Melia Las Dunas: Great Holiday😁

We found the resort very well maintained, clean rooms, well manicured grounds but the best was how friendly the staff was. We found the buffets abundantly stocked, lots of fresh fruits and salads. If I had anything to criticize it would be a lack of bathrooms at the beach. It was a super holiday and I would definitely go back.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Beautiful Beaches

Hotel is good overall. Grounds including pools are well maintained. Staff are very polite and hospitable. General maintenance of accommodation structures and interior of rooms can be improved- for example painting of exterior doors, door handle and patio door stick and hard to open. Lobby beautiful and presents well but public toilets need to be better maintaining. Clean dining facilities for buffet meals good core food availability but limited variety.

Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas: A Very relaxing Vacation Resort

We loved the beach, the resort it self had a few issues public washrooms could use some work, needed to be up dated. The room was comfortable and clean. Great staff all very friendly, In the two weeks we spent with them they were painting and sprucing things up. We definitely would return.

Melia Buenavista: Nice quiet Resort

It is a lovely resort, the pools are beautiful. It was so nice to have a quiet pool and another one which played music. The beaches are spectacular! 3 different ones to choose from. Our room was beautiful and over looked the pool. We enjoyed the outdoor showers. It would have been nice to have one buffet restaurant on site but we did venture over to their sister resort for lunch one day. Gran Muthu Cayo Santa Maria: Very bad food

Same food all the week 🤢 really bad! No restaurants around ! Never again. Nothing good at all, only one menu at night no buffet. The desert is terrible like literally terrible. Im happy to come back home

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Not what we expected

We understand that there is shortages especially to islands but if you are going to run a resort, make sure you have the supplies needed to keep people fed and clean. The buffet was a dream for a meat eater but for a tropical location, there was a lack of fruits and vegetables. Flies were everywhere. Truly kind and appreciative and even if they couldn’t accommodate a drink request, they got creative and made something delicious. I agree with the previous review about hand soap and toilet paper. Especially after going through the pandemic, it should be top priority that people have what they need to wash their hands to keep themselves healthy. No toilet paper is unacceptable, you cannot expect people to have nothing to wipe with. That not humane. As for the maids and gardeners, everyone was lovely and friendly. It was disappointing to see one of the maids sweep broken glass shards into the garden in the lobby where a little kitten had just come out. It’s not good for the garden and it’s especially sad if there is a family of cats living in those gardens. Use common sense. We have been home a week and a half and our guts are still recovering. We were extremely sick when we got home and we believe it is from the meat not being properly cooked or from all the flies sitting on the food in the buffet. All in all, the beach is beautiful and it is the reason to visit this resort but other than that, it’s disappointing. I hate to leave a review like this since I really feel for the people of Cuba but people who vacation there work hard for their money to go on these vacations and deserve much better treatment.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Amazing resort

First time in Royalton Cayo Santa Maria resort and definitely not last. Relaxing,smaller resort, very clean. The beautiful beach,white sand, turquoise water(no loud music on the beach),lots of palapas. Me and my husband walk for miles every day, enjoy the one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. General Manager Alejandro is welcoming and spoke to guests daily, he is like all his Team; friendly, always smiling, make sure you are happy with the service. To Manager Mark; Mr.&Mrs Google is saying thank you for your hospitality and care. Thank you all the staff for making the best Valentine’s Day for us. From the morning breakfast with amazing music, beautiful decorations, to the lobster supper with the classy service. And…to our maid Janet and our butler Omar; not only you are really fantastic team, great workers, sweet and caring; the Valentines decorations in the room and washroom was the really beautiful surprise. Wish we stayed longer!!! ❤️

Playa Luxury Cayo Las Brujas: Amazing vacation

The Angsana was amazing. The resort is small and quaint and everyone is so welcoming. For Cuba standards the food was really good. Lots of variety and everything was served hot. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, cheeses, breads, etc. Ice cream is the best!!!! The lobby was mid sized, beautiful view to the ocean. The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and the shower was large with lots of hot water and water pressure. Can walk out for hundreds of ft. The standout feature is the staff. So loving. They are top notch!!!! We will definitely return!!!

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Could be an amazing resort…

This was our first post-pandemic trip to my very favourite country to visit. We read lots of reviews before booking Dhawa. We have nothing to complain about really, other than supply issues which we have all heard about over and over and over. The staff are worn out trying to make the best of the situation and it shows in their morale. Some tourists are not so understanding. Sol Cayo Santa Maria: Newly renovated resort

The nicest room I have seen in my many trips in different area of Cuba. The workers worked hard to embellish the landscape. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was good but little selection. It’s Cuba, it’s to be expected. The beach was amazing Overall it was an enjoyable trip

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: 2 star at best

Very Unorganized staff was very wasn't very helpful. Al A Carte food was worse then the buffer. There 1 week only I day had vodka, and that only lasted a few hours then out of it again. Everyday run out of gin, red and white wine. No crystal beer. Dirty rooms and last but not least cock roaches in the buffet area.

I am the type of traveler that doesn't expect the utmost in luxury but just good food, drink and a clean place to rest my head. The Angsana Cayo Santa Maria does all that and much more. It's a beautiful small adults only boutique kind of all inclusive hotel that immediately makes you feel welcomed and wowed by the beautiful place it is. The grounds though not huge it certainly doesn't disappoint with the the two infinity pools, ocean right at your finger tips, and a very user friendly layout. The rooms are very updated and clean. The buffet offers a good selection of food that should satisfy all tastes but if you want a change there's a great 24hr snack bar that offers great food like, pizza, chicken fingers and burgers. Now for the staff, I can't say enough about how great and hard working they are. They are the most wonderful people at this resort and during my week there went out of their way daily to make sure my vacation was one to remember. I wish I could shout out their names but there are far to many to mention. Now for the beaches. One word comes to mind "Money Shot" They are truly beautiful on this resort and you need to see them for yourself to appreciate just how beautiful they are. Regards

Memories Paraiso: No complaints

Beautiful beaches, staff and grounds. As per usual Cuba style some things are in need of repair. But nothing that impacted the quality of our vacation. Pools and bars around every corner and most of all beautiful cuban people always smiling joking and laughing. Our customer service rep Yailyn LeonMartin was epic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yusimi and Ernesto At the lobby bar parisio side were also amazing so friendly and they had ALL the good drinks!!!

Memories Paraiso: 5 star staff!!!

Grounds are beautiful and lush, beach is spectacular!! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is good lots of options and always something available. What really makes this resort is the staff! Yailyn at customer service is truly amazing! Such a dedicated and kind person! All of the bartenders, room cleaners, drivers are always kind and happy. Always smiling and joking. Playa Luxury Cayo Las Brujas: Amazing vacation

This resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The beaches were perfect, one quiet and one with activities. We totally enjoyed the food and found it better than expected. The pizza and hamburgers at the snack bar were very good. The staff at the Angsana were amazing and very accommodating. We had no complaints and will definitely return.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Not the best hotel

We did not like this hotel at all. I was disappointed on so many levels. The food is not great. Same thing every day. We tried an a La Carte restaurant and waited 1.5 hours to get our food. The rooms are not cleaned well. Dirty in the corners, cobwebs and the shower is not caulked properly so it would leak/ flood the floors. I mentioned it to front desk twice - NO ONE came to deal with it. I gave up. I asked for towels to cover the puddles of water and they gave me a dirty towel only. The beach has so many sea shells that some people cut their feet walking to the water. We walked over next door to the grand aston hotel and went for a nice pizza lunch. We didn’t care we had to pay for it - just needed something different. Anyways if you’re going , bring hot sauce, ketchup , peanut butter and anything else for flavour. Also bring your own towels! And bring mosquito repellents they get you at night.

Hotel was nice n beach everything else not good, food not very good we were a group of 22 people and some of us got sick, staff weren’t very friendly only 2 people standout everyone else is like they hate there jobs will never go back there again

One of the best hotels in Cuba. If you are going to Cuba to enjoy the beach then this resort is right for you. The variety of food is not great but I expected and do not bother me at all. Room is very comfy.
