Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Amazing and definitely returning

I loved this resort it was absolutely beautiful the staff were also amazing I stayed in the royal service area and couldn’t have asked for nothing more I can’t wit to return this is definitely a place you will want to return to time and time again already looking forward to and saving for my next visit

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Epic Massive Resort

huge resort with enough options for everyone. we stayed for a week in early may. temperature was perfect. our 2 year old had a great time at all the kiddie slide pools. swimming area at the beach was great. def recommend the Seafood restaurant and Tokyo. if you like tequila check out the tequila/cigar bar. amazing selection to try.

Moon Palace Cancun: As always an amazing experience!!!

Service and staff are 5 star!!! Food is always very good!! If you\re looking to golf it is an awesome course featuring 3- 9 holes courses....Lots of activities for all ages! Rooms are always clean with adequate towels and bedding.... The only downside is the beach...which is covered in seaweed all of the time..virtually non swimmable

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great resort for family vacation

We travelled with 2 kids (3 and infant). The room was clean and the food was top notch (especially the a la carte restaurants!) We tried the buffet and one restaurant in Coba, and those were not comparable. The only minor issue we had was with the wifi, it was difficult to connect and sometimes it doesn't work properly (so that doesn't work well to reserve the restaurants through their app). Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Best snorkeling in mayan riviera!

This resort was listed as a hidden gem and it certainly was. It had everything you could want if you are looking for a quieter kid friendly mid sized resort with good food great staff comfortable rooms and direct access from beach to snorkeling heaven. Can’t wait to return!

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Amazing resort

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. The food was better than I expected. A good variety of restaurants with exceptional menu choices to please everyone. Pool activities were fun to watch even if not being a participant. Loved the foam party in the pool. Three pool choices, one with a swim up bar, one adult only and one that was adult and kid friendly. Beach area had a lot of shade chairs, the only drawback was that the water was murky and full of se [... read more]aweed and the red flag was up everyday. They did maintain the beach by raking frequently but nature had other ideas, and made it impossible to keep up. Vendors did approach you at the beach but did not harass you if told no. I loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Grand Riviera Princess: Wonderful time

Amazing grounds. Swim out is well worth the upgrade. Great distance from the airport. Beyond amazing pools. Terrible beach but the seaweed isn't the resorts fault. Ok food. The buffet had good choices, the a la cart were not terrible but could be better. Good service but the bars need more staff.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Amazing

The resort is fantastic from the hotel to the buffets and the amazing restaurants the three pools are huge. And all the staff are great. The lazy river was great along with the ice cream shop and coffee bar and al the entertainment. Great resort

Grand Sunset Princess: fantastic

Everything about this resort was incredible.. the food ,entertainment and the staff were exceptional. We would return in a heartbeat.It was so clean and everything about it was amazing. From the time of booking until our departure from Mexico I cant say enough. We used sunwing and the reps on site were great ...right from landing to booking excursions everything ran very smooth

All around great resort and staff. Food and service are great and rooms are clean and modern. The beach had alot of sargassium (seaweed) everywhere and although its not the hotels fault it ruined the beach.

Ocean Maya Royale: Great vacation

We were 6 people coming to the ocean maya royale, when we got there they offered us alcoholic drinks and checked us in very efficiently. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms were beautiful and clean. The dining experience was great, I would recommend all the a la cartes except for Mexican, the rest were 10/10 and you could go as many times as you wanted. The staff was very polite and nice, the staff at the pool (Arturo, Naomi, Oscar, and the others) were great, very energetic and fu [... read more]n to be with. The beach was not nice because of the seaweed, but I understand this is a whole Mayan riviera issue not just the one hotel. All in all, the vacation and the resort were great. FYI there is a lagoon if you walk down the beach for about 15-20 minutes, the lagoon is so beautiful, it is fresh water, it is clear. Then there’s a bit of a current and it pushes you out into the ocean, but it is not deep out there. A great experience.

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Great Resort and Staff!

A group of seven girls and I spent a week at Marival and we had a great time. Two of the girls are vegans and the staff accommodated their dietary needs. Special thanks to Victor and Jullion for going above and beyond to making sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms that we stayed in (131) were a bit outdated but were always clean!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Lovely Resort

I attended this resort for a destination wedding. The grounds were lovely and the resort was very clean. The service was very good for the most part. As the resort was so large, and there were so many people there, sometimes the service seemed a bit slow, but understandably so. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the beach, due to all of the seaweed that washed up onto the shore constantly, and felt that there could have been more resources dedicated to keeping it clean. We were unable to [... read more] use the beach until the last 2-3 days of our 5 day trip. The pools were lovely. Be prepared to be charged a sanitation fee of approximately $1.50 per day, something we were not aware of prior to our trip. Overall, a nice resort, if you like larger resorts.

1) I recommend one more Billiard in TULUM (except of the Sports Bar) in COBA. 2) Billiard in the Sports Bar in COBA was not in good condition and one ball was missing 3) I recommend normal size Chess Board with figures in the Sports Bar or somewhere else

Haven Riviera Cancun: Great Place to get Spoiled!

We arrived at the hotel for a weeks' vacation. We had originally booked a garden-view room but were upgraded to a partial ocean-view room (2117). The room overlooked the pool and beach. It was a nice large room. We then upgraded to the Serenity - worth every penny. We stayed in room 1007. We had a great ocean swim-out room. The food is fantastic at this resort. We tried all restaurants, bars and room service. The spa was amazing, we went daily for a massage and hydrotherapy which is inc [... read more]luded in the Serenity package. The pools are fantastic. There is some seaweed on the beach but we knew that when we booked. We were still able to access the water. The ocean water was warmer than the pool water! Not your typical blue color like in Cancun. The staff are very friendly. Can't wait to return to this resort!

Platinum Yucatan Princess: An exceptional experience!

The hotel was more than we could have dreamed of! The grounds were amazing - kept by the most warm, welcoming and attentive staff. The entertainment was absolutely amazing .. especially poolside. Our room was immaculate. Very clean and the double rain shower is such a treat. I cannot recommend this resort enough - we will be back!!

The Pyramid Cancun: Amazing resort

Hotel was great, food excellent, staff very friendly and professional. The only thing was Sun Wing , they cut our holiday to 6 days , moved our flight back from 8 p.m. to 3 pm , picked us up at noon drove around the city for an hour and drove by our hotel again to get to airport. We waited in the plane for almost two hours and took of at 7pm. We landed in Toronto next day at around 1am.

Melody Maker Cancun: Amazing resort for singles

The hotel was very clean, easy access to party strip, barely any children. It's a good place to party for singles definitely not a family resort. There's a party in the pool practically everyday during the day.

The Reef Coco Beach: Reef Coco Beach

Pros: Grounds are well maintained, rooms cleaned often, drinks strong and delicious. Love the small, intimate size of the resort, plenty of pool side chairs. Cons: Food bad and always cold or lukewarm, beach unusable due to substantial weeds. If they improved the quality of the food I would go back, probably won’t for this reason.

From entering the lobby to register to checking out and heading to the airport and home we have nothing but praise and raves for this resort. Checking in was smooth and seamless as was checking out. Our room was spacious and well appointed located where we requested which was an adult pool view. The grounds are expertly and well maintained. Your first view from the lobby over looking the main pool is amazing only surpassed by the view at night. There are no problems with sun loungers or getting up at 6:30 to reserve your place with a towel. There is no swimming at the beach as the waves are dangerous to say the least but are mesmerizing to watch and listen to. The food at all restaurants and the buffet was excellent. There is no need for reservations anywhere except at the Asian and that's only if you want the Hibachi no need for reservations if you just want table service. Breakfast can be hectic and a people watching paradise.Any overflow is directed to the adjoining Mexican restaurant so we never had to wait for a table in the 10 days we were there. In fact, we didn't have to wait more that 5 minutes to be seated anywhere. There is no lobby bar by traditional definition probably because this is a 590 room resort that caters to families and a wide age group. The biggest selling point our view was the staff. Constantly smiling, courteous, helpful and very, very good at what they do. .
