Melia Internacional: Amazing Resort!

This hotel resort was outstanding. The property grounds were so well-maintained and enjoyable to look at. Relaxing at this resort was so nice. The beach was incredible The food was good. The people so nice. Can't say enough. We have been to Cuba 4 times. I would definitely come back to this resort.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Playa Cayo Santa Maria Vacation

I had a good time staying there, I stayed at this hotel the previous 3 times were between October and March, it was much drier and I rarely got mosquito bites, but due to the wet weather recently, I had quite a few bites on my body, I will return there except not during the wet months. I like the friendly staff there, the food is acceptable for Cuban standard, the rooms are large, I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vacation in Cuba, the only down side is it takes approximately [... read more] 90 minutes to get to the hotels in that area from the airport, but it isn't that bad once you are prepare for it.

Starfish Guardalavaca: Starfish Holguin (Guardalavaca)

For the money you pay for 3 star it is worth of 4 stars. Rooms were excellent compare to 5 star hotels Eggs, bread, meat, real fruit juice, coffee and many other items everyday (no ice cream) Alcohol beverages may very like vodka, tequila and white wine were absent time to time. Over all you wont starve and guaranty that they have more food than you have in your house. I recommend this hotel.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Awful

Services was awful, food was the worse I had in Cuba. The maids were great room was cleaned daily. We had no water for a day and night worse place I’ve been to in Cuba , they promise things but nothing is done, been to Cuba over 10 years this resort was bad,

Playa Luxury Cayo Guillermo: Great resort but beware of mosquitoes in September

This resort was great from the rooms, the grounds, the food, the service and last but not least the beach. Food was always good and readily available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The people working there were very pleasant and helpful. The beach is amazing, crystal clear water and white sand. The transportation is direct to the the resort from the airport. Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Amazing resort (Kids 16 and over only)-Please read to the end

My husband and I went to Valentin El Patriarca, September 1st to 8th, 2025. We ended up with a free upgraded room to the Deluxe Alegance (yes it's spelled that way) section room 4514, totally awesome, right outside the door is the pool for that section with a bar. Water bottles are placed in the room everyday and the maid is tidying up everyday. If you get this section please ask the lady at the restaurant for your bottle of free Rum she will get it to your room. The Alegance section has a restaurant right out your door and they take orders for breakfast also lunch and dinner, yes there's eggs. The beach's just gorgeous, warm water to swim. The resort and pools all clean everywhere, all open, all bars open with one at the beach. Beautiful lobby with bar and a coffee shop that's just fabulous, a must have coffee there everyday. The lawn and flowers well manicured. Someone to give us fresh coconuts everyday, that was a must for us, tips please for everyone, it's much appreciated. And I cannot stress enough please do not leave any coins as it's not accepted at their banks, so the employees cannot exchange it's just a waste. Please exchange all Canadian money to US dollars (dollar bills), that is totally accepted everywhere. Americans are not welcomed (have to travel from another country first) but their money is. One night they take you and your family (Over 16 years old) and bus you all off into another location for a party if you wish to stay for the party or just eat and and then get on the bus, any bus just tell them your resort and they will take you back when needed, yes it's all very safe. Security guards on the resort day and night also lifeguard on duty. They don't let anyone try to sell you anything on the beach, not allowed at this resort. I highly recommend this resort to everyone (16 and over), you will not regret it.

Sanctuary White Sands: Just got home from a great trip.

Grounds are very nice pool is great food was good in the premium section they would run out of things at the bar but move on too the next one and you would find it . The animation team is great as well as the bartenders gardners maids everyone makes sure you are having fun . It was my third time at sanctuary white sands and for the price you pay and what you get is amazing . If you want too eat and drink five star spend double and go somewhere else. Memories Jibacoa: Cheers to Memories Jibacoa

Had the most wonderful week at Memories Jibacoa. Our flight on Westjet was seamless; we were greeted with warm Cuban hospitality at the resort and were treated like gold. Good food and drinks, fun entertainment and the beautiful beach...who could ask for anything better!

Grand Aston Varadero Beach Resort: Great Time

Beautiful resort, courteous and professional staff, food was surprisingly good. The Club check in needs help, we opted for Club, but didn't really get the club experience on the first few days, we found out more of what was included mid way through our vacation. Rey at the Club designated breakfast and lunch restaurant was amazing! Beach - I believe it is man made, a bit of a trek to get to the water, water was amazing! Overall - we always have a great time in Cuba!

Melia Las Americas: It starts with proper booking support

First of all our booking agent Jennifer Brown..what a wonderful, kind professional service she provided. Good on you Jen. Yes hotel lived up to its reputation. Wonderful atmosphere and offered the best of Cuba. If I can recommend anything than perhaps a ramp alongside the stairs to the beach .

Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort: The VIP section was amazing.

The VIP section was amazing. Rooms where very cozy. Lovely cleaning staff. The beach where the locals go had a lot of rubbish around. This is a HUGE hotell, if you want a great selection of food at the large buffet, go early. So much waste from the vacationers.Take only what you eat. Too many people for me. I will not return, BUT I would recommend it to families. So much for kids to do.

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: A big disappointment ?

I took a party of eight,from australia.just for 3 days. It was not good at all. Firstly the rooms.there was only a disc. Of a soap. The AC was leaking water. The food was so su standard. I've been to Cuba thirty times. I am aware of the hardships. But this was bad. Even the information I get from the reception was poor.

Occidental Arenas Blancas: Amazing resort

I am a repeat customer at this resort. I was there Sept 13 - 20 and the food, in my opinion, was so much better than the last time I was there in May. The wait staff as well as the front desk staff were great always there to help and same with the wait staff. The location is right downtown Varadero which is a great feature. The rooms are dated and need updates but as ar as cleanliness and the room itself it was great I had no issues with the resort.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Very nice overall

Staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Food was quite good in the a la carte's and the buffet. Beach is beautiful and clean. Pool was clean and warm. Mosquitoes were really bad, likely the worse we have ever experienced in the Caribbean. Be sure to bring insect repellent. No air conditioning in the buffet which is disappointing. Our room never got below 22 degrees but the ceiling fans work well to keep you cool. This was our 2nd time at Royalton Hicacos.

Iberostar Coral Holguin: Wonderful Vacation

Had a relaxing and enjoyable week at Iberostar Coral in Holguin. Great food, great staff and great vacation. Would like to have carts to go to the beach as a fair walk in such hot hot weather. Even though it is off season there was still enough entertainment and variety of food.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: Fantastic Resort

As this is my 1st time going to Grand Memories resort, I had a fantastic time, the rooms were very clean and maintained. The beaches was amazing and clean, the salt water was was so nurturing. All the staff was very friendly and made each day of my stay fantastic, they had a smile on their faces each day. The food was ok, there was many options either you can go to buffets or to gourmet lunch and dinner. Trust ill be going back

Occidental Arenas Blancas: Amazing service.

Very good care, a cordial and respectful treatment, excellent supply and abundance, in all senses, in the breakfast, the amuerzo and the meal. Very attentive staff. Only many mosquitoes at dawn and dusk. I repeat my visit and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I am sure to return soon with friends and family.

Grand Memories Santa Maria: 5 stars hotel in Cuba
