Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Very Nice Resort

The grounds were well kept, clean and the pools were very nice and the beach was also good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional and approachable. Rooms were clean and manageable. Resort was part of a few other resorts which made for more enjoyment. Golf course was beautiful and tennis courts, bikes and shopping added to the experience.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Excellent resort

The service and facilities were exceptional. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. The location is only 20 min from the airport. Paid extra for the serenity club and worth every penny. The pool bars were always well stocked and the size of the resort is deceiving on the website. Everything is n easy walk no more then 10 min one end to the other

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great resort!

Very nice resort, the layout is great, very clean, the rooms are large- love the adults only section, service is fantastic and staff are very friendly- entertainment team goes out of their way with all day long entertainment and nightly shows. one small remark however is the choice of music at the Elbeso adults only section could be changed as the rap and hip hop get on your nerves after a while... just my opinion

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing resort

Hotel was amazing, grounds were well kept and clean rooms Evening entertainment was always fabulous. Pools were great, beach not so much. Ocean was full of seaweed. Food was 5 star with so much variety every day.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Absolutely Amazing!

This resort is amazing, the service and food are outstanding. So many fun things for the kids and adults to do. They really know how to put on a party and the evening shows were great! Can't say enough great things about this place! Would highly recommend! This will be on my list to go back again for sure!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing second trip

I’ve been here before on a girls trip and just knew I had to come back with my family. Two boys 16 & 14 were entertained constantly. So tired out that every night at the show the 14 year old would fall asleep. Food is fantastic. Rooms are clean and airy. Staff is amazing and always happy. Would come again for the third time!

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Amazing resort!!!

Not a single complaint...everything was amazing and totally met our expectations! Swimming with turtles every morning can be checked off the bucket list! Beach was amazing, rooms were immaculate and staff are second to none!!

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great family resort

This was our second stay at the resort. It may not be 5 star gorgeous, but we found the resort clean, the food great and the pools and beach amazing. Everyone at the resort works very hard and aims to please their guests. We may not be heading back for a 3rd time, unless the price is right again. Super close to airport and close to the sights of cancun shopping and excursions.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing experience!

This hotel was great. The rooms were big and spacious, excellent service, beautiful amenities and overall great atmosphere. The hotel was very welcoming with organizing a la carte dinners and making sure we received room service on time with a confirmation phone call

Tropicana Hotel: Loved the Tropicana

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tropicana. We knew it was going to be an older hotel but they have kept it up very well attending to details every day. The staff was all pleasant and we particularly appreciated Noemi and Marisela at reception. The views from the hotel are wonderful, especially from Superior rooms although our first night was in a Standard room and even it was oceanview. The information for the upgrade to Superior we had paid for hadn't been received by the hotel the first  [... read more]night but those ladies at reception got it handled and we were moved to a beautiful Superior room to make up for it. The location just can't be beat with all the live music and restaurants within minutes of walking, plus the beach is beautiful right in front of the hotel and you can watch all the activity from up on your own quiet balcony. We intend to go back to the Tropicana again...as soon as possible!

Riu Dunamar: Looks Great ?

This resort looks great ...the grounds are well kept including the beach and pool area. The public areas are well decorated and clean. The rooms are very disappointing for the fact they're very plain. The linens are cheap both quality and appearance. The beds are lumpy it was more comfortable to sleep on the lawn chair by the pool then the bed....Not joking ... ..However the buffet was great for fresh fish. For the a la carte restaurants I was not impressed that couple of them were partial b [... read more]uffet for appetizers. I particularly believe the point of going to the a la carte is to be served and not to serve yourself. This resort is not that old by any means but needs some improvements. Would not go back.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Dreamy vacation!

I seriously applaud Dreams for this one, the hotel was a take over built either 63 or 65, can't remember for sure. Anyway that was only 5 years ago this summer. The footprint of this resort is small, but my word services offered do not suffer. There was only 2 things needed fixing, that's pretty good in my eyes. Love to the man, the myth,the legend, Armando Vega, we looked forward to the highlight of our day a nightcap and chat with Armando truly caring gentleman, the lady with the most beautiful smile, Mary Cruz and Christoper in the Preferred Club Lounge always friendly and helpful. Maria at the front desk in the lobby your smile, the way you look after multiple people at one time but each guest feels valued and looked after, thank you. Lastly I want to thank Lazaro at preferred beach for looking after us, no matter where we were. And two exemplary bell men, Gerardo and Raul truly sweet young men and super hard workers, not Armando Vega famous but on the way. You should definitely visit!! You know the Dreams Vacation can start and finish with alot of help from stellar employees like Social Media Professionals like Adrian I am pretty sure that my perfect vacation started with Adrian helping my brother Rob and his wife Elizabeth have a memorable 25th Anniversary stay. I am positive their stay was enhanced by Adrian's helping hand. As was my Momma and my stay was perfect with his help.. we got our bath tub, 2 beds and the most amazing oceanview ever!! El Cozumeleno Beach: Great resort!

Beautiful location, the buffet is 5’ from the ocean the sunsets were beautiful! The people were all very kind and helpful. The resort/rooms were very clean. The omelettes were fantastic! The food was on the bland side, but you could always find something to eat. I just wouldn’t pick this resort if you’re looking for amazing food. The drinks were great pina’s and Miami vises excellent.

Samba Vallarta: FRIENDLIEST STAFF

Very hard working, kindest and most friendly staff. My best friend and I felt so welcomed- from the airport pick up to the goodbyes. They remembered our names very quickly and always asked us if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. Amazing performances in the evening and fantastic food selection. An unforgettable first time experience with Samba Vallarta! Will definitely be back!

Hotel Emporio Ixtapa: Amazing vacation great resort

We did everything from lounge at the resort, bike the 10km ciclopista to playa Linda, snorkeled on ixtapa island, swam at Las Gatas, wandered around Ixtapa ans Zihua has drinks and food. Everything was amazing. I would be back in a heart beat. I love it here so beautiful and clean plus the people are so nice.

Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: Amazing resort

Everything was really nice. Stayed a week and was very happy with our stay. Great food with lots of variety, very clean rooms and grounds. The pools and beach area were cleaned every morning (almost too clean as the workers were always walking around you). Service was excellent everywhere you went!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Wonderful Family Resort

The Grand Palladium Vallarta is an excellent family orientated resort. The pools are wonderful and the beach great for boogie boarding or beach combing depending on what you prefer. There are numerous food establishments but time your dinner time as depending on how busy the resort is you may have a wait. We upgraded upon arrival to the Family Selection area of the resort. The rooms are a bit larger, the pool area quieter and the restaurant and bar/snack area are both great. Holiday Inn Ixtapa: Excellent location and great service

Beautiful location right on the beach, rooms were great and the service was perfect. My only complaint was the food. The resort is advertised as having 4 restaurants but this isn't true. They are all open at different times not consequently and the food is pretty much the same at all of them. Food tastes okay but pretty much the same thing everyday. All in all a 3 star hotel. I would recommend to others

Riu Santa Fe: Pretty resort, it lacking service.

We had a beautiful room and view. But the service at the pool bar was so slow, waiting up to 30 minutes for service. The al la carteswere lacking, slow and food was cold. The view from our room was perfect. The hotel was over crowded and there were not enough bartenders, waitresses for the amount of people at the resort. Lacking entertainment each night instead had karaoke. I have been to other RIUs and they were great. Will not be going back to this one.

Riu Santa Fe: Excellent fun time at the Riu Santa Fe

We had an excellent time at the Riu Santa Fe. The food was great! The breakfast buffets, lunch and all the dinners were excellent. We have no complaints about the food. Every Riu hotel is different. The gardens are amazing with a good variety of cactus, succulents, palm trees and other tropical plants. The gardens and grounds are well kept and very interesting. The pools are plentiful with choices of quiet pools, a pool with swim up bar and jacuzzis and lively pool areas. Notably the pool partie [... read more]s are very lively and so much fun! We are over 55 and had a great time at the pool parties. The entertainment is good with Mexican shows, a Micheal Jackson show, magic etc. The beach is clean but too rough for swimming, some folks walked to town via the beach, we didn't. It is a bit of a walk between buildings but far less than many other hotel complexes we have been in. The walk is worth the exploration of the grounds.The regular rooms are nice and the delux rooms are beautiful. We have absolutley no complaints. There is a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas from the hotel and the distance from town or Walmart is with minutes by taxi or bus. We thoroughly enjoyed Cabo San Lucas and the Riu hotel. We would definatley go back to the Riu Santa Fe and hopefully bring a few friends to join us.
