Ocean Coral Spring: Great Resort

The rooms, building and public space were clean. The grounds could be cleaner. The beach was really bad. It was just a small space to swim and it was full of rocks and weeds. The Restaurants has a good variety of food. Mike's Cafe was the best and staff were really friendly.

Ocean Eden Bay: Nice resort

We had a two week vacation at Ocean Eden Bay. Almost everything was perfect. We found the service a bit lacking as well as attentiveness. The beach bar staff were amazing pool bar not so much. Food was excellent entertainment was almost every evening. Although we retired early most evenings there was music everywhere. H10 hotels "bribe" you to pay the extra for "Privilege service" which is not what other resorts do. The extra fee that is asked does not warrant the "privilege". Buyer beware. Azul Beach Resort Negril: Good resort

Overall the resort was good but needs a bit of updating. We appreciated that we were upgraded but did not feel the price we paid was worth the accommodation.. the staff overall were amazing in most areas. We were in the premium section 11 and we there was lack of waiters on beach. 7 days we may have seen them 2 times. We did notice that more focus was spent on the adult only side which was 2 ft away from us. Food was lacking especially the fruit. Now for Sunwing.. we did not see or get a call all week from them, we also had to call ourselves for transfer back to hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing

Resort was amazing, always very clean, drinks were not up to par, didn’t have the mixes and very watered down. Housekeeping was perfect. Buffet most time we had to wait for dishes to be refilled as they were running out pretty fast. But overall it was amazing

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Bahia Principle Luxury Runway Bay

Excellent Hotel with beautiful large rooms with all the ementies your are looking for. Minior repairs required due to age of building. The food at the buffet and restaurant was good with a variety of food. Lack variety of breakfast cereal.

Riu Negril: Great trip!

Was a wonderful resort, kind people, and massage therapist Stacey-Ann and Julene were fantastic. Food was ok, same choices daily. Beach was ok, lots of grass but some sand area. Plenty of drinks provided.

The grounds are immaculate, rooms are so clean I didn’t need to clean before I lie down .the food was great lots of options…I would suggest upgrading to privilege you won’t regret, tons of activities and endless excursions..definitely going back.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Good resort

The luxury side is great minus the beach, you have to go to the grand side of you want an actual beach. The food is okay at this resort, nothing special. The gym is great. The entertainment was good. Ash the butler is awesome!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Comme ci comme ça

The price perfectly reflected the hotel quality, however the service and communication was mediocre at best. There were approximately four people that were AMAZING during my stay and the rest were not good! We initially got a room with one bed and were told we could have that rectified the next day but we were not told that we would have to check out in the morning (not have a room for the day) and then get the correct room by 4:00 PM...not impressed. Been to other resorts in Jamaica and I can s [... read more]ay the service here was unfortunately lacking.

Riu Negril: Amazing resort

Amazing food and great resort but the beach wasn’t as great because of the great amount of seaweeds that’s taken over the beach. It wasn’t as fun to be in the beach waters as we hoped to be . I think they need to get rid of the seaweeds from the beaches and then this resort would be fully 5+

Everything was great, food, pool, kids area, rooms, restaurants. My only complaint; and for me, is a big one...and the only reason why I wouldn't go back to this resort is...the beach is absolutely horrible. it was a family trip, my wife and two kids (4 and 9) we went to the beach the first day and couldn't even walk more than a few feet into the water, the beach was literally all rocks, nowhere to swim, so we were forced to spend every day at the crowded pool. Rooms: nice a little rundown (considering it's a new resort). Service very inconsistent. Short on towels and washcloths. Had to keep on asking to get new ones. The room refrigerator is useless. Doesn't even get cold, the red stripes in the fridge were too warm to drink. Hotel grounds: nice, some renovations going on now. Restaurants: OK, the restaurants and bars kept on running out of food items and alcoholic beverages. Always ran out of shrimp, chicken wings, mangos, bananas, drinking mixin [... read more]g ingredients etc. Beach: HORRIBLE, not swimmable at all. Very rocky, water shoes are a must! You can take a 5 minute drive to a public beach called 876 Beach, it's amazing. There is a fee to enter. Amenities: 1) lazy river-awesome 2) water park - amazing for kids 3) bowling alley - lots of fun 4) Daisy club- not too many activities inside, the outdoor playground really nice, but needs more shade because the slides heat up to the point that they are unusable. 5) teen club- not that many activities available besides pool and tv's to play video games.

Ocean Eden Bay: Good resort

Pros- view,pool and rooms Cons- poor service at the bar (limited drink options). Staff aren’t overly friendly (aside from blue team). It’s too windy to sit at the beach after noon, in the morning no problem. Rap music all day.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great Resort - Highly Recommend

Hotel was a great all inclusive Resort. Although I made sure I was first in line for every meal, the food was excellent. Ala Carts were delicious as well. Coffee shop should open earlier for us that are early risers, lol. Hotel staff were all friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. Room was great. Cleaners were in every day cleaning and fridge was replenished with beer, pop and water. As per all reviews, if you want a beach lounge chair should be there by 8 AM. Beach was not the best. Go ou [... read more]t 10 feet and it is over your head so not the best for kids, but of course the water is great. Very expensive if you go off the Resort. $ 10.00 US for a bag of chips. Taxi for 2 kms - 20 US so they all try to scam you. If you can put up with the locals on the street trying to sell smoke it is wonderful to walk all the way down town City Center for some history and actual locals in the market. All and All - Great Resort and Great time. ( Take note of date - start of off season which is better )

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: The resort is fantastic

My experience at the Grand Pladium was amazing I would recommend this resort everythime I most definitely want to go back. Every thing was great the service, the rooms and the restaurant is great. The staff very friendly and accomadating .my favorite was Tenisha Brown she was truly amazing.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing

Everything was great.I would go there again for sure and I would recommend this resort to others. THE people were so friendly ,the food was great and the service was amazing and I will look forward to visiting again.

Jewel Paradise Cove: A great resort

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. We especially appreciated the easy access to the beach. As seniors we liked that the resort is small so we felt comfortable in finding our way around. Just a word of caution to other seniors - there us no elevator and ir us difficult to get a ground floor room and especially one that us t off if the noisy pool area. It took us until the third day to get a quiet room on the first floor

Couples Tower Isle: QUIET AND CLEAN RESORT

HOTEL OVERALL: Exceptionally clean, not overcrowded and friendly. SERVICE: Exceptional by all except in a few cases in the buffet, eight rivers restaurant and poolside grill. FOOD: buffet breakfast and Veggie Bar are great. Poolside grill is good. Buffet lunch and dinners left much to be desired. SPA: the spa is fair. Definitely did not get the elevated spa experience based on the cost of services. NIGHTLIFE: Nightly entertainment is almost non-existent.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: So happy we choose Seagarden as our resort

Can’t say I have one complaint with my stay at this resort. Our room was a garden view, clean fresh and inviting. Maids did a fantastic daily cleaning always cheerful and friendly. Maintenance promptly sent to replace burnt out light bulbs and plugged sink. Desk staff went beyond with our requests when going off resort looking out for our safety from cab service to restaurant choices and shopping etc. Serving staff always pleasant throughout entire resort. Public washrooms always clean and s [... read more]tocked. Grounds cease beautiful and well kept. It is a smaller resort but exactly as I wanted. Location close to town and airport making it so easy to go out shopping or dining Call local cab driver Ron 876-453-2312 if you want trusted “ honest”service from shopping to great prices out into the country/excursions. Very mannerly, funny, friendly as well as a great driver. After being taken $$$$ by another cab driver/shop it was a pleasure to have been pointed to Ron who took us shopping and accompanied us finding what we were looking to purchase as well took us to reputable shops and not being overcharged
