Excellence Playa Mujeres: Amazing resort!

Great staff, great venue, great beach. The restaurants choice is vast and the quality of food was great. We liked it so much we actually bought the very same package to our parents as a gift the week following up our trip. Thanks Angela!

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Excellent family resort

Excellent choice for holiday with our grand children. Their first experience with a Mexican vacation. This location is almost perfect, the beach is gorgeous and the hotel is a short walk to San Jose del Cabo. The pools were clean and inviting. Staff were excellent and made us feel welcome right away. All inclusive was a great idea to introduce the grand children to various culinary delights. No kidding, there were new foods in the buffet every day. Our grand children had their first horse rides and were very happy. The Swim with Dolphins area is a short drive from the Holiday Inn and was a fun morning for all. We do recommend the Holiday Inn for a family vacation in Mexico. This area is very safe compared to some other Mexican destinations.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful resort

The hotel was absolutely stunning. For my first all-inclusive experience I could not have asked for a better one. The staff were friendly and the grounds were gorgeous. The food was very good, and offered a large variety of options, and even if something wasn’t available, the staff would accommodate.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Iberostar Selections Parasio Maya

The Iberostar Selections Paraiso Maya is a 4.5-5 star resort. You will not be dissapointed. The Paraiso Maya is housed on the same property as four other Iberostar resorts. Guests of the Maya willchave full access to all amenities at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, Iberostar Beach as well as the Iberostar Del Mar. Minimum style room at the Parasio Maya are considered Junior Suites, complete with 1 king bed (or 2 doubles) and a sitting area. Larger than than the double standard rooms of Parasio Maya. Food was excellent from buffets as well as al a carte restaurants. Guests of the Paraiso Maya will find a slightly higher end available at the Maya buffets vs the Lindo buffet. Items such as lobster, crab legs, and various other seafood available.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Paradise !!!

This resort was absolutely beautiful, the grounds were extremely clean and very well looked after. The rooms were always clean and the room staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants were amazing ! The food was delicious and plentiful .the beach was beautiful and the pools were sensational, our excursions were very organized , with helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable guides. We never worried about a thing and had a fantastic time!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Perfect Dream Getaway!!

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean and quite large. The bathroom is quite big and the soaker tub was so relaxing. Clara kept our rooms clean. The Italian restaurant was our number one choice for a la carte and the steakhouse was our second choice. We did not enjoy the Mexican restaurant. The kids club came in so handy for us as we have a 6yr old daughter and 21mth old son. It was the first time I left my son with a sitter and Gloria was very patient with my lil guy as he is a han [... read more]dful. Our 6 year old loved the activities and enjoyed going for lunch with the other kids. She especially loved the huge pool and both kids enjoyed the kids pool with the slides. Ulises our bell man is amazing he took very good care of us and made sure we got to our room safely and picked us up on time to take the taxi back to the airport. The Poseidon buffet is across from the beach and the seafood was really good but I especially enjoyed the fresh stir fry made for you. There was plenty entertainment for the kids and adults and the stores are quite nice. The staff at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres resort is who made our vacation so amazing. They are all so polite and don’t ever pass you straight. They ensure to say Hola or Beunos Dias no matter who they are. We will definitely go back as we missed it the second we left!!! Can’t wait for our next vacation!

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Families are less welcome than couples

Overall the hotel was ok. The rooms are a little dated and the beach are leaves much to be desired. Guests are entitles to use snorkeling equipment for 1 hour per day free of charge however, equipment is rarely available. Beware the time share salespeople who are running rampant throughout the lobby. They start off by acting like they are giving you a brief overview and explanation of the hotel facilities, but this quickly tirns into an attempt to get you to attend a sales presentation. My  [... read more]advice is ask the receptionist for a map and head straight to your room. If you are travelling with kids beware, dining options are very limited. Children are not allowed to eat at the Italian restaurant or the Caribbean restaurant; the only available options are the buffet (which was good for breakfast and lunch but terrible for supper) and the Mexican restaurant. Having not been informed of this before booking our trip we argued with the restaurant manager who eventually allowed us to eat at the Caribbean restaurant. HOWEVER, we were only allowed to dine outside (we were the only table outside) with no AC, as children are too noisy according to the restaurant manager. I can assure you that there were numerous other restaurant patrons who were dining inside that were far noisier than our children. We began our meal in exile trying to make the best of it when we noticed numerous very large cockroaches running all around our table, needless to say we immediately requested to be moved inside, the waiter was kind enough to oblige as the restaurant manager had finished his shift. I would also like to mention that when I threatened to make a complaint the restaurant manager stated, in plain English, that he is willing to live with complaints from guests travelling with children, however would not be able to accept complaints from adult guests travelling with no children. In other words families with young children are second tier guests as far as this hotel is concerned.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Not a 5 star hotel

Attended a wedding on the beach - 10 min. walk to the beach - I called to reserve a shuffle cart as it was too hot to walk as we were all dressed up for a wedding, had to call twice and then I had to go out and flag one down. We were advised that shuttle carts came every 10 mins - not. Good Luck in booking reservations for the restaurants not even 24 hours I arrived I went to book and I was advised that it was booked for the week!! Very disappointed in the food - the only time that the food wa [... read more]s good was at the wedding. Very strict rules:On the beach - 1 particular security person would not allow us to turn the chair when the sun was on our back. Buffet restaurant (La Brassiere) would not allow us to go in because she accused us of being wet. We don't swim, it was sweat marks as we had to walk from the beach as there was no shuttle carts to pick us up!! It was 39 degrees !!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Repeat customer...

We love this resort and are very much looking forward to our next visit. However, I was very disappointed to get an email from them charging my credit card an extra $100 for keys that we most definitely returned! I would appreciate that being put back where it belongs, on my credit card. It was very early morning check out and perhaps the concierge missed picking them up or forgot we gave them to him, but they were returned.

El Dorado Maroma: Amazing resort

The El Dorado Maroma is a fantastic resort. It's well managed, the food is great, and we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and and warm ocean. Thanks beach butlers for looking after us.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Phenomenal experience!

This was a perfect vacation. The service was outstanding from check in to check out. The friendliest most efficient staff I have encountered. The grounds and room was beautiful. The beach is perfect. The food was great.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Wonderful Staff!

The resort has plenty to offer but the staff is what makes it different from other places. From check in to check out, they take good care of you and make sure you have the best stay. Servers at all restaurants and bars are polite and very nice!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Nice place

The hotel was about 40 minutes from the airport. The rooms were nice but could use some tlc. Our room was right across from the adult pool, a restaurant and a bar. There were a lot of lounge chair but they were uncomforable. They could have uses some cushions. The food was good. It seem to be the same theme at the buffet every night. There was a bar by the beach and you could sit there and watch the waves. The weather was good, hot. The public restrooms spread around the resort could ha [... read more]ve been cleaned more often. A bank was about 2 blocks away and the exchange rate was better there than at the hotel. The market was a 20 minutes walk from the hotel. All in all it was a nice place to stay for adults and families. The hotel was not close to the boardwalk. A person would have to take the free tour offered.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Fantastic Activities on the Resort

Because this was an eco resort, the grounds were very interesting as you were surrounded by many friendly animals! This resort is pretty large in size and offers a bunch of activities for guests of all ages. For starters, there are several pools on site, but my personal favourite was the main pool where most of the excitement happened. Sandos Caracol has an amazing entertainment team who host activities such as Zumba and aqua aerobics in the morning, to crazy games the pool, beach soccer, and be [... read more]ach volleyball in the afternoon, and finally fun shows to watch and dancing in the evenings. There is always something going on at this resort and I encourage everyone to participate in a lot of them! Asides from the entertainment staff's activates, there is a spa & gym, tennis courts, ping pong tables, a kid's club, bike trails, cenotes that you can snorkel in for free, and a petting zoo. The resort also offers several restaurants to eat at along with bars located all over the grounds if you want to grab a drink. The room I stayed in was quite modern and always kept clean by the maid who was quick and super efficient at her job. Overall, I loved my stay at the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort and Spa and I am already looking into booking another trip back there!

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Paradise

This resort was remarkable! Every little detail taken care of. Service was over the top. Entertainment was extraordinary! Food was everywhere and very well made. Cleanliness was beyond. I would definitely go back to this resort

My son and I had a great time. There were lots of restaurant choices and things to do. It is safe and lots to do in town. Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Lovely resort!

A Canadian favourite. Food was awesome , beach was really good location is perfect it’s a beach walk into Bucerías. Has a cool Mexican rustic feel and liked how it isn’t super fancy but the people are so wonderful and it’s always super clean. The adult pool and area is chill and the place to be. Happy to have chosen this spot, will be back!

Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing Resort, Love Cabo !

Definetly would go back to this same resort. Never been to Cabo, and I wished I had not waited this long to go. The resort opened in Dec 2018, I usually give it a year. But not this time, we went June 27-July 4th, 2019. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We don’t like to lie on the beach, we walked it. High undertoe so no swimming in it. The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Good resort but not 5 star

Travelled with a group of 17 for a wedding. Overall had a good experience. The beach chairs need a full upgrade as they are very broken down umbrella are also broken and theres no tables. Main buffet is also not great but the rest of the amenities were good.

Occidental Cozumel: amazing!

The Occidental Cozumel was everything we expected. Great beach with lots of shape from the palm trees. Buffets were also very good. very friendly staff. Enjoyed the adult pool. Lots of wildlife and a jungle feel. Great spot to snorkel right at the beach.
