Riu Palace Baja California: Great Vacation

Clean resort, amazing room and food was good with alot of choices. Nice to go to the waterpark slides and parties at the other Riu hotels. Also Adults Only Hotel. City is nice to see and water taxi to see the El Arco and beaches. Great weather in June

Riu Palace Mexico: Love! Love! Love!

We stayed in this resort June 18-25, 2019. The weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was fabulous and very relaxing. Even though there was some seaweed and the shore wasn't always pristine, we noticed workers constantly cleaning and working hard to keep the beach clean. The food was delicious and seemed as if it was made out of the highest quality ingredients. The front lobby staff were all very accommodating and helpful. They answered all of our questions, gave us excellent suggestions, and overall made our experience flawless. The rooms were always clean - we loved the special touch of leaving little chocolates and folding our towels after every cleaning. All personnel were very helpful and overall we had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying at a Riu resort, and we would recommend it to everyone!

Occidental Cozumel: One of the best value

Average size hotel, not too many rooms; surrounded by nature - very beautifull. Located in the Cozumel natural park - they preserve a lot of trees between their buildings, keeping quietness. Food is good, drinks are nicely done. Service quality varies. We appreciated the free hour kayak rental ;). Cool ambiance/atmosphere around pool : they vary the music (rock included ;) . TRS Coral: AMAZING RESORT

AS WE FIRST DROVE UP MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS WOW IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL WE HAD A SWIM UP ROOM AND I CAN NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN THE ROOM ALL THE LIGHTING IS SENSORED THAT WAY YOU USE ONLY THE LIGHTS YOU NEED. THE DECOR WAS AGAIN WOW THEY PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO THE DESIGN. Grand Riviera Princess: Family Resort

The beach was completely full of seaweed. This is a typical issue in the area. We choose not the go in the ocean. The pools are nice. Chill out lounge was amazing. It is more geared towards families. Expect a lot of kids around, not the best for couples. Food was decent.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Wonderful resort!

I loved this resort. The staff was very helpful and nice. Which is always wonderful when you're in a foreign country. There were a lot of gourmet dishes to choose from which kept us full the entire stay ! Also a great variety of drinks to keep you going all week. The hotel staff worked very hard to make sure that everything was nice and clean for everyone which helped to make the week away from home a good one. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Awesome time

We spent one week in June 2019 and had an amazing time - great food entertainment and pool bar -great service staff was awesome rooms were clean spacious and nice a cool and had awesome jet tub Would recommend to anyone

Riu Santa Fe: Fun Place To Stay

The staff were quite friendly. Good selection of food and alcohol. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious with a decent little balcony. Overall I'd recommend it to almost anyone. There are a few parties that go on in the evenings too so keep that in mind.

Royal Solaris: Great Resort

The hotel room was clean and the service was great,The people was very friendly also the entertainment group was great,every night with different shows.We really enjoy our time in this hotel.Royal Solaris team always treated very well,the food was ok,wifi service was for free.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Amazing!

Couldn't ask for any more out of a hotel. The staff is exceptional - friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. Excellent entertainment nightly. Every room has an oceanview and is spacious. The food is amazing - healthy options are available as well! I recommend this hotel highly.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Phenomenal!

Amazing service - staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent food - a wide variety of fruits and vegetables as well! Clean rooms - all with oceanview and huge rooms. Amenities - an abundance of activities to keep you busy. Entertainment - excellent!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort

Sian Kaan was a great resort and I will definitely recommend going there to all of my friends! Went there for 7 days and couldn't believe how fast it went by. It's so easy to get from place to place, the shuttle cars come by every 7-10 minutes. Personally would also consider going to Akumal as that hotel was right next to the beach and had a really nice infinity pool.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Good Resort

This resort was good, a lot of walking if you have small children. The water at the beach was not clean, but they have a spot about two hotels down that the water is clear and nice to swim. The food was great, serves was excellent.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Relaxing Time

The hotel was clean and the staff were (for the most part) helpful and friendly. We found Jose at the check-in desk great, as well as Ever & Edna in the dining room and Gustavo at the pool bar. The beach is still providing a display of sea weed, but the hotel is doing its best to remove it as best they can.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Beautiful resort!

The star prestige area is well worth the extra expense! Beautiful beach area and pool. However, you cannot directly enter the ocean without water shoes due to rocks. The rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained. Will definitely be planning a trip back to Iberostar Cozumel in the future!

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Perfect!

La Perla was clean, picturesque and filled with intoxicating aromas! Royal service was well worth the additional cost, and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Food, drinks, atmosphere and staff were amazing!

Riu Dunamar: Exciting and So Much To Do and See !

My room was perfect! I loved the view. Bathroom was comfortable and shower felt nice before and after the day. The pools and buffet layout were perfect as well as the beach front! Sports bar was very much what I needed to catch the NBA Toronto Raptors Championship Finals!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beaulieu

My husband and had a wonderful time from arriving to departure. We arrive at the Coba and after checking inn we discover are A/C wasn't working We called the front desk they sent a maintenance person Who called the front desk and told them the A/C was broken. The front desk spoke with my husband and explained that we would have to move room. We were upgraded to The Tulum. The hotel was fantastic including the food. We will be returning in the near future.

Large resort, lots of golf carts to take you around, fast check in, good food/drinks, bad beach, nice pool, friendly staff, fairly clean. Slow staff in dining room. Lots to do on resort. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Good Hotel, Nice Resort- Watch for Upgrades

This was our 4th time at this resort. We like it a lot and haven't had many problems.....until this time. We booked over 3 months ago, upon arrival, they indicated that they did not have any rooms with twin beds and that was "at the resorts discretion" and they were at 94% capacity. If we wanted twin beds we would have to pay the $210 USD upgrade. Well they were at 94% capacity because they had closed one of the three buildings and I'm pretty sure they could have converted a queen bed room t [... read more]o two twins since we had booked 3 months in advance. So I looked at this as a blatant way of making you pay for a room upgrade. I indicated great displeasure and indicated I would complain on social media and cost them a lot more than the $210. They said "go for it".
