Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Best Service and Staff!

This resort exceeded all of my expectations in every area. I have never received better service from anyone! From the entertainment staff to the bartenders and the servers everyone here was so happy. I would recommend this resort to anyone! Secrets Silversands caters to everyone whether you want a quiet relaxing vacation or you want to be close to the action there is something. We enjoyed the pool activities, the nighttime entertainment, beach volleyball and the rainy day activities! I was so overwhelmed on my last day because of how well I was treated! I was so sad to have to say goodbye to the staff! Natalio and JuanJose of the restaurant Ratatouille did such a good job in taking care of us. We had supper there on our second night and told them we would return, on the night we returned they had set up a private table for us by the chefs with our own special menu and gave us a bottle of wine! I could not believe how well I was treated and that they truly cared about making our experience the best! The bartender Mario at the Veranda bar made sure that every night that we sat down at the bar we had a drink in front of us within 2 minutes and he always remembered what we liked to drink! He was so accommodating to all the different drinks we wanted to try! The staff truly made this experience the best for us! This is the 7th resort I have had the pleasure of experiencing and it is by far the best! I will return in the new year and I cannot wait to see everyone again. I'm sure after reading some of the other reviews you have seen that unfortunately the ocean at this resort has some rocks and seaweed in it. The sand on the beach is white and clean and the seating is very comfortable. I was able to go into the ocean, but you do have to be careful of rocks. This was a Mother, Daughter trip and we were both treated exceptionally and met some amazing people from all over the world! Shoutout to Avenillo as well! I was making tea one morning and he asked me how I was doing I said I had a bit of sore throat and he went and made me a special tea to help soothe my throat. The next day he asked me how I was feeling and if he could get me anything! Little Sergio at the Buffet took care of us even if we weren't sitting in his section!

Secrets Huatulco: Great Resort

Everything was spectacular. I cannot say a bad thing about this resort. Well one thing, second last day of trip we had a major spider problem in our room. Scared the bajeepers out of me!!! I went to front desk and they took care of it immediately. Sprayed twice that day and never saw another spider. Comment to the resort. Spray more often so guests do not have to experience this kind of scare. Very pleased that they took care of it right away. Top notch resort.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Amazing Resort!

We recently spent a week here and we loved everything about Secrets The Vine. The resort is beautiful and the atmosphere, service, food, facilities and entertainment were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Secrets St James: Excellent with upgrade

For the most perfect holidays, select club privilege for an upgrade room. Everything is perfect at the St James resort but notice that room need renovations. The washroom running, shower titles, drape were to difficult to open and halls needs painting.

Secrets Huatulco: A Must Visit

My wife and I just returned from our second stay at the dreams hualtulco. We had another amazing stay. Great food, excellent hospitality and breath taking views. Lots to do in the beautiful little town. I highly recommend a visit.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Amazing resort

This is a lovely resort. The service from all staff is excellent. Our concierge was very attentive and all staff provided prompt service with a smile. The only drawback for us was the tour of the property and hard sales pitch from staff selling time share/vacation packages. We were offered spa credits for taking the tour and sitting through the sales pitch. Even with the credits, I would not recommend this unless you really are interested in buying a package. The tepanyaki restaurant was very good, but if you are having steak, tell them how you want it cooked unless you like well done. We were disappointed with our ocean view room. We were a long way from the water and could see only a bit of the ocean over the trees.Probably not worth the upgrade. The rooms were very nice, but a bit dark.

Secrets Huatulco: Wonderful 41 anniversary

Secrets Huatulco was one of our best all round get away. Staff wonderful, food very good, never a problem with service. Entertainment team always trying to get quests involved.Be prepared for extreme heat and bites, swimming in ocean difficult but pools fabulous. excellent food, warm friendly staff, clean and beautiful overall. The staff were very attentive especially around the pool and on the beach bringing you drinks and food. The rooms were very clean and quite luxurious. Lots to do day and night the 7 days went by way to fast

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Fantastic Resort!

This resort was FANTASTIC! Facilities, staff, food, pools all AMAZING! From start to finish the trip was perfect, Staff were organized and prepared for our arrival and departure! Service was amazing! This vacation exceeded our expectations on every level! Secrets St James: Amazing Resort. Best Vacation!!!

We had the most amazing vacation at Secrets St. James. The resort was beautiful, easy layout and everything was within walking distance. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The food in the restaurants exceeded our expectations, even the room service was great. Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Amazing Holiday

We had stayed at the resort a year ans a half ago and found the service even better. The grounds and the resort are very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The entertainment is very good and adult oriented. The food and the dining experience is excellent. We have stayed at the excellence resorts previously and find the service, food and dining experience much better at Secrets. Room service is very quick. The pools are very nice. Secrets Royal Beach: The usual Secrets...Superior!!!!!

The room-type that we had requested was not available so we were assigned to another. Not pleased until we stayed one day in our "new" room. WOW!! We were definitely up-graded. The swim-up river was 5 seconds away and the a la cartes were 15 seconds. Room service was 15 minutes since we were so close to the major restaurants. The beach was, again, as usual (amazing in size. length, and quality) so we walked at least twice each day. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. Secrets Huatulco: Wonderful Resort

Had an amazing Honeymoon at this resort! The food was the best I've ever had in Mexico and neither of us got sick. The sand was really hard to walk on so spent more time than I'd prefer at pool but the view was gorgeous. Great staff and a beautiful property.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Best relaxing honeymoon ever!

From the moment, my husband and I arrived, you could tell that this was going to be a great trip. This was the first time my husband experienced an all inclusive and I know that he was not at all disappointed. We booked a room in the Preferred Club, which I truly believe was worth every penny. If your looking for a relaxed environment, away from all the noise, this is the place to stay. We were checked in by a lovely lady, who I can't quite remember her name, but she was great and very helpful. [... read more] We noticed after checking-in that our travel agency had forgotten to mention that we were there for our honeymoon. A quick call to her, i.e. front desk, and everything was worked out, without any question. They truly make you feel at home and without a doubt want you to return. The Honeymoon package was a great touch, we got a plate of fruits, cheeses and crackers, as well as a bottle of wine. We also got a bottle of Jamaican rum as a gift, which was a nice touch. ROOM: Our room was a perfect size for two people. The bed was so comfortable that we are in process of buying a new bed, it was just that great. Our view from our room was just phenomenal. We were located on the 3rd floor and we couldn't have asked for better. Our patio faced the ocean and our front door face the entertainment stage. We thought this would be an issue but the shows would always end early enough that the noise was never an issue. We had a soaking tub on our terrace. We found this great, especially on the nights where it was humid and we didn't want to stay in our room. We enjoyed the double sink and the jetted tub. Also, a great feature of the room was the three bottles of alcohol they provide you. Without a doubt a great feature, if you don't like going out of your room. We definitely enjoyed this feature, when we wanted to be alone and in our room. We enjoyed the free wi-fi, when it was working properly. They have an app, that they tell you to download, which allows you to make free phone calls to Canada and the U.S. This was great to have, since we could call to check on our pets. We were also in the process of purchasing a home, so it allowed us to stay in touch with important people during that time. The app has tons of other great things, such as telling you the activities going on and the capability of calling anyone on the resort, such as room service, concierge, front desk, spa, etc. The room was clean and well taken care throughout our entire stay. Our maid Yvette did a great job. We were never disappointed. Kayan, our minibar attendant always made sure we had everything we needed. All our requests were made without any question and always with a smile. She even left us a note one day, thanking us for tipping her and wishing us a great day. I've been to two other all inclusive and have never had this happen. Even our turn down maid, Miclaalia was nice and always ready to help us, if we needed anything. DINING: One of the best part about staying in the preferred club is you are closest to all of the restaurants, so you don't have to walk as far. The food there is really great. The options they offer are phenomenal. There is French (Bordeaux), Italian (Portofino), Mexican (El Patio), Jamaican (Blue Mountain), Asian (Himitsu), Steakhouse (Seaside Grill) and a seafood only restaurant (Oceana). We tried, the French (Bordeaux), Italian (Portofino), Mexican (El Patio), Jamaican (Blue Mountain) and Asian (Himitsu) restaurants. My husband is not a fan of seafood, so we didn't get a chance to try out Oceana and we didn't make it to the Seaside Grill, even though we are huge steak eaters. Each restaurant we went to, we enjoyed, but without a doubt, the BEST restaurant would be Himitsu. We went twice in a row because the food was just SO Amazing. Our servers, Latoya and Sylvia, were both extremely helpful and just stood out. We enjoyed the environment and their service. The buffet (World Cafe) was never disappointing, they had lots of selection and the food was good. They made fresh omelets at breakfast for you, and lunch they would make fresh pasta dishes. We never went there for dinner but I can only imagine what they were capable. We stopped at the Barefoot Grill on the beach and had their Jamaican patties, they offered Chicken and Beef, it was just delicious, not too spicy which I LOVED. They offered lots of other snacks, which looked delicious. The one place you need to stop, is Coco Café, the cold coffees they make are just so good, you get addicted and go every day. They offer alcoholic drinks as well and their "Secret" iced coffee was a huge hit for us and many other guests. We also indulged in Room Service a few times for lunch. The food was so good. Their fries are just amazing. I was so shocked at how big the serving size was. I barely ever finished my meals, cause there was just so much food. My favorite would be the club sandwich, so delicious. PREFERRED SERVICE: Being a preferred club guest, was definitely a bonus. We had our own lounge where we could play board games, had breakfast, lunch or dinner. They always had great options of food out, even if it was just for a snack. The bar in the lounge was open all the time, so they could fix you up anything at any time of the day. The service was great. We had our own pool and beach, which included bar service at the beach. Kerry-Ann, was without a doubt the best beach waitress we dealt with. She always had a smile and remembered who you were and what you ordered. One morning, we arrived later than usual, as we decided to sleep-in. She made a joke about us being late and then my husband decided to change his drink and she questioned him. It was the funniest thing, she was like "Oh, your not having a Bob Marlie this morning?". We had such a laugh that he ended just having his usual. The service she offered was great. BAR SERVICE: We can't talk much about the bar services as we only attended one bar frequently. There is several bars throughout the resort and honestly if they are as good as the Barracuda bar we attended every day, you would never be disappointed. During the day, we would have Karen and at night we would have Ernel. They both made our trip, memorable. Most people would say staying at the bar seated for long periods is boring, but with Karen and Ernel, it would just plain old FUN. They were just great people and always having fun with you. They knew what you drank and even before you would have the chance to ask for another, they would have it ready for you. Without a doubt the BEST bartenders we had. We would go back just to see them. GROUNDS & ACTIVITIES: The resort itself is just beautiful. It's well taken care of at all times. They even seem happy to be doing it, no matter what it is. We walked from one end of the resort to the other and its breathtaking. They offer so much for everyone. We played Basketball one day, which was good fun, we promised to go back but there is just so much to do. They have hammocks through the resort, we definitely enjoyed those. The beach was extremely well taken care of. There is lots of activities offered at this resort. We didn't partake in anything as we weren't there for that, but if we return we want to go as a group and we will definitely participate in the many activities they offer. To name a few, they had horseshoe, bocce ball, volleyball on the beach and in the water, and so much more. RECOMMENDATION: When going to Jamaica, we recommend the MOBAY lounge. Especially for the way home, its a great touch. It gives you comfort, food and drinks while waiting for the plane. We enjoyed this, as it gave us the opportunity to eat before getting on the plane which was almost 4 hours. It was also nice having a last drink to end the trip at the airport. The free wi-fi was nice as well. The food was great, lots of selection, soup, sandwiches, deserts, sushi, salads, jamaican patties, etc. It was all delicious. To Sum it up, we had an AMAZING trip and would recommend Secrets Wild Orchid to everyone. It was a great experience and even though we did stay in the preferred club area, we believe that you would have just as an amazing trip staying on the regular side.

One of the top two Five-Star hotels we have stayed at....and we have stayed at many. Rooms, Dining, Grounds were exceptional........The staff at this resort go above and beyond.....they are most definitely an asset to the establishment., Loved the fact that every meal could be outside overlooking the water. Loved every moment.

We came here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. It was everything we wanted and more. The staff were the best! Friendly and accommodating. Secrets The Vine Cancun: Great resort!

Loved the professionalism of the resort staff. New hotel, gorgeous modern. Wonderful restaurants, excellent adult only, location perfect to see Cancun if you want. Great entertainment, amazing time here. Rooms are over the top. Excellent ambiance everywhere.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: amazing resort

We absolutely loved everything about this resort, the grounds, pool area, beach, location, water, staff, food, drinks and entertainment. We would like to thank Leydii Reyes who works in the coffee shop who made us feel like family. We miss you and will be back soon to visit. We have been looking for a resort in Mexico and have found all our requirements with Secrets Maroma. We will return often.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Awesome Resort

Beautiful room. Fantastic service. Beautiful beach. Food and restaurants were amazing. Would go back in a heart beat! We will compare all other resorts to this one now...and so far nothing comes close! Added touch of barrels of ice with bottles of water and the mobile jerk chicken barbecues....wonderful!

EXCELLENT FOOD. WE TRIED MOST OF THE RESTAURANTS AND DID NOT HAVE A MEAL WE DIDN'T ENJOY . THE STEAKS ARE SECOND TO NONE. THE BEDS AND LINENS ARE SO COMFORTABLE YOU WON'T WANT TO GET UP! WE REALLY ENJOYED THE COFFEE BAR-VISITED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES A DAY.WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY AND LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING.
