Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Wonderful resort !

Hotel was awesome, our third year in a row here and were going back next year again. we have been many places and at many resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. This is our personal favorite. Resort is beautiful, staff are great, food is awesome for all inclusive.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Beautiful Resort

Secrets Akumal is a beautiful resort located in Tulum - Riviera Maya. Please note anybody interested, this is almost 1.5 hour away from Cancun Airport. Kindly, factor that in based on your flight schedule. We were at the resort last week for an early anniversary trip and had a great time. It feels like you are in a rainforest with lush green surroundings and birds chirping everywhere. Occasionally, we even spotted Iguana (Huge Garden Lizard). We really enjoyed dining at Market Cafe for breakfast and lunch. For dinner we preferred Portofino and Himitsu (they have enough choices for Vegan/Vegetarian/Seafood). Beach is beautiful with white sand and clear water - al lot of seaweed that cleaners are constantly clearing out. It's a great place if you enjoy snorkelling and other water sports. There is one point I would like to highlight - the beach is not as private as one would expect. In Mexico beaches are public and hence, you will see people from other resorts sitting right in front of you on the beach - really wish the resort staff can set some boundaries. For this reason alone, I would not want to return to this resort. Overall I give it 4.5 star rating (would be a full 5 star if the beach was even partly private)

Crown Paradise Golden: Wonderful time and great staff

What to say: Hotel was quaint, well maintained with great staff. Rooms are all well located to view the ocean ( partial of full). Try to get 3rd floor +. Food: Was worried about past reviews, however, food selection was good. Beach: Nice beach, took long walks and sellers were fun to talk to. Surroundings: Walking distance to mall, walmart and some good rests ( not expensive). We walked a few times to downtown ( 1hr) or 10 minutes taxi. Good restaurants with great local flavours along with g [... read more]reat taquila. Try to get your souvenirs locally and not at airport, airport has not as much selection. Marina near by and every morning cruise ships arrive, nice to see.

Riu Cancun: Worth Considering!

The hotel public areas, grounds and food were great! Rooms were a good size with great views. The only small complaint I would have is around the quality of linens and sparse bedding. This resort also attracts a large number of young adults.

Secrets Aura Cozumel: Very Tired Resort

Overall, my experience was positive however it is not up to the Secrets brand. My husband and I were happy with our room although others in our party we’re justifiably not (rooms not what they reserved). The food was very good in the restaurants and the Sky bar a lot of fun with beautiful views. There was an obvious lack of staff in all areas but those working were working very hard to keep up. Entertainment team top notch. Pool cleanliness was a real issue. We never saw anyone skimming the Ma [... read more]natee Bar pool and it’s condition deteriorated during the week. The day after the foam party the pool was never cleaned broken balloons, lime wedges, glasses etc. were still on the deck. On our last day the pool water was covered with scum, leaves, twigs and cigarette butts. It was so bad we asked for a skimmer to clean it ourselves. About an hour later a staff member arrived and we assisted him in getting the junk out so we could enjoy our pool time. Beach was lovely and you cannot beat the views. Hopefully, Secrets should puts some money in this property and gets its up to the same standard as other Secrets properties. Until that happens we will not return or recommend.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: The food!!!

The Fives Azul Beach Resort is THE place if you want to have delicious food. Every meal, with the exception of the buffet, was AMAZING. We didn't expect to have sushi in Mexico, but we visited the Oka restaurant twice because it was so good!! And the Italian restaurant was a 5-star too! and don't even get me started on the shrimp tacos at the beachside restaurant. The pools w [... read more]ere the cleanest I've ever swam in at an all-inclusive, and they worked hard on keeping the beach free of trash & seaweed. We 100% would return back to this resort as a family, and we are also looking forward to checking out other adults-only Karisma properties.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Quality Family time + Adventure = Goal Accomplished

From the moment we booked our trip until we returned, the trip central team and the resort ensured we were taken care of to achieve our goal = relaxation with a splash of adventure! Knowing we could ask rep any questions with confidence was invaluable. The resort breathtakingly clean and well maintained. The staff demonstrated that they cared repeatedly. The amenities were wonderful and kept our teenage kids moving and shaking when they wished or chilling when they needed it! The food  [... read more]was delicious. Our favourite restaurant was the a la cart Japanese - one word to describe - WOW! Overall, this is a great resort that is beautiful and luxurious, staffed by some of the hardest working people I have ever met, who prided themselves on taking care of the visitors. We wish we had everyone's name Antonio, Joshua, Samantha, Jacob to mention a few!

Riu Flamingos: Very Enjoyable Resort

Facility was Great, Staff was Great, other Guests where Great. Recommendations; Please teach the chef's how to COOK BACON!!!! I don't remember seeing so much garbage on the beach.(cigarette butts) Must find a way to Remove the Two Center Pillars in Front of the Stage.

Grand Sunset Princess: Great Family Resort

This is our second trip back at the Grand Sunset Princess - March Break of 2018 and 2019! We loved the experience both times. The resort is immaculate, the service outstanding and this year there was a focus to keep the beach well groomed and sea weed free, which we all appreciated. Our kids, aged 4 and 6 also loved the nightly shows. We would highly recommend this resort.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico: A week in paradise

Beautiful modern and clean hotel. Excellent service and unbelievable food and drink options. Inclusive park access was an added bonus. Will certainly return at a later date and highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5* experience. Definitely worth the money!

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Fantastic resort

I just got back from a vacation at the ibarostar Cancun.. we were upgraded to the prestige club at check in, the resort was amazing! Great food, well kept grounds, lots of daily entertainment and beautiful decor. What was even better was the staff, who went above and beyond! One of the best well rounded all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at!! I will definitely be going back and would recommend it to everyone!

NYX Hotel Cancun: loved it

We were really happy with our time at NYX. Smaller resort that I usually go to, however I found there was pros about that. It was very easy to get beach chairs every morning, barely any line ups at the bar .. staff were great and Eddy and Jose were amazing at the pool bar, very welcoming. Beach was litteraly a 15 second walk from the room, which was also nice. I would say the food and the waiters was my favourite of it all, very good service and i loved the food. Riu Santa Fe: Nice Resort

The resort itself is well kept and is very clean. It has amazing views of the mountains and crystal clear waters. The food is just ok and so r the drinks. Nothing to write home about. Price point is a little high as it was $3000 a werk for a couple at the RIU Santa Fe. We happened to be at one of the US spring breaks so it was quite loud and disruptive at nights. Seems more of a party resort than a relaxation resort. Although i have to say staff were very friendly and were very accomodating. W [... read more]e took a water taxi to the marina in Cabo and that was nice. Went to Cabo Wabo and A few other places. Overall a 3+ rating given that the place was clean and terrific views and close to the marina in Cabo which has great restaurants and shops.

The Fives Downtown Hotel: Amazing hotel, amazing service, amazing time!

Checked in to the BEAUTIFUL Five downtown and was blown away with the attention to detail and superior customer service. Didn’t do the all inclusive option because we really wanted to explore food options and didn’t know how good the hotel food was actually going to be... wrong move on our part. We spent most days there as the beach was a bit stinky and truthfully v douchy (and over priced) at most of the beach clubs... our pool was the best by far! Service at the pool so good too! Oh and the nachos at the pool are the best!!! Also the flank steak! Drooling 🤤 right now. Our room was beautiful of course, maid service so promt and consistent. 10/10 💅🏻🌴🌊😘

The Fives Downtown Hotel: So amazing! We can’t wait to go back!!

This was such an amazing place! We cannot believe how easy it was to book, travel and stay! We will definitely be using tripcentral next time we book flight and hotels! Thank you for making everything so easy!

Sandos Cancun: Very nice place

The room was clean and ample, food was good(fish tacos in the trop). Lots of room available around the pools. Staff are friendly. Location is nice. Down side would be the hotel next door blocks the sun a little early.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: So clean you can eat off the floor

Every aspect of our experience was a 10/10. We felt very safe during our trip and the staff members were awesome! This was my girlfriend and my first trip out of canada/USA and we will definitely come back, that's a promise. Mucho garcias!!

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Advertised as 4.5-5.0 star, no way!

Everything, but for one very important thing, was outstanding. Our room was a complete disappointment. It seemed as if nothing had been done to rejuvenate it since its doors opened. I think it was clean, but was distracted by needing to jump into the middle of the bed to avoid sliding off the waterfall edge. The hotel staff could only offer one solution and that was to move us the following day to their sister resort, Catalonia Riviera Maya Puerto Adventuros (with a number of comps). It was [... read more] a sad goodbye to a most beautiful beach and the eco-preserved grounds and hello to a jammed packed pool and beach, with really lovely staff. Our room was an improvement and on the Privilege side, tucked at the end. We enjoyed our stay. It will hence be a one time visit.

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay: First Class Holiday

Everything about this location was better than hoped. Great customer service in every area from reception to food services to cleaning,gardening done continually. Loved the fact we were away from city but close enough with shuttle service for any activities throughout the day and evening. Beautiful sunsets too!

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Paradise

The Secrets Akumal was absolute paradise. We visited in mid March. The resort has incredible service, with a very dedicated and friendly staff. The rooms are extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds are gorgeous, with very lush trees and plants throughout. There are three pools which are all very well maintained. The beach is gorgeous, and the staff keeps it clear of seaweed. There is snorkel gear available all day, and if you go early in the morning you can watch the turtles feed  [... read more]without swimming very far. The restaurants were all wonderful and the bars had a great selection of drinks. The coffee shop is lovely and has snacks available all day. The resort has a lot of activities, including a snorkel tour, kayak tour, paddle board tour, and a bike tour through Akumal which is about two hours and very worth doing! There are many fitness classes throughout the day including CrossFit, yoga, spin in the pool, and many others. I would go back again tomorrow if I could!
