The best service ever The best food ever You just feel a second home Just to let you know I'll be going back again and again and I'll bring some friends too! Paradisus Punta Cana: Decent Resort

`We were in Paradisus Resort in September 2016 for 7 days and had really good time . Overall resort is really good with that price. Food was good , rooms are cleaned and service is satisfactory as well . they had bars everywhere close to beach and pool so we didn't had to walk and every evening they had music shows or circus for entertainment . Some time it was hard to explain things to their staff for room service but they were able to help us eventually . Paradisus Punta Cana: Disappointed

Love Punta Cana. Beaches are beautiful. People very friendly. This resort was very nice. Rooms were great. Disappointed with the buffet. Only one open with limited selection. We were given the run around every time we reserved for a restaurant. 3 times they said they had no record of our reservation. Hotel front lobby staff were very unprofessional. Didn't seem to care when we had a problem. I have never complained about a resort but this one was not very professional at all at the front desk. [... read more] Could not find a manager. Could not find any activities on the beach . Very very quiet. The waiters were great. The grounds people and towel guys were awesome. Bartenders at the bar very helpful. It was great having unlimited towels. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Melia Braco Village: Amazing Resort

Grounds very spacious,well kept,we toured it with the bikes provided.They are expanding activities to include such things as rock climbing,trampoline and dune buggies.My wife and I had an excellent time, stayed in the Level section,The concierge group were excellent and met our every needs.Rooms were spacious clean and updated with modern decor. Melia Braco Village: Beautiful resort with the most amazing staff and great food!

We enjoyed this small hotel very much! it was tastefully renovated and everything is basically new! The grounds and beach are well maintained. This resort was great because it has the most caring and attentive staff around, that go out of their way to ensure you are having the best time. The food around the resort and room service was fantastic! so much variety and everything is prepared with care!

Paradisus Cancun: Terrible- please read before you book

The resort is nice. The food was mostly bad. We went with a big group and it was a nightmare trying to reserve a la carte restaurants. and because we were a big group (15 people) , they gave us food enough for 4 people.. and they were very rude about it too. On top of everything, we booked through trip central by sunwing, and the shuttle bus transport workers stole credit cards from one of our group. They also kept trying to pretend that they lost her purse but really they were just using th [... read more]at time to take her cards out of her purse, then they returned the purse and stole money from her card that same moment. HORRIBLE experience.. They were also holding my baby bag, and trying to walk far with it. I kept insisting i dont need help and i want my baby bag back, and the guys wouldnt give it back (thinking i would look away for a second and he can steal it). I took it from him and he seemed disappointed. I would never travel with sunwing. On the way going, the 4 hour flight took 9 hours because the pilot had to stop somewhere to 'fill gas', and stopped in cancun airport for another hour until he was able to find a place to get us off the plane. It should never be like that.. we paid for a 4.5 star resort not so that we can be treated like that.. i would never fly through sunwing and would never go to a paradisus resort. Also room service, if we forgot to put a tip, they actually wont even clean the room.. it shouldnt work like that! it was one day that we forgot to put her a tip, and the room was left as it is!

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Paradise trip!

We liked the food and the pools. The beach is absolutely beautiful!!! The bahamas is truly a beautiful island! Friendly staff. Nice hotel, could use a little updating in the rooms, but overall, very nice. Love the restaurants they are very nice and modern looking. The service was within reason. We didn't have to wait long. The buffet was really good. They had a large variety of food and opened late. Loved that there was always something to do and great entertainment during the day and night. It' [... read more]s a kid friendly resort. Could use a children's Waterpark or splash pad. Our kids loved or there!

Paradisus Punta Cana: Simply amazing!!!!!

Everything was perfect, unbelievable! Was even more magic than i could imagine. Resort was nice, beach very pleasant and great pool. Staff was very kind, helpful and always smiling. Food was also very great. Nothing négative to say!! :):) I spent 7 incredible days there!!

Melia White House: Great Hotel

We would of given the hotel 5 stars except the A/C couldn't keep the room cool enough for my liking and on our last day before we checked out the shower had no hot water (probably from everyone else getting ready to leave). The rooms were a little small, but that is to be expected in Europe and we didn't both with the upgrade our room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hot breakfast buffet was excellent. When we had to leave early for a tour, we let the front desk know an [... read more]d they had a to go breakfast box set up for us early that morning. The morning staff would also fill our water bottles up with ice before we departed for the day. Hotel was located close to three subway stations which made getting around the city very easy.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Beautiful Beach

Hotel was okay. Beach and pools were beautiful. Lots of things to do. Buffet restaurants were okay - food was luke warm at best. The al a carte restaurants were fabulous. Would go back for the beach!!!!

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Incredible Resort!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend it to anyone. The resort is extremely well kept, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. There are a large number of different restaurants you can try, all in which are very good. I honestly do not have a single complaint about this resort. If you are looking for a great all inclusive resort with excellent staff and tasty food, this is the place for you.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Blew us away!

Gorgeous resort with luxurious finishings throughout. One restaurant better than the next. Had an incredible 5 day getaway for our 10 year anniversary. Super friendly staff, amazing room and great entertainment. Solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paradisus Punta Cana: Paradisus = Paradise

Our one week stay at the Paradisus Resort was great. Front desk was great regarding service and their means to help. Check in was as expected a little rough, but they offered my family of four a free upgrade of one night at the Reserve which is definitely more for families with smaller children. The Reserve is very quiet, beautiful rooms and pool but remote from the rest of the resort. The grounds are exceptionally well kept by the workers that definitely work hard every day...beautiful job!! [... read more] Kelvi was our favourite at the lobby bar. We would end our nights there with a late night cap before taking the Golf cart back to our rooms. The guys at the main pool bar were also very friendly and entertaining. The staffs all around were very friendly and most understood English enough to make conversation. Need I say there was prevalent Time Share solicitation, employees who seemed to hustle by striking up conversations and if you weren't interested would walk off leaving you hanging in mid-sentence. Lacked a bit of day time entertainment, we would've enjoyed inclusive activities on the beach or at the pool although we did enjoy the themed nights held at different locations on the resort. The food was of exceptional quality, there was variety in the buffets plus many beautiful a al carte restaurants to choose from. BBQ night Wednesday was by far the best night. Tables and lights set up directly on the beach with live music and wait staff that kept the drinks flowing. Chef at Agua came out to address my daughter’s peanut allergy and then again which was very much appreciated and nice. The Gabi Buffet, Bar (Francisco) and parties there were our favourite. It was hard to find cabanas / shade at the pool area from people who would just leave towels to save spots for the day. The beach had better control on removing unused towels after certain time. The beach did have weeds along the edge of the sand which the workers tried their best every morning to rake up. Golf cart travel was necessary as the resort is pretty big, and the main lobby is a little ways off. The whole resort lay out is beautiful, we didn't mind exploring each path finding pretty Eco gardens. The Paradisus Punta Cana was like Paradise, overall a very clean, five-star deserving resort.

friendly staff and food was very good. Grounds were beautiful. The only drawback was lack of organized evening entertainment and proper advertisement for any evening events, and because Cable Beach is a little out of the way at least a 15 minute car ride to downtown but still a great relaxing time.

Melia Braco Village: outstanding resort

Everything about this resort was perfect from the rooms to the food the service no line ups the people the beach. Loved loved it. We were a family of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of variety in food

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Wonderful Getaway for 2!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the simple phrase of "Welcome Home", and from that moment on the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and relaxed our entire trip. The grounds and pools were exceptionally clean and the food was beyond our wildest dreams. Every meal was better then the next. Our tastebuds danced for joy at the great flavours and the presentation was lovely too. We also enjoyed the lovely surprises our Royal Service Butler provided to celebrate my partner's birthday; balloons, a hot tub for two, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. This was the best trip in my books and I couldn't have asked for anything more. This hotel set the bar high and I will be a repeat customer in the near future for sure.

Paradisus Punta Cana: “First time in Dominican Republic... Good vacation but not †perfect‡!”

Our first time in Dominican Republic just ended! Me and my girlfriend have spent one week in Paradisus Punta Cana. In brief: The hotel is amazingly beautiful, there is a big management problem: "The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing", for some reason we found that the male staff are much friendlier than the femake staff, the fruits and vegetables are delicious, the beverages are tasty, the pools and beaches are beautiful, the casino is small, the outside of the resort is depres [... read more]sing: poor people and taxi drivers who charge you a lot for short distance driving. The first two days were annoying: The hotel was probably over booked so the front desk management put us in a luxury Reserve room for only one day. Seemed suspicious but we took it... The room was not clean!!! So annoying... after waiting the whole long day of flying and waiting in the July heat. The next day they moved us around to our original room but there was a huge problem with the front door. Apparently it was painted badly and couldn't be closed properly. At that point we were so mad and we demanded to speak to the manager. We got champagne to cool us down and only after two hours got a different room. There are many activities that you think that are included but you have to pay much more extra. We heard complaints that a couple booked a babysitter but the hotel screwed it up and charged them more. Finally, after losing two days, we started our vacation.
