Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Very good resort!

Great resort , good pools , good restaurants . Great service . Got picked up at the airport and brought back to airport after our stay. I would recommend to anyone ... Lots of family but also lots of privacy if needed.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Have noticed changes this year

Stayed at this resort (for the second time). We were also here last winter. With change in ownership/management we were told, we feel there are no improvements from our last experience. Beautiful grounds, FANTASTIC BEDS! Buffet food was watched like a hawk and monitored very well. Modest assortment, but very good! We watched the whales every morning during breakfast, playing around in our bay. Too early we felt. Also the beer fridge in the room was not restocked until our 3rd day. 1 beer was put in it. The next day, 2. No consistency. We have been to this area numerous times and will likely try another resort next time, BUT overall, this resort is lovely for the price. I would only recommend this resort to someone on a budget to be honest.

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: Great place to stay - Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol

This is an older hotel but most rooms have been renovated. The hotel was very clean and the staff very pleasant. The food was really good with the buffets and 3 a la carte dining rooms available to us via the sister hotel Canto del Sol across the street. Would highly recommend this hotel - will be going back again next year!!! George & Karen

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful Resort!

The setting of the resort was majestic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only drawback is it is far from the beach, however, we had so much fun travelling back and forth in the golf carts. We had great laughs. Awesome trip!

Las Brisas Huatulco: A great week!

This resort was beautiful and just what we were looking for. The beaches were amazing. We had a great week and would consider going back. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were always well-taken-care-of.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful hotel wildlife is amazing

Pros - Animals on the resort are beautiful actually had monkeys coming to our patio - no reservations required for restaurants - Great staff -Good food Cons -They have a motorized gondola that goes through the resort you’re not allowed on it?? apparently it’s from the other resort next door we get to watch it go through our resort but can’t get on? They do have one for us but not the same it only goes up and down a short distance with a guy pushing it with a stick - we [... read more] brought teenagers that like to play pool but unfortunately were not allowed in the area where the pool tables are?? In the past when I’ve been to different hotels they normally turn the bar into a bar after a certain time?? - not enough Pool chairs Or beach chairs very hard to find one that’s not been claimed in the mornings honestly been to numerous hotels never had this bad of an issue:( Looking at it you would think it’s almost a lazy river going through the resort but every deceiving the bridges are blocked underneath so you can’t swim under you have to get out of the water to go over to Pool bar because of the dividers between pools -

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Beautiful Resort

Would definitely go back. Great amenities! On the negative, I do t like how they constantly try to go to a time share presentation. All we wanted was to secure our transportation back to the airport but they made it seem like you had to partake in the presentation in order to do so. I do understand this is a way a lot of resorts do things. All in all, a great place & would go back!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great time!

We had a great time at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the food was good. Loved the infinity pool. We had a few minor problems with our room that were taken care of right away. We would definitely return to this resort in the future.

Holiday Inn Huatulco: Wonderful small resort right on the Marina

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn, Santa Cruz, Huatulco, Mexico last week. The staff from check-in day until the last day were so hospitable, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. The hotel is Extremely clean, well laid out, and the pool was gorgeous. This is a small resort and you get to know your fellow travellers. The food was mediocre but great for the price we paid for the vacation We had no complaints.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Las Brasis

Resort is older, but well maintained. Service was great, food good and beach lovely. We visited at a low volume week, had our pick of beach and pool chairs."..........................................,

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Nice resort

The Grand Sirenis resort was quite nice modern style resort, tucked in a jungle type of atmosphere. Lots of animals and wild life but not to many to be a bother. The rooms have all been updated and the beds were very comfortable. I was not overly impressed by the food especially the ala cartès. The beach consists of three bays that are not all particularly easily swimmable. I loved spending many days on the beach which has a nice beach bar and washrooms close by. Barcelo Huatulco: Fantastic!

I can't say enough good about this resort, and that might be why this is our 3rd stay here. The updated rooms are wonderful, the food always has many variations and the chefs are obviously talented. We will be back as time permits.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Amazing resort

This hotel was beautiful. Lots of wildlife. Monkeys swinging in the trees, aquanas, deer, birds....pools were great lots of pool side service. Food was good, best steak is at the Italian restaurant... I would say the one disappointing thing would be the gondola, there is a small one that does about 100 feet but a motorized one that goes through the resort, but it’s for a different hotel and you can’t ride it. But overall I would recommend this resort.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Overall the resort was good. Very big resort and alot of walking.

Overall clean grounds and rooms where clean. Alot of wildlife all over and staff was friendly. Only negative was they did not have enough serving staff around the adults only pool. Spa was very nice, near by golf course was in great shape but very pricie.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Great time was had by all!

Although this is an older resort it’s well kept and clean. Service and staff were great! Usually don’t rate or consider food comments as it’s personal preference, to my taste food was great! The best part had to be the beach and ocean, lovely, warm and decent snorkeling. Would recommend this place, if you’re able to do lots of stairs.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Great place!

I enjoyed this resort very much! The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The diffferent restaurants were great to switch things up from the buffet. The grounds are kept very clean, pool and beach area are amazing! The only thing I wish they would have had was more water bottles/ bigger water bottles in the room for drinking.

Crown Paradise Club: Budget Resort

Food at the resort was awful, ending up leaving the resort to eat or ordered in. Shower roof in room was moldy & dripping, no one came when we called. Very little night life at the resort. Staff nice.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great resort

The food, pools, lobby and the grounds were very good. The rooms were definitely not 5 star. We were originally given what I would rate a 3 star and after requesting another room, we were given a 4 star room. We had signed up for a 5 star room. We did not get the room that was shown on the hotels website.

Riu Flamingos: Excellent resort.

Truely enjoyed this resort. Beautiful gardens, wonderful, friendly staff and good food. Programs were good. and facilities excellent. Had a relaxing time with jacuzzi, hot rock massage, pool activities and walks on the beach. Only the sea was rough. Wouldn't let the best of our swimmers swim. He was constantly being thrown back onto the beach. Poor guy. That's a reflection on mother nature and not on the resort. Excellent hotel at good location ,at playacar gated community. Good quality food ( less salt and sugar recommend ) very good overall service and value for money, close to other Riu hotels nearby. Entertainment needs some update not quite commensurate with hotel's class.
