Great.... Second time here first was better but all and all still great place to be service is great food is pretty great but not as great as first time. Will be back as staff is what makes this resort, Edgar front desk, Guisellas housekeeping.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Wonderful Resort!

My husband and I returned from Secrets The Vine April 18, 2015. We had a wonderful vacation! Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We had preferred club so were on the 22nd floor, and had beautiful views of both the beach/ocean and the lagoon. The food was great. We ate most frequently at either the Italian restaurant or at the steak house. Both had delicious food. The filet mignon was fabulous! The best thing about this resort was the service. We have been travelling to the Caribbean once or twice a year for over 20 years.... and this resort is among the best!

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Everything Was PERFECT!!

This trip was for my husbands 40th, and everything was beyond fantastic. Food, drinks, grounds, cleanliness all top notch. I highly recommend downloading their Secrets App. You can see restaurants menues, room service menu, order things from housekeeping, and see daily schedule of events/activities. Another cool feature of the app is free phone calls to Canada and US. We will be back to this Secrets resort.

Secrets Huatulco: They treat you like a rockstar!

Everything about the experience at Secrets Huatulco was incredible from the rooms to the food to the service to the pools and the service provided by all the staff! They treat you like a rockstar! The Japanese a la carte restaurant was incredible. The fact that you don't have to prebook the a la carte restaurants gives you the flexibility to go where you want when you feel like it. A truly relaxing vacation experience.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort, couldn't ask for more.

Every where was spotless, not one complaint. Everyone went out of their way to make our vacation memorable. Pools were spotless, service great everywhere on the resort. Would definitely return to this resort.

yes you have to go. we just got back from here we had a swim up suite do not be confused with a swim out all blocks have there own pools your choice is whether you want a noisy one or a quiet one and they have grass in front of your suite with your own lounge chairs and then the pool. all suites on all the floors are laid out the same except presidential ones. see resort pics what you see is what you get we wanted quiet and we got it thank you front reception .The resort is showing its age but o [... read more]nly in the architecture .thank you Esther for plying us with drinks constantly by the pool and Jorge for the terrific job you did cleaning our room. the restaurants are all good but the best meal we had was in the seaside grill but foie gras in the french was awesome too the only bad comments i have about the food is cook the veggies more !!!!! oh even room service is great too and thank you Juan at brekkie too. ok entertainment if you want to party till four in the morning this is not the resort for you everything shuts down at one but they all work their socks off to keep you entertained the resort is beautifully laid out with not a lot of walking any where . now the beach problem sorry people the seaweed ain't going nowhere so if your a beach person go some where else they try real hard but its all along this coast all the hotels this side of Mexico have the same problem all year round. thanks to all the people in concierge who help us with the problems with sun wing and their really bad service don't fly sun wing unless you really have to.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Great Vacation

Grounds were beautiful, compact, easy to get around. Resort very clean. Rooms were excellent! Employees were over and beyond. Entertainers were not pushy, just friendly with free hugs! No problems with food, excellent. They had apples and bananas at every bar, nice touch. Entertaining went all evening and into the night and it was all great. (once again over and above.) The beach is not the greatest and we knew this before we booked trip. Lots of seaweed and workers worked steady at removing it. The six, very clean pools made up for the beach> We have been to many resorts, always liking to try new ones but we will definitely be going back to Secrets Silver Sands!! Secrets Huatulco: Outstanding Resort

Food, service, rooms and scenery are excellent. Lots of restaurants and choice with excellent menus and no reservations. Beach is not great for walking and lots of steps throughout the resort. Only 2 elevators were working and they were slow. We often used the stairs instead. All the rooms face the ocean and have wonderful views. Would highly recommend the resort as excellent value.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Ok resort

this resort is over priced for over 5K is not offering what you can find at other similarly resorts. pros: rooms, grounds, beech, services cons: running water smells like sewage inacceptable for Mexico resort isn't a small island.

Secrets Royal Beach: Good resort Location may be a concern for some

The hotel was OK Food was very good. People serving very good. There were two issues. Toilets will not take paper or they will not flush. Paper must be put in garbage. Second issue is weeds on beach. They are doing a lot of work to keep the beach clean of weeds but if you swim in the ocean you will be swimming among the weeds.

Secrets Royal Beach: Problems with two rooms

Compared to Secrets in Montego Bay this resort would not be more than a 3-star. Problems with toilet not flushing, air conditioning not working properly and problems with main door (was fixed ) We were moved to another room but not without toilet problems again,

Secrets Royal Beach: Amazing beach, fantastic staff and very relaxing.

At first we were quite disappointed when we arrived, we booked a swim up room and were told they upgraded us to an ocean view room (view was from the corner), we told the guy at check in that we specifically booked a swim up and we wanted it, I said just tell us it's not available today and he said you are right, it's not available today but we will move you to the swim up tomorrow. Anyway, we asked about preferred and as compensation for not having swim up the first night, we were given preferr [... read more]ed our entire 7 night stay. Some may not care about preferred but we were so happy to have gotten it as the Seaside Grill in preferred was fantastic and had the best staff (Pedro, Carlos, Jorge, Edwin, Melvin and all the others which I cannot remember their names). I am a celiac (gluten allergy) and it is very scary to eat at a buffet or places without gluten allergy knowledge, Pedro at the Seaside was knowledgable and directed the staff to what I was and wasn't allowed on the menu. Our favorite meals at seaside were the shrimp starter, chicken, vegetables with butter and the grouper (delicious). We read many views that the food wasn't great but we really enjoyed seaside and blue water grill, unfortunately I still don't believe they are very knowledgable on gluten and it would've been great if they had gluten free deserts, crackers and bread (it makes the person you are with uncomfortable to have deserts when the other person has nothing available for them to enjoy other than fruit). I have to add that this was the most amazing beach, I have been to many tropical destinations but this beach was by far the best one. We rented a cabana for one day from 10-5 pm, we had a butler and his name was Mr. Marcelo, he was so fantastic, willing to get you a drink, snacks, take pictures, you name it. I have to say that the day we spent with Mr. Marcelo at the beach, was one of the best days there, it was a bit windy (thank god cause we would have melted) but the cabana, snacks, champagne with orange juice and the fruit there while tanning or reading a book was heaven. One thing that would've been nice would be to have a bigger pool, although we loved laying on the blue mats on the lazy river outside our room. All in all after we settled, this trip was the first time we could've stayed longer and we were very sad to leave. The staff are amazing and try to go out of their way to make you happy, my Nellies at the buffet went out of her way to prepare me a smoothie each morning and her smile and giggle super sweet and she did it without expecting a tip ever. I will say that I know it's all inclusive but I didn't see many people tip which was awful as these people help make it paradise for you, so one should tip. They definitely do love us Canadians!!!!! We will be back and truly miss all the sun and relaxation.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Chic Hotel

This was our first trip to Cancun and we were not disappointed. This all inclusive adults only resort had a level of sophistication and service we have not experienced at other 5 star resorts in Mexico and other sunny destinations. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was a cut above the competition and the hotel was a very sophisticated modern design. It was also one of the best beaches we have been to anywhere down south. Huleo (sp) who had only been at the beach less than a year treated us like royalty!

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Awesome resort

This is a great luxury resort. The rooms are modern, the food is unbelievable, the staff are the best and I would go back there in a heartbeat. You are pampered from the moment you walk through the door. You can do as little or as much as you want. Loved it!

Secrets Huatulco: Perfect Vacation!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this resort. Perfect weather, perfect staff, perfect location. The spa was unreal. The food was great, I loved that there was a buffet option every night, I get tired of having to dress up every night and having a set menu. We spent the whole time at the pool which was well maintained and always activities going on. I can't say enough good things about this resort. We will be back next year.

Secrets Huatulco: Excellent!

Probably sound like a broken record, but this place is great. Food and drinks were very good, but the staff is what sets this place apart in my eyes. Yes, its expected that they are friendly, but truly they have taken it up notch. We will be back.

Secrets Huatulco: good time with good friends

We just got back from Secrets Huatulco and really enjoyed our stay. We were in building 5 level 3 with easy access to pool. Great food, Weather is outstanding and can't be beat! The ocean view is breathtaking from virtually anywhere on the resort!

Secrets Royal Beach: Overall satisfactory!

Like all places I make the best of where I go. The room was great and very clean. The staff was really nice and great service. As an adult resort would have enjoyed more action but the fact that there was a resort right beside with a disco I managed to get my dancing in LOL. The food was very good except for a couple dishes, but great variety and fresh. Loved the grill at noon and the paella was phenomenal. Two main issues, 1) With the money you pay I really think you should have free internet,  [... read more]I get it everywhere else. 2) I went as a single person and paid quite a bit as there were no single supplements and really did not like being pushed to have the preferred member status, if you want a butler, go somewhere where it is part of the package and the wine, if we get premium alcohol, why would we have to pay for wine at dinner if we want a better bottle then the one offered that day at the resort? Just have a selection of 15 wines of each colour and let people choose. Met some great people as usual and really enjoyed the experience.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Overall very good

Would recommend this resort. The Food, rooms and grounds are all very good. Entertainment is excellent. it is a more economical trip than Sandals and the atmosphere is more lively. If you are looking for a couples getaway you would likely prefer Sandals. Groups would feel very comfortable here.

Secrets Royal Beach: Best vacation ever!

This resort was all we could have expected. From the staff to the grounds it was EXCELLENT! We especially liked the whirlpool tub on the balcony. A great way to relax after a day at the pool! Staff seemed to really enjoy their work and wanted nothing more than to please you...
