Hotel Bella Costa: exellent vacation.

To me,that was my first holiday in Canada which is the most beautiful place whole my life, so I will recommended my friends who wants to go to the vacation in somewhere. I spent good time in there with my girl friends. I think that if hotel has some more entertainment to show us like bally dance.

Hotel Bella Costa: great time

Hotel was great, large rooms and friendly staff. Food was good overall and you are close enough to town you can always walk or cab in to try some other places. 24/7 bar was awesome and the resort had great nightly entertainment. If you are looking for a great place to go dancing and experience Cuban night-life go to Calle 62. Amazing bar with a street party every night. For food check out alladin cafe and kiki's which has great pizza

Hotel Bella Costa: Old resort, amazing beach

The hotel is NOT a 4.5 star, more like a 2. Resort was very clean, but old and in desperate need of a renovation. Our very thin mattress was very uncomfortable and had little ants in our room everyday. We had an oceanfront villa. It took 2 days to get a extra bed (booked one) so one child slept in the big bed with us. We've been to Breezes in Bahamas and Jamaica and this Breezes by far was the poorest. Beach is amazing. Maybe they'll spring for an update soon... starting with the more expensive rooms on the ocean.

Hotel Los Cactus: Breezes Varadero, Movember 2014

Excellent beaches, amazing ocean, acceptable resort, but the food was unacceptable. Got food poisoned twice. Poor kitchen hygiene, half-rotten vegetables and the staff was recycling the left over repeatedly. We ended up having lunch and supper at restaurants in Varadero and of course, we had to pay for each meal: so much for the all-inclusive.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Greatest Time Ever!!!

Nov 3/14 to Nov 17/14: Best 2 weeks of holiday taken. The Staff did everything to make our stay most enjoyable. Facilities, water & beach were awesome. The Staff are people I call my friends, Love you all. Any short falls will be dealt with in 2015 remodel & updates.

Memories Jibacoa: Great Vacation

Our group enjoyed the friendly, attentive staff, the well manicured grounds, the well maintained pool and the experience of being pampered. The daily activities were a lot of fun and the evening shows were certainly entertaining.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Great Resort!

The staff and food at this resort are 5 star! The rooms are clean and the beach is amazing with great snorkeling close to the shore. Great place for families and couples. They always had lots of entertainment for all ages.

Memories Jibacoa: Great Time!!

My husband and I stayed at the Breezes Jibacoa Oct 2014. Had a great time. Quaint resort. Everything was very good. We're not a picky eaters so we were fine. Some people thought it could be better. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Only 1 hour from Havana. Beach was a little rocky, but we were aware of that before we left. Just a note. We voted our room the worst on the resort. Hotel Los Cactus: Beautiful resort

I loved the layout of the resort and the beach was amazing - the staff very helpful and friendly and the trip around the peninsula and the town of Veradero on the double decker bus was awesome! The golfing for my partner in the tournament was super and lunch at the Mansion was amazing!

Hotel Bella Costa: 4 star - no way!

June 2014 This hotel is listed as a 4 star, but no way is it even close to a four. This was our 5th time in Cuba and this resort was the most disappointing one we have stayed at. The rooms at best would be a 2 and then maybe for the rest a 3 or 3 ½. We have stayed at other 4s in Cuba (for around the same price as Bella Costa) and the quality was far superior to the Bella Costa. Rooms - The standard rooms are very dated (room # 421). If you have any mold & chemical allergies beware, as my daught [... read more]er & son-in-law had to change rooms (# 419) it was so bad and could not sleep. The curtains and bedspreads look like they have not been washed in a long time. Flight to and from Cuba - Beware of flights that stop en route. Check your itinerary carefully. As this can add an additional 1 ½ hour to your flight time, provided everything is running smoothly. This is becoming a more common practice with airlines. Our trip in June with Sunwing had added stops going into and out of Cuba and both times the plane was late. Scheduled to leave Cuba at 10:30 p.m.-left at midnight, 1 ½ hours late. The delayed flight was not posted on the internet or at the Cuba airport. My husband who was to pick us up in Toronto checked our flight status after we should have been in the air for over an hour and it still showed the plane was on time, so he left to pick us up, only to find out when he got to the airport that the plane was going to be 1 ½ hours late. He had to be up early for work the next day too. Main Dining room – crowded & noisy The tables are very close together. Hard to walk around. Very noisy, hard to hear yourself talk, especially on the weekend as there seemed to be more Cuban guests. Service hit and miss, mostly miss, especially with drinks in the buffet – order two because they might not be back to your table (this was after having to flag someone down). It seemed that the people that complained or were the loudest got the better service. Pool Did not use the pool as it was crowded with people, no room to swim, especially on the weekend when it was busier. Beach Beautiful! Nice and close to the hotel, not far to walk to. But, watch out for the rocks going into the water. Evening Entertainment It was okay, a couple of good shows, some mediocre and then some not so good shows. Other Amenities The gym is dated. They do have some “newer” cardio equipment, but the weight machines showed their age. Did not participate in the resort’s activities or much of anything else so I cannot comment on anything else : )

My wife and I just spent 10 days at your beautiful resort, 23 Oct- 02 Nov, we both were truly taken back by the condition of your resort, the cleanliness of the resort to the general appearance of it, it truly is a jewel, from the food ( which by the way was excellent) it is impossible for anyone to go hungry at this resort, the choices are unbelievable and the chefs under Fredricks direction are are amazing, to the staff, I can not say enough about the warm welcome we received from everybody, f [... read more]rom the bartenders Leo and Sharesse, to the life guards Joseph and Andre (AKA) Superman. There are so many to thank. Our room was never without. I can honestly say that everyone that we spoke to on the resort echoed that response. To Scott who is the GM and can easily be seen walking around the resort everyday, including weekends, who took the time out to show us the renovations that was going on in the rooms, to simply just stopping you and asking you how you were enjoying your trip and if there is anything that he could do to make it more joy able. Thanks to Scott and the other managers this is a first class resort, it is easily comparable to a 5 star with out a doubt. I would certainly recommend this resort to anyone. Believe me both myself and my wife will be back in the very near future. I truly can not not think of one bad thing to say about this resort.

THE RESORT IS AMAZING. THIS IS MY 4TH TIME TO THIS RESORT.I GO IN OCTOBER FOR THEIR OCTOBERFEST. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND MAKE THE STAY SO MUCH FUN. THEY ARE DOING SOME RENOVATIONS BUT THE ROOMS ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOMS SHOULD BE UPDATED.VERY CLEAN AND ALWAYS SOMETHING TO EAT.

Memories Jibacoa: Great Place, Great Snorkling

Been to the Carribean 20 times or so, this resort is one top places I've been too... 4 star resort with proximity to Havana, did a day trip, visited old Havana. Wow ... The character of the buildings, the cobble stone streets, the roof top bars, great food ....

Hotel Bella Costa: Great time again.

This trip was our second time to the Breezes Bella Costa and it was as great as we anticipated. We, my wife and I, have been to Cuba about 15 times at various resorts and the Bella Costa is the only one we always said we wanted to return to. Beach, ocean-view accommodation, food, entertainment and the staff were great. Looking forward to our third trip.

I would say that the staff was excellent althoug the building needs much work to be fix the roof the elevators the curtains the blanket need to be aired out and the becuase they smell like mold they need to spray the building for roaches becuse the stuff were great if the owners where to give a little more attention i would recommend it msy be

Memories Jibacoa: Relaxing quiet resort

This was a very nice resort...quiet and relaxing. The staff except for the front desk and shop workers were very pleasant. We found front desk and shop (store) staff rude and concerned more with their personal conversations and cell phones than they were with us. The food was ok but became monotonous after a couple of days. I think if they did some upgrades to the resort it would be a definite plus. The rooms were clean and the resort itself was kept clean. The beach is great if you want to do snorkling, however the rocks make it very difficult to get into the ocean..but once youre in..the snorkling is amazing.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Amazing island escape

I'll make this an easy one I went for a wedding & had a blast as it being my first time to Jamaica! Amazing friendly staff, awesome time/food at Platinum restaurant & others, humble home like feeling I will for sure return to Jamaica & jewel. Also Shorty the bus driver is awesome!

Breezes Bahamas: bwst vacation ever

On this trip I had such a great time, the pool side games, beach and pool volleyball Climbing wall was excellent...poolside grill and bar wad a treat,as well as the latenite entertainment...The staff from the custodians to the GM was awsome...we loved the friendlyness, of the staff, and the cleaniness of the resort. We had late night walks on the beach and felt safe with the 24 hr security that they had.
