatulco: Great time at Secrets

Most of the other reviews are spot on, great resort, very clean, good food, up early for a chair in the shade (although just ask for one by the pool that have extras), great people. It is also a nice area of Mexico, very clean and never felt u comfortable exploring the towns.

This resort is amazing!! The grounds are impeccable and the service is the best you will find anywhere. The rooms were immaculate and the maids were around all the time if you needed towels shampoo toothpaste etc. room service was good and the meals were always hot. The restaurants were all good except for the Oceana the seafood restaurant which was lacking in seafood and decor lol overall this resort is great from the weather to the service it can't be beat. Secrets Huatulco: Beautiful Resort

So many beautiful views of the ocean and scenery from different vantage points in the resort. Food was good but got tired of the same thing after a few days. Staff are absolutely fantastic! Great sliding walls in rooms to extend your living space.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: absolutely stunning scenic location

The resort was exceptional-beautiful rooms-great service. Location and scenic landscape so beautiful-moutains, ocean-beautiful vegetation-cactus - tropical flowers. The only down fall were the restaurants-they really were ok-but not 5 star quality. The Italian restaurant Porto Fino was good and the Oceanea. I have had better food at other 5 star resorts. But it would not really stop me from going back.

Secrets Huatulco: Great resort

Although the location is idea the resort has to deal with guests thinking they can hold their beach chairs with towels. The food was good but not amazing - it lacked spices. The beach is beautiful with a spectacular view.

The resort was very clean, staff very attentive and food options were very good. The pool and beach choices were very good also. Both the pool & beach can be busy making it difficult to get a lounger, so means getting out early to reserve. The rooms are nice, certainly better views from building #1 then the others.

Secrets Huatulco: Breath Taking

This was our first trip and we couldn't have expected more. The resort, the beach, the hospitality of Mexico was all just perfect. We did a couple of tours of Huatulco which were well worth the experience to get a true feel of Mexico.

Secrets Huatulco: Beautiful Resort

Just spent 7 nights at Secrets Huatulco. This was our second time to this resort and it was once again a fabulous holiday. Love the staff at this hotel. Always smiling and friendly. Rooms are very clean as well as the rest of the facility. Although I didn't use the Spa or Gym, I have heard that the Spa is fantastic. The gym is quite small and equipment quite basic but still seemed to be very busy. Lots of fresh fresh, salads and veggies. Also pizza was very good and loved the nachos on the beach. Already planning our third visit.

Secrets Huatulco: Beautiful Resort

This is a beautiful resort with excellent staff and amenities in a fabulous location. We stayed there in February 2014 and again in January 2016. Staff, food and amenities are excellent. Being located only half an hour from the Huatulco airport is also a definite plus. Our only issue is that there are already small signs of physical neglect, e.g. some broken beach loungers, a hole in the wall in our room, a mirror missing from a pool bathroom, etc. and this is worrisome for an AAA Four Diamond r [... read more]esort that is only 5 years old.

Secrets Royal Beach: An Incredibley Beautiful Resort

The pictures of this resort are not a lie. The property is lush, tropical, mature. Stunning views from every room. So, so clean rooms. Quiet at night and fun during the day. But, plenty of quiet (and private) spots for the recluse. We have travelled to so many resorts over the years. Royal Beach was beautiful and every single staff is interested in your happiness there. Entertainment was excellent. Food is excellent. Check in with Gandrey at the pool. We loved this guy!

Secrets Huatulco: Truly an amazing place!

Rooms were excellent, beds really comfy, views nothing short of amazing! Nice toiletries provided, including suntan lotion spf15! No need to haul shampoo, conditioner body wash etc. Food and drinks, were top notch and plentiful! Excellent choices available! Pools were huge and great temperature, beach was nice and the sand was soft but deep in areas...kinda large soft pebbles. There could be work in up grading the hotel and rooms.. It's seems it has been let good.. ie. roof leaking on the big stair case.. Lobby furniture dirty.. Unable to take food put in disp. Dishes to beach in the am from buffet am meal...Restaurants all the same.. It's okay but I had better,,

Secrets Huatulco: Awesome resort!!

This was our 3rd time at this resort. The staff are great and so willing to help. The room was great and would highly recommend building one. The pool on this side of the resort is quieter than the other side although both pools are fantastic.

Secrets Huatulco: Good Resort - Great Ocean Views

This was our second trip to Secrets Huatulco (January 2016). The first was April 2013. The view is amazing and the weather is almost guaranteed hot and dry. Our room requests were met and we were very happy with the view. However, the buildings are starting to show their age and the people did not seem as friendly as our first trip. Unfortunately, we decided to attend the Unlimited Vacation Club presentation which was to last 90 minutes and ended up being three hours. It was very high pressure and stressful. The representative did a good job presenting his case, but we finally decided not to purchase. All in all it was a good vacation, but I think it is time to try a different location. Maybe, you just can't go back and have the same experience as your first visit.
