Grand Palladium Kantenah: Love it here

So once again we have returned home from a wonderful vacation at the Grand Palladium Kantenah resort. The jungle walkways and wildlife is beautiful. Food in the buffets was good. Al la cartes were great. Everything about this resort is on point or we wouldn't have returned for the 11th time. Stayed in the Kantenah Mayan suites right by the beach. Looking forward to returning.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Good Resort

This was the first time at this resort for my wife and myself. We were there for a wedding. The hotel was nice, but too big for our tastes. Did not have room we requested and that was a nightmare to deal with. But overall it was a nice vacation. No bad things to say about resort or staff.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Destination Wedding

The staff of the Grand Palladium went above and beyond our expectations, everyday of the trip. Friendly, approachable, and courteous, they were attentive to our every need. Although large in the scale, the resort does an amazing job keeping all the lobbies, restaurants, pools, beaches and walkways in pristine shape. Our wedding coordinator (Nidia) did an unbelievable job not only our the wedding day, but the in weeks and months leading up to it as well. We have travelled to many countries, and stayed in a variety of private to large scale resorts. The combination of location, staffing, cleanliness, and amenities at the Grand Palladium made it our most memorable trip to date. Hats off to the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort!

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Thoroughly Impressed

I had not visited a resort in approximately eight years due to a prior poor experience. The Grand Palladium is exceptional. Great service, food, and amenities. I will highly recommend to friends and family and consider revisiting.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Great Family Vacation

Stayed a week at this resort and was never bored. The variety of restaurants and activities gave many choices for everyone in my family-even my teenagers! Hotel, grounds and room were very clean and friendly workers everywhere. We will definitely be going back as well as recommending to friends for a family vacstion of romantic coue vacation! Loved it!

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Sprawling Beauty

Not a thing to complain about. The grounds are immaculate. The food in buffet & a LA carte's fresh and delicious. The only issue was there are no reservations at the a LA carte's unless you are an upgraded guest. Had to be at restaurant by 6 or would not get seated. The sea water pool was Spectacular. 4+ out of 5

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful resort!!

From the moment we arrived and until the very end I felt very welcome and at home. The staff was very friendly and everyone greeted you with a smile. Just keep in mind this resort is HUGE however they do provide you with a shuttle to take you around. When my boyfriend and I arrived at the resort they took our baggage for us and immediately fixed us up a drink, after we were escorted to our honeymoon villa.... My jaw dropped. There are a few things I would change. Don't get me wrong I still had an amazing time and was amazed by the resort however, there was no culture/music or jamaican food. I went to jamaica to experience Jamaica... You can't do that at this resort. The music they played wasn't jamaican music or even a mix. If they did attempt to play jamaican music, they would play Bob Marley (I love bob marley don't get me wrong). Unfortunately there is a stereotype that this is the only music they listen too. Trust me it's not. As for the food... The food they had there tasted amazing however they barely had Jamaican dishes (they would have one or two dishes) and if there was they made it very bland. Despite the food and lack of culture lol I do highly recommend this resort but just a tip, if you want to experience Jamaica it is safe to travel with the taxi there at the resort and please do it. We had a great time!!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great resort

The hotel was great the staff was helpful in anyway the food was good the views were breath taking and we took a trip to Puerto Vallarta board walk and had great time with fresh seafood from the ocean thank you for a great trip I would recommend this hotel for families lots for kids to do

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Resort review

The food was not great, the hotel was far too large for my liking. The beach was full of rock and coral ..not something I was sure about. The only place I enjoyed was the salt water pool ..it's still quite far from hotel but it was the only place I found enjoyable

Grand Palladium Jamaica: The Only Way To Vacation

From the moment we landed in montego bay there was a representative waiting to take us to our bus. We left the airport right away and to about 40 min to get to the resort Check in was fast and when we opened the door to our room, paradise. Food was amazing and the staff truly made our vacation the most relaxing one we have had yet They really do care about the people who visit.

TRS Turquesa: Beautiful resort

The resort grounds are very well maintained, lobbies are very nice, the main buffet was fabulous, the waiters are very efficient .The food was very good, great variety. Japanese al la carte was by far the best. Very disappointed in The Chanterelle this time around. We booked this trip and were to receive 1500.00 resort credits upon our arrival. The desk staff did not know anything about it. We had to go and speak with the AirTran sit rep at the resort next door. Several trips to front desk, may [... read more] emails from our travel agent and finally on the day BEFORE we came home, we got the credits. Unfortunately we did not have any time to enjoy them. I have to wonder if this was done on purpose so that the resort wouldn't be out any money?????

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Refreshingly classy!

The grounds were kept immaculately clean. Beautiful gardens and pathways through the mangroves abound. This is a huge resort, but was not a problem for us as we love to walk. For the mobility-challenged, there are trolleys going back an forth constantly. The beach ranges from a wide, white sand beach at the "Kantenah resort" end of the resort to coral rock at the "White Sand resort" end of the beach. Bars, snack bars, buffets and à la carte restaurants are plentiful so there is always an option [... read more] for drinks and meals. All of the mixed drinks that we ordered were made with real fruit, not the powders used at some of the other resorts we have been to. Rooms were kept clean and the mini-fridge was stocked daily. The only negative issue I had was not the resort's fault, but rather with some of the clients. There are some people out there that delight in feeding the local jungle animals, especially the caitos (looks like a raccoon with an anteater nose). This has made them a pest at some of the outdoor dining areas, with some of them jumping up on abandoned tables to get at the left-overs. People - DON'T FEED THE LOCAL ANIMALS!! This is the first time I've done the booking on-line thru trip central.ca. It was a breeze and trip central was great at sending reminder emails regularly before our trip. I will continue to book our future trips this way, instead of through a travel agency.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Time!

Note: To those who do not like large resorts and lots of walking, you may want to look elsewhere. We didn't mind the long walks. Also, be advised that the resort is currently undergoing some renovations (which we were not advised of prior to booking or departing) in November 2016. The disruptions were minimal however. As 2 restaurants were closed for the renos, the resort did its best to accommodate and alternate which a la carte would be serving what on various nights. Other than that, [... read more] we had a great experience at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. The pool is one of the best in the Caribbean we've ever had the luxury of using. The beaches are okay (clean and spacious), but are not on the sample level of beauty as Mexico, or even close to Cuba. The entertainment and serving staff go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Food in the a la cartes we visited (Italian, Steakhouse, Indian, Mexican) was exceptional, however the quality and variety in the buffets need improvement. By no means will you starve, however. Rooms are spacious and clean. We were fortunate to have a 3rd floor, ocean view room given to us upon arrival and could not have been more pleased.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: wow!! just wow!! :))

My first time to Jamaica and I was beyond amazed!! Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful well kept grounds. Room (only a junior suite) was huge and clean. Pools gorgeous. Bars plentiful and fast service. The Sunset Cove with Jerk restaurant was a delight. Beautiful sandy beach and food excellent. Minimal wait for any of the many a la carte restaurants. I feel like I could go on and on more about how fantastic my week was at this resort. But I won't-go and be amazed at a real 5* resort!

TRS Turquesa: Super vacation!!!!

This resort did not disappoint!! The resort is generous with its hospitality. The staff is friendly and aim to please. The resort is well-maintained and clean. The food was exceptional at the buffets and specialty/theme dining that we attended. The beach was spectacular and offered sun or shade and plenty of space. The resort is adults only, the atmosphere is quite quiet....very pleasant.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Excellent resort

This was our first time stay at the Palladium resort in Riviera Maya. In general we loved the place. The first couple days we discovered the sea water pool near the Palladium Riviera and a small patch of perfect beach in front the big hotel that is under construction next to the Palladium. We also loved the food at the different restaurants in the hotel. The varieties of food/restaurants were a delight. The shows at night were amazing and performed by very talented professionals.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing staff and a really fun place!

The property is huge and there is a ton of stuff to do! All the staff are wonderful and extremely polite. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are very well maintained. Nothing but great things to say about this place

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: 10th visit to the Grand Palladium, Riviera Maya

Just returned from the Palladium and it was our 10th visit. We were spoiled rotten, as usual. We have stayed in all of the sections of this hotel, even the Yucatan Suites. This time we stayed on the White Sand side in a renovated suite with an ocean view. The Palladium is renovating many parts of the hotel, including the rooms, the restaurants and lobbies. It is a large resort with plenty of golf carts and even a train to transport you from place to place. The grounds are extremely well kept and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very clean. The beach is cleaned every morning. The buffet has all types of foods for all tastes and they have now implemented an allergy / dietary needs system. I have a serious allergy to several fruits and we even had the chef at one of the restaurants come and help me choose from the menu. I would recommend this resort for couples, families and even singles. It's also doable for the elderly and the handicapped..just make sure you are booked on a bottom floor. We will be returning soon.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Always nice there, third visit.

I was really impressed this time with the transportation between the 4 hotels, they changed it from the last time we were there. We never had a problem of getting anywhere on time, they were eager to get you places even if the train was not there yet. Pool, beach, service, food and restaurants were great, no waiting. This was our third trip to this same hotel, just as good as always. For a birthday gift, I was sending my husband for a scuba dive, he has done 2 before, he ended up getting is di [... read more]vers ticket. Maria and the dive shop and the photographer were amazing, she even came in on her day off to finish the course with my husband. Would highly recommend them if you go.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Awesome value!

My husband and I stayed here for our second anniversary and were very impressed with what the resort had to offer. The room was lovely and very clean, we enjoyed late night swims in the adult only pool that was open until midnight and the salt water pool was really neat! Al a carte restaurants were good. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite as we were seated in the patio overlooking the ocean while the sun setted and the waiter made fresh guacamole at our table. The only thing that wasn't great is that the buffet restaurant doesn't rotate themes so they have the same menu every day but we just made sure we went for lots of al a carte dinners.
