Hotel Villa Cuba: Great Time at Be Live!

We thought this was a great resort with a very friendly and helpful staff. It was very clean and good value for the money. Awesome location and definitely would return! Just don't book the Modulo rooms as they are quite small, outdated and not renovated.

Punta Peninsula Varadero: Beautiful & So Very Comfortable!!

The surroundings were fresh, clean and I just loved the glass windows in the lounge area to feel the closeness of the beach breeze and the waves -- the resort is just lovely! My first time to this area of Cuba and loved the opportunity to go to the city of Veraderro and to Havana. The dining room staff are courteous, kind and attentive to the tourists. Food was freshly cooked, good variety and something for everyone. The only comment would be to change to the ice cream & desert area. waiting i [... read more]n line to get ice cream was often lengthy waiting for little children to get make their ice cream cone -- perhaps set up an area just for children to get their desert -- childless adults do not need to wait so long and listen to the ungrateful temper tantrums! Otherwise dining room is lovely! Entertainment was the worst ever seen in Cuba ( gone to several resorts) Immature , high school plays ...the Italian entertainment team seemed to dominate the beach and the entertainment so if you do not speak Italian your are not included. On the other hand, Cuban entertainers far more inclusive , but do not waste your time going to the entertainment. The beach, clean, always had a beach towel, and a lounge. The catamaran staff were friendly and extremely responsible -had a ride every day .. thanks to Jose for making my beach days so much fun! Met people from all over Europe and had a wonderful holiday. We were not pleased with the pillows- smelled dirty and were hard. Customer service took care of it immediately which we appreciated. Otherwise, the room was clean, and comfortable. Thanks to Blau for a wonderful vacation .. I often go to Cayo Coco, and prefer this area because of the opportunities getting off the resort to explore. Great place with a open charm!

Melia Las Americas: We fell in love with Cuba and with Hotel Melia Las Americas

We were in awe from the moment we entered the lobby. Great hotel, service, activities and food! The beach is breathtaking! We were pleasantly surprised by the food. This was our first visit to Cuba, and we had heard so many bad comments. We actually had a few very pleasant meals in the speciality restaurants.

Muthu Playa Varadero: Good resort

The hotel was clean for the most part. You get what you paid for, some areas are very dirty. I suggest getting a room on the upper floors. Beach is amazing and pools are very clean. Also don't expect much with the food!

Club Kawama: Better than expected

Actually was pessimistic about a 3 star in Cuba. Had a problem with hot water and were going to move me rooms no problems. Was scarred of the food and avoided it until the 5th day and turned out to be better than the restaurants off the resort go figure!! :) People there were very pleasant. Pools and beach were great. For a 3 star in Cuba was really good. I would go back any day, real good deal for the money.

Playa Vista Azul: Excellent all-inclusive resort!

This was our second stay in 7 months, and we are now planning our third trip! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip truly wonderful! This property offers exceptional value for travellers wanting to relax and enjoy all that Varadero has to offer.

Melia Peninsula Varadero: Good resort in Cuba

Overall, it was a nice resort. Employees were friendly. Food was good but it was almost the same for the whole week. The resort is old and there were some problems in my room.First the TV was not working,and also if you want beach towels you have to go early if you because they will run out. The toilet wasn't working and it always gets stuck

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: Amazing staff and great resort!

This resort is truly a great place to relax and unwind. The grounds are kept beautiful, the rooms are always clean, the beach is great. The restaurants have everything you need for food and amazing staff. The bars are fun and staff is very attentive. I can't say enough good things about this place. Every staff member I spoke with was super nice and they really appear to love their job. Many great memories! I look forward to returning very soon.

Melia Las Americas: Our First Visit... And Hopefully Not Our Last

Our first trip to Cuba turned out wonderful! We were impressed with the hotel as soon as we walked in, and were very pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. We has heard so many bad comments regarding the food quality in Cuba, but the food at the Melia Las Americas was perfectly acceptable. We actually had a few delicious meals in the speciality restaurants.

Resonance Blu Varadero: Good for families

Im not picky so food wasnt as bad, nice beach, fun entertainment for kids and young adults...depends on the time you go, young adults will have more fun around the time of winter probally with more people

Muthu Playa Varadero: Amazing trip!!

Myself and a group of 8 people went to this resort and it was so much fun! Food was ok, pool and beach was incredible, staff was great! I must say we were especially prepared for our trip thanks to our trip central agent Teelah Brown, she's awesome!

Melia Las Americas: NEVER DISAPPOINTS

Always glad to return to the Melia Las Americas. It is our 'go to' place for rest and renewal. Mr. Meyers, the 'boss' is a fine gentleman, ever present, ever pleasant and available to chat. Raphael, the banquet manager, is a low-keyed, professional, keeping his eyes on what's going on. There are many 'veteran' staff that we have known many years. Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Great facilities

Though the hotel and facilities were spectacular, I found the staff to be a little on the unhelpful side. Maybe it was because I traveled in the off-season, but the staff did the bare minimum of their job requirements. That being said it's hard to argue with such an amazing location. Also Havana is a must see city!

Hotel Bella Costa: nice resort

was a nice hotel ,the food was ok ,the staff was nice ,the beach was amazing the water was great. for the money that we paid we get a great vacation. I will recommend this resort for family with kids

Los Delfines: nice and simple

We enjoyed our vacation between june 25 and july 2 2016. Food was ok for us as we are not picky. Rooms were big and clean in cuban standard. This was our second time at the same hotel. The reason we picked this hitel because it was the most reasonable price. Did not experience any travel sickness during or after. Beach was awesome.

Barcelo Solymar: Great town bad resort

This resort just was not what we were looking for in an all inclusive. The workers and staff were all helpful and pleasant but the room conditions resembled my university dorm more than a comfortable room. There was cockroaches in our room and a leaking roof. We were hoping of more a chilled out environment but this was the resort you would want to go to if you were looking for a 24/7 spring break style party. Starfish Cuatro Palmas: Third time to the starfish

We love this hotel. As far as we are concerned it's the only place to stay in Varadero. The staff is great, rooms are clean and comfortable . The food is always fresh and delicious . The ocean view rooms are incredible. We love the resort because of the amazing beach so close to you're room the Beatles bar a block away as well as all the shops and the amueent park within walking distance the location is the best. Gran Caribe Sun Beach: Ok resort

The hotel is in a good location. However the service is slow, and the food leave alot to be desirlo. Basically the same menu items. The good food was in the pizzeria where you would have to make reservations. However, you could but food and it was very good and cheaper. The rooms were ok. The water was good, presente was decent, the bathroom had a water leak. The air conditioning was week. The best was ok, maybe to low to the grounds. Resonance Blu Varadero: Wonderful vacation!

The resort was located on a beautiful beach. White sand and turquoise water. The water was just as clear as the swimming pool. The service was great. The rooms were a little run down. WIFI and internet were not good. Which is fine. Easy to stay disconnected with the outside world and enjoy your vacation!! Weather for the entire time during our stay was hot and sunny. What they say about the food in Cuba is true! Food is not that great. Hamburgers (with a strange looking meat), hotdogs and cheese sandwiches, that was not melted (on whatever bread they could find). There was different food on the buffet every day, so you could always find something to eat. Not enough fresh fruit and vegetable. Oh well... the rest of the trip was fantastic!! It was a reasonable price. You get what you pay for. It isn't cheap but not high end. Good value for the price paid!

Sol Varadero Beach: Nice

It was nice nice beach nice people nice weather nice food nice guests nice rooms nice view nice resort nice gift shop nice price nice restaurants nice guest services nice people overall and it was nice to be there
