Excellent service, exquisite grounds and all round pampered.! Good choice of restaurants. Butler service on the beach is excellent and good choice of Bali beds. Nice choice of pools. Quiet, intimate resort.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: A five star wedding at a five star resort.

This place was fabulous, as was the wonderful wedding they facilitated. It literally had everything, including a willing staff member at all times to help you find your room at any time of day or night....the place is massive. Things ran smoothly from check in to check out. Rooms were cleaned daily....On and on I could go. A fun great time was had by all!!!

6th visit to this resort. Returned again with friends that we met at Las Brisas Huatulco in 2018. A welcome gift awaited our arrival. The hotel was great the staff were pleasant We had six people in our group We brought two new people with us As my partner sent her sister and friend in Dec 2018 and the his next door neighbor just got back everyone had a great time we will be back next year .

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Royal Decameron

We truly enjoyed this wonderful resort. My wife and I found the food, rooms and personal top notch. The beach was well taken care of and the bar staff were always nice. I would highly recommend this resort to our friends. Great value!

Crown Paradise Club: Relaxing and peaceful

This hotel was clean family friendly with delicious food. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing whether you were beside one of the many pools or lounging at the ocean. Minutes to either the Marina or the Malacone.

Hilton Vallarta Riviera Resort: The resort was nice

The grounds of the resort are nice, although there really wasn't anywhere to take a nice walk. Staff at the resort are amazing. We found the chairs on our balcony were not comfortable nor was the bed, I do know that it is a personal preference when it comes to that. During our stay at the Grand Fiesta there were a lot of people who were sick and continued getting sick. For that reason, I would not recommend going.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Fantastic Resort

It was a beautiful resort. We were treated like royalty. Very clean, great service, delicious food, great beach , amazing friendly staff. We would recommend it to anyone. We took two days off to go touring the area. Swam with the dolphins, visited the Mayan Ruins, went snorkeling and swam through the underground tunnels. It was all amazing. Made our visit even more special.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Coming back again

wonderful spot for a vacation. The accommodations were clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. The buffets and specialty restaurants all had a great selection. My friends and I plan on going back.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Very Nice Resort, Amazing Food, Amazing Service

We really liked the hotel as it was relatively small. The facilities were very acceptable to our needs, and the staff, service and food, especially at the Luna restaurant, made our stay especially memorable. There were lots of Beach and pool-side chairs available .... never a problem getting seating anywhere. The staff were so friendly ... we got to know many by name. Excellent, Excellent stay.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Amazing All Inclusive Resort - A Snorkelers Dream

My husband and I visited Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness Resort for the 4th time in 2 years, April 3-10th. We feel so fortunate to have found this incredible resort on the beautiful bay in Akumal. The accommodations are well appointed, with all rooms having a beautiful ocean front view and a lovely 2 person hot tub on each balcony. The resort is relatively small (approximately 300 rooms), with low key, pleasant entertainment. There are 4 al a carte restaurants open each evening for dinne [... read more]r, and reservations are not required. We never waited more than 30 minutes to be seated. The food is superb. They have a large buffet restaurant as an option also, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 24 hour snack bar always has delicious options available too. Several bars throughout the resort offer an excellent choice of beverages from speciality cocktails to coffees. We love the ability to be able to snorkel right from the beach and see lots of colourful fish, turtles, stingrays, barracuda and beautiful coral formations. We went out at least twice a day and each time we always came back pleased with our findings and amazing pictures we took with our underwater camera. They offer daily yoga sessions, which people rave about the quality, paddle boarding, and a variety of other activities with the activity staff. They have an exercise room, a well maintained tennis court and a spa. The most amazing part of this resort, is you can tell the staff all want you to enjoy every minute of your vacation, and they work hard to make it happen. All staff we interacted with, are so warm and welcoming, and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Yes, they are busy people, but always made you feel like you are important. We will return for a 5th visit as soon as possible. Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: A 3 star hotel advertising as a 5 star!

I have never written a negative review and I am about to do so. Let me start with the positive: The staff ( with the exception of a couple at the front desk). Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and just lovely. Activities by the pool seemed entertaining. Now,, the disappointment : upon our arrival, we were told that we had to pay WiFi per each needed item ( the description of our package mentions WiFi included). Then , we had booked a superior room with Ocean view and were given a very [... read more] basic room with view on the pool ( bathroom had blood stains on the ground). After complaining about the room we were literally told “ room with ocean view meant partial view to the ocean”. I fully disagreed and the partial view also meant to bend sideways on the balcony to see a very small part on the Ocean. We were then proposed $1,000 to upgrade to front view and with one bed ( we were 2 friends traveling together ), which we declined. After many complaints and harassing their front desk ( not something I really enjoyed) for 2 days, we were finally moved to a basic room but with both a pool and ocean view. Food was mediocre with great service. This hotel needs a design revamp and can’t be considered a 5 star hotel. It is no more than a 3 stars.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Excellent resort!

Clean and beautiful room! Delicious food! Excellent service! Responsive and thoughtful front desk! Beautiful beach and pool. Splendid romantic vacation! We both are so happy with the Valentin! It was our third visit, and we are already looking forward to our fourth visit.

Pierre Mundo Imperial: Pierre Mondo

We spent 7 days at the Pierre Mondo, a very clean safe resort, steps from the beach, or lounge by the pool, your choice. Depending on your preference there are day trips available. Extremely clean, polite and helpful staff, 3 pools I choice from, depending on your choice of pool depth, from kiddie to more adult. Breakfast buffet excellent! Cons: the other two restaurants menus do not change, what you have to choose from Monday is the same Sunday, and if you don’t like fish, you are limited. Th [... read more]e hotel is well maintained, but is showing it’s age. Our room the bathtub has rust on the edges, and caulking needed to be redione. Lots of ants on our patio; no children’s menus at the Pierre Bar which is your only choice for lunch except on Saturday, fine dining food was excellent, but one dish was labelled as stuffed chicken breast, but it’s the first time I have had a chicken breast come with a drumstick. More English speaking staff on front positions would probably help, but if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay without it being a party palace , this is the place for you.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Relaxing week

We enjoyed our week at the Grand Bahia Principe Coba. The resort is very large and the grounds and pools are pristine, the beach was somewhat disappointing as it was really full of seaweed, beach bar staff were amazing and palpalas and loungers were plentiful. The crew on the beach worked tirelessly to keep up with the seaweed. The food was very good with lots of selection. The Brazillian a'la carte was our favorite. The rooms were very nice. All said we had a very relaxing vacation. The distance from airport and the seaweed on the beach would be a reason not to return.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Great resort with some minor issues.

At first I wasn't sure about the hotel. On arrival they didn't have my reservation and there was no water or beverages available on arrival. When our reservation was finally confirmed, our luggage was taken to a "check in" area while we awaited our room. We were never offered a place to freshen up or change from our flight. When we finally got our room, I was happy to discover that we got king bed and a view of the ocean as requested. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was well stocked. T [... read more]he room had some issues that could easily be fixed, the bathroom grout was dirty and the air conditioner was really loud. Maid service each day was good and the hotel grounds were kept really clean. The proximity to San Jose was nice and there were quite a few restaurants available within walking distance. I have to say that the food at the buffet was not very good. The service during the morning buffet was amazing and the buffet ok. The dinner service and dinner buffets were not good at all. We lost one alacarte as we were told that the seafood restaurant would be open on Tuesday and they cancelled it and it was my last night. Had I known I would have done at a different restaurant. I was disappointed that you had to pay for internet. They didn't even have a customer computer that you could use with free internet. I think the thing that made this vacation was the service in the morning, the size of the resort, how clean it was kept, although a little more maintenance should be done just to keep it fresh. The people we met were very friendly. Would I go back, yes.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: What a great vacation

The staff are unbelievable,friendly,very courteous,helpful and accommodating.very clean,well looked after,obviously we like it,our third visit.We will be back... looking forward to our next visit with our family...our daughter was married here 2 yrs ago on the beach,gorgeous sunset wedding,great dinner,attentive staff the whole evening. Definatly recommend Fiesta Americana to all our friends....

Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Beautiful Resort

This was the largest resort we have stayed at however the layout was really well planed. The distance from our room to the beach or restaurants was not far. No need for trolley buses you find at other resorts although they actually do have a double decker bus that makes the rounds between all the resorts in the complex. Lots of activities to do, from snorkelling, jet skis, hobby cats, they have dolphin swimming on the site. Beach was clean lots of palm trees for shade, lots of chairs, the usual problems with sea weed but nothing over the top, staff was very friendly, special shout-out to “Brian the Myan “. All in all very nice resort, we would return there.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Stupendous Time!

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the beach is amazing. The food was great & the drinks as well. What most impressed me tho was the service; everyone was so fun & kind. Will return for sure & recommend it to friends & family.
