Alamanda Resort: Excellent location steps away from the best beach

The hotel was steps away from Famous Orient Beach. The beach is great and the swimming excellent. Beach chairs provided by the hotel through the Kakao Bar and Grill for free. The rooms were good. The shower tub might be difficult for elderly. The bed was very firm. The water view from the balcony was obstructed by the growth of the palm trees. Breakfast was very good. Basic continental but you can upgrade. We rented a car for a week of our stay. It provided us flexibility. Traffic can be very he [... read more]avy in some spots particularly Phillipsburg and Marigot. There are restaurant choices within steps of the hotel. Le Piment was amazing. There was no store close by for groceries. A car ride away we found excellent options. We would definitely stay again.

Sonesta Maho Beach: REALLY AMAZING PLACE TO VACATION.

A great place to vacation. Been there twice in six months. What does that tell you. Beaches are nice. People are nice. An island that only take three hours to tour. We rented a car and found so many beaches. Prices are great. Oh and btw I got engaged there. The price of diamonds/jewelry are fabulous

Livingstone Jan Thiel Resort: Nice place to stay

Lovely spot with a great pool area. The room was basic but very clean and everything was in working order. The kitchenette had all the utensils, dishes and pots. A small supermarket was only a short walk away. We were disappointed in the Jan Thiel beach. Compared to other islands, I wouldn't call it a beach. We did enjoy it at night as there were a couple of nice restaurants. The area is very residential so we felt safe walking or jogging. We were the only English speaking guests at the resort [... read more] and the staff spoke limited English but we managed to get by and the place has a great Dutch atmosphere.

Sonesta Kura Hulanda Village And Spa: History and luxory

The rooms at the Kura Hulanda Hotel are gorgeous. Spacious and comfortable, the ceiling lamps were so beautiful I even took pictures of them. The grounds are full of history, the museum on the grounds is enlightening and educational. Worth spending a whole day there. I loved that we were in the city and could wander to various restaurants and shopping. The shuttle drivers to the beach were always pleasant and it was a short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We rented a ca [... read more]r so that we could explore the island, and I would definitely recommend it, the caves and the national park are so interesting, and worthwhile.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: excellent resort

Travelled as a couple in April of 2014. Awesome resort, great food, friendly staff. Snorkelling right off the beach. Swim beyond the barrier to see great fire coral. Japanese restaurant very good. Lots of fish and coral to see.

Sonesta Great Bay Beach & Casino: Great view, shopping, relaxing vacation

Small but friendly resort, decent food, but not a lot of variety. Beach was nice but deep too quickly. Pool and bar by the beach best part of holiday, along with the bartenders, especially Claudine. Shopping is incredible for jewelry.. bring lots of credit.

Hilton Curacao: GREAT VACATION

Although the property was dated, it had everything we enjoy about a vacation property, which includes quiet areas, activities, natural features (snorkling right off the beach couldn't have been better). All areas were well cared for, the staff was friendly and helpful, the variety of food was excellent. The different "restaraunts" that popped up around the property throughout the week were a pleasant surprise.
