Barcelo Maya Colonial: The best vacation spot ever!!

This was the best resort we have ever stayed at. We typically vacation once a year, but it’s only our second time bringing our kids (8&4yo) We all had a blast, it exceeded all of your expectations. The pools were perfect and there were a lot of areas to choose from. The kids splashpads were perfect. The resort was busy, but we always found a spot for the day. The beach was beautiful as well and the sand was soft. We didn’t book any of the a la cartes, (although our friends did and bragged  [... read more]about how good they were) but we stuck to the buffets and we’re very happy with the variety and quality. There was a lot of walking so we definitely worked our big meals off. As if the basics of an all inclusive weren’t enough, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of extras around the resort. The kids loved the bowling ally and the arcade. We watched the dolphins and the kids got henna tattoos. We are planning on making the trip again with our entire extended family within the next few years. It was top notch in every single way.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Great vacation

We had a lovely time at Hilton Royal Playa del Carmen, We loved the location, the hotel, the food, but the most prized commodity are the people that work there! All of them were outstanding, our room was cleaned every day, there was always a cute animal waiting on our bed, my clothes folded carefully!! The food was tasty, a bit repetitive, but always tasting great, drinks were great too, the hotel is just the right size, not to big, not too small, just perfect! They are upgrading the resort, [... read more] witch is needed, especially the rooms, as the decor is outdated, but clean! Would be nice to have some liquor in your room, but not that essential. Would like to add more shade at swimming pool, not nearly enough!! Want to mention Claudio at the Pelicanos restaurant, Inna at the hotel lobby, both of them very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, in my opinion a great asset to the hotel, thank you!! We will be happy to see you again in the near future!!

Riu Emerald Bay: Great Beach...Fun Hotel

The rooms are great. King bed was really comfortable with a huge bathroom. Water pressure at times was a little low. Cleaners are amazing and the little animals on the bed each day was fun. Wish the specialty restaurants where al a carte instead of buffet.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: A Solid 4*Resort

We were impressed with the well kept grounds, clean pools, hardworking, attentive and courteous staff, above average food, and our accommodation. We were disappointed with our location close to the main pool. It was very loud from 11:00am to 5pm. We wish we had researched a little more before booking.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Will definitely be back!!

AMAZING resort!! Everything was top notch. Good for all groups from girls trip all the way to family vacation. Resort was impeccably clean. Food quality and variety was great. Staff and room were great. Pools and splash area from kids was so fun! Beach is beautiful! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Sunscape Sabor Cozumel: Excellent resort .

It is truly an excellent resort although the only negative thing is that some [ not all ] of the rooms are being up graded and some have not been up graded at this time . The food and restaurants are very good and the staff is excellent . They will bend over backwards in their service . The resort is also very clean .

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Something For Everyone

This resort is a quiet resort that is adjacent to several very busy resorts that you can investigate. Adults only and not on a beach, it has several pools and even though it was high season, there were plenty of chairs. There are trolleys that are frequent to take you to the other resorts and an adults only beach area. The excursions are expensive, we went on a day long trip to Coba, Tulum and then to a cave. It was great. Food was excellent and the service was generally very good.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: The resort was very nice

The resort was beautiful and the grounds were also kept up very well at the Grand . There were 5 total hotels at this resort and the others were less than average also. The staff and service at the Grand was very good but the food was also below average and some restaurants took for ever to get your meal. Also the time share team was over kill and pushy at times when they heard the word no or not intrested.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico: Second time and we will return again!

True meaning of all inclusive resort. Best food, SUSHI!!! Best service, clean, love the parks, so much to do that it’s different every time we visit! Can’t wait to return again. We love Xcaret!!!!!!

TRS Yucatan: Amazing resort, great for people with food allergies

The TRS is wonderful if you are looking for an adult only vacation. The staff are wonderful and attentive, which is a huge stress relieve to us since we both have major food allergies. The spa is fantastic, the pool is open late, and the plunge pool rooms are clean and modern.

Grand Riviera Princess: Awesome Resort!

This resort was awesome! The staff were friendly and fun, the grounds were clean and all the gardens very well taken care of. Our room was nice, especially the large, modern bathroom. The activities by the pool were fun, the food was great, and so was the disco and sports bar. I would highly recommend this resort! The only negative was there was a lot of sea weed at the edge of the beach and when you first went into the water on most of the days we were there.

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Great Resort

Really well kept grounds and very pretty The room was spacious and clean Pools were good. Beach was quite crowded and not very big Staff was delightful , friendly and very hard working. They probably needed a few extra staff members in all the restaurants considering the number of guests Excursions were surprisingly expensive

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Beautiful Resort

The grounds were spectacular, staff very friendly and funny! The buffet and restaurants, I would give it a 4 star. We stayed in building 5 which is very close to the beach, pools, bars and the smaller buffet. Excellent for breakfast & lunch. We had asked & paid for garden view but they gave us the forest view which they also call it the garden view... no screens on the patio door so if you get 1st floor please make sure to close the patio door. There is also a strange sewer smell once in a  [... read more]while at that area of the rooms. Satisfied with the room service. The beach at our end of the resort was disappointing, as the ocean was not too clear; rocks, Algae, seaweeds. If you walk 10 min left on the beach there is a spectacular lagoon, beautiful.... 10 min walk to the right on the beach pass the the Ocean & the Secrets resorts is also beautiful, blue clear ocean and white sand. If you prefer to sit on the beach with a hut, try to reserve your chairs by 6am as it fills up fast .. the beach is narrow ... overall we were ok with this resort.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Wonderful resort!

This is a beautiful resort. We like Secrets resorts generally, but this one was particularly good. The service was friendly everywhere, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The beach is nice even though you can’t swim in the ocean. We would definitely return to this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Fun at the Akumal Principe

Excellent vacation. Awesome view of the ocean at the pools, walking, eating. Super staff. Very good service, polite and friendly. Fantastic food. Lots of pools. Rooms in good shape. Buildings exterior needs a little painting. All in all, excellent.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: 2nd time around!

We've been here twice now and weren't disappointed. (2015 and 2019) Staff was kind and friendly and food was great and drinks were generous. I even won a massage playing black jack! My only negative is i didnt aquire a taste for the coffee. We will be back again!

Fontan Ixtapa: So so resort Fontan

Rooms still in need of desperate upgrades. Small fridge not in all rooms. No drinking water or face cloths everyday. Food is average. Hamburgers not cooked. Specific floors should be designated for families so the rest of us can sleep. Happy to see a kids buffet added. Great pool with swim up bar.

Sandos Cancun: Great spot!

Loved this hotel! The food and drinks were superb. Not too busy but also fun activities to do throughout the day. Lovely beach area and we could always get a spot. The room was very clean, spacious and stocks with drinks. We will be back !

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Great resort

Clean and well kept up Meals were satisfactory and good variety Staff friendly and courteous Just don't like the payment for a security box Bottom floor and King size bed a must Other than that a very good Resort

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Poo Bay

The the grounds smelled of sewage, mainly the entrance and the some of the hotel blocks. Food wasn’t great, servers were good, rooms weren’t the best, plumbing wasn’t the best, staff for the most part were friendly. Experienced Mexico travellers, we will never stay at this resort again, do not recommend
