Azul Beach Resort Negril: Lots of renovation

Beautiful resort, clean, staff friendly. The restaurants were closed and the food was terrible. The authentic Jamaican food was missing. The fish was over cooked. Music was missing throughout the resort. Lots of renovations.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fantastic Hotel

Pros: I Loved my spa day - my massage therapist was Eva and I got the Jamaican message (similar to Swedish). Entertainment team was awesome, entertainment manager, Liyah, and her team brought the energy!!! Every space was covered with entertainment staff (lobby, poolside, and beach). Pre Check-in was easy and time efficient! Beautiful ocean room view! Beautiful pool! Con: I was unclear what the role of my butler was, they weren’t properly introduced or explained, hardly saw them ( was the c [... read more]ontact info suppose to be exchanged, do they book excursions or restaurants?!). My room bathroom ceiling was leaking, took a day and half to fix even after I complained - staff should have offered another room. Adult beach VERY rocky.

Riu Negril: Awsome resort

Everything about this resort is outstanding! Food is to die for! Grounds are beautiful and well kept up! Rooms are very clean and immaculate! The staff is very friendly and outgoing! I highly recommend this resort for sure!

We have been to this resort three times now and always enjoy it. Clean rooms and resort and amazing food. Decent night life and entertainment. Friendly staff Great location and beaches We highly recommend this resort Lots of activities nearby if interested

Couples Swept Away: 11th Visit

We love this resort so much we just came back from 11th visit to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Everyone is so friendly, it's like returning home each time. Beautiful lush grounds and low rise buildings set on a beautiful beach with the most amazing sunsets in the world.

Couples Swept Away: Awesome relaxation

This was our 9th time to CSA and we love it more every time we go. The whole experience is uplifting relaxing and good for the soul. The food is delicious, the people that keep CSA going are amazing. You can be quiet and relax or you can be busy with the many outdoor and indoor amenities CSA has to offer. We can't say one negative thing about CSA even the bus ride is fun and educational.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Will return every year.

This resort is amazing, entertainment staff amazing, bartenders amazing, waitresses amazing. Food amazing. Beach amazing. Pools There amazing. The owners need to limit the amount of day passes on the weekends.. There was very long waits at the buffet. Besides that our stay was great.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Average resort

The resort was beautiful, but we were not impressed with our room. We received an upgraded room which we were told was bigger but the poolside was shared with three other couples which was not ideal. Our in-room beverage service (from coffee to champagne) was not restocked daily as advertised and briefed; we needed to request this from the concierge each day which detracted from the (advertised and paid for) Sandals all-inclusive experience. Grand Palladium Jamaica: very entertaining and beautiful!

i loved all the entertainment they provided. the live music and the party on the beach with the fire show was my favourite. my room was amazing with a great view. the service was exemplary. thank you for an amazing stay!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great Service!

This hotel was very clean, and all the staff was extremely friendly. Manuela was very helpful with everything we needed, and everything went smoothly. Food was amazing and I would definitely go back again!

Secrets Wild Orchid: Amazing time at this resort

This resort was amazing. The food was great, the rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was fantastic! We went to this resort for our honeymoon and it offered great entertainment, relaxing atmosphere, and very romantic. We would definitely revisit. booking with Kevin was a breeze and we are so that he helped us out with this decision.

Riu Ocho Rios: Everything you need to relax!

The hotel has many rooms and yet you never feel like it’s crowded! There is beachfront for all who chose it, and beach loungers for all. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable beds. The buffet can satisfy any taste, and a Jamaican corner of foods at every meal and every day is appealing to those who go for the Jamaican foods!! Entertainment is wholesome, family friendly fun! The resort overall is quieter, And a relaxed ambiance about it.

Amazing staff , service , rooms , day time activities were fun,nice pools, great buffet. Would recommend other types of beer , not a big lover of red stripe . So many smiles ❤️. I would definitely go back and also recommend

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Disappointed

The hotel is older and although they are doing "renovations" it's really like a slight face lift; mostly refresh with paint; nothing special. The rooms had a foul order, like wet cardboard. Each pod has a fountain on the ground floor that is completely useless and contributes to the smell. My balcony door did not open so I was unable to use the balcony. Ocean Coral Spring: Beautiful Resort!

This resort is very well maintained and the staff are very responsive to guests needs. The food was exceptionally good for all meals and there were many choices. You will always find something that you desire to eat! The drinks were very good quality with champagne available at breakfast. The music and entertainment were extremely well done and very enjoyable. It started at around 7pm (Jamaica Time) and continued until around 11pm. They covered a variety of music types including Pop, Jazz and Reggae. The night shows were also very well done. There was also a Disco for late night entertainment. There were daily activities during the day time which many guests enjoyed. The Ocean and the Beach were terrible and the worst that I have been to!! This should be corrected!! The Rooms were clean and spacious with readily available Towels as required. The swimming pools were large and well maintained. There were Bars everywhere so drinks were readily available as required. Pay special attention the Beach because many guests are complaining about this. Fix this problem if you would like to have "repeat guests" and positive recommendations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Riu Reggae: Fantastic resort!

Everything about Riu Reggae is amazing. Great staff, beautiful beach and pools. The food is the best out of any resort I've visited. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The location of resort is amazing , very nice beach and Tiffany color sea, there is a great local public restaurant 2 min walking serving lobsters . Regarding resort - my first impression was good , one of the perks - you can get a free coconuts that grow right on the trees in the resiort , their restaurants are amazing , especially wow to the one that has a purple colour - don’t remember the name . Buuuuut - my phone was STOLEN, my daughter left the phone in the main cafeteria - I got back 2  [... read more]min later , it was just gone -they said they will do investigation, but no one even got back to me with updates , also forgot my shoes in the room - sent the email to see if they saw it , and no of course - shows were stolen . And the biggest thing - my husband and my son were bitten by something , new bites eoykd appear on their skin every morning , I bilieve it’s bad bugs , and pray we didn’t bring any to the house . Loved negrill loved Jamaican people - but will never return to this hotel will not recommend to my friends , another thing we saw a cockroaches in our room

Stunning hotel room.Terrible food. Incredible beaches. Clean sand, warm water. The nude beach was rocky and treacherous- needs improvement. Staff so lovely, warm. Beautiful country, impoverished citizens.

Our family had a fascinating week vacation staying at the Rose hall Hilton resort and Spa. All staff and senior management were always helpful and accommodating. Beautiful peoples, great foods and amazing resorts. Look forward to returning again to beautiful Jamaica. Ron.

Riu Ocho Rios: Beautiful Resort

This hotel is very clean and services are excellent. The food is fresh, tasty and delicious. The beach is very calm and water is very clear and waves are not that high. An excellent family get away. People are very friendly and down to earth. I would like to see them serve black label scotch whisky because I .m a scotch drinker with a fine pallet.
