Riu Palace Las Americas: Amazing Resort!!!

Everything about this resort was perfect. The staff were super friendly, helpful, kind and they put in soooo much effort and hardwork to make people's stay magical, and magical it was. The rooms are squeaky clean at all times. The food was absolutely delicious, the layout of the resort was absolutely perfect. Pools anywhere you look, the beach is just a few steps from the lobby. The nice thing about this resort is during the day time, it had a specific flavor with everyone in bathing suits while [... read more] at night time, a completely different flavor with everyone dressed so nice for dinners and every single night there was a show that was setup by the staff for entertainment. So much hard work was put into these shows and I thank them all for it. Finally and most importantly, I would like to thank Eliana Antoun for recommending this resort. Thank you Eliana for all your help, patience and efforts. I am already looking forward to the next trip :)

Hyatt Vivid Cancun: Amazing all inclusive

New, and rooms with best views of ocean and golf course. Excellent reastraunts with steaks! The entertainment was lacking, and can be improved on. The room service was excellent, spa was excellent.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Wonderful resort for families

My suite was beautiful and large and extremely clean with a spacious bathroom Staff were wonderful! Food was very good especially the Italian restaurant and service was excellent with waiters very friendly with our baby Pool was too cold unfortunately On the plus side they had a pool playground and playroom for children which was good And an ice cream and candy store:) Beach was lovely nice white sand and not too crowded at this time Mid December

Haven Riviera Cancun: OK BUT NOT GREAT

FIRST OUR ROOM WAS AS DESCRIBED. GREAT VIEW. OUR FIRST DISAPOINTMENT WAS THAT THE PROMISED SELECTION OF FRESH TROPICAL FRUITS AND BOTTLE OF MEZCAL WAS NOT IN THE ROOM AS DESCRIBED. THE GROUNDS WERE VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. EVERYONE (EXCEPT ONE FRONT DESK LADY) WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SERVERS IN THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS WERE VERY GOOD. POOLS WERE NOT HEATED AS DESCRIBED. ONLY THE MIDDLE POOL WAS HEATED AT ALL AND NOT MUCH REALLY. WE HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE SWIM OUT ROOMS AND COULD SE [... read more]E NO ONE WAS USING THAT FEATURE - VERY COLD! OUR ROOM WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF EXCEPT THEY DID NOT REPLACE ALL THE FACECLOTHS AND TOWELS EACH TIME. FOOD WAS PRETTY MUCH WHAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MEXICO - TOUGH STEAKS ETC. BUT THE STAFF WAS GREAT. OUR ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK FOR 3 DAYS.

Riu Palace Peninsula: Amazing

How do I start we’ll arrive at this amazing hotel was so welcoming the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs our week was super fun food wow so delicious we heard a lot of negative before traveling but was all wrong I would return to back to the riu palace peninsula without a question is way over the top we got a upgrade without asking 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

Krystal Cancun: Fair

It was so good so bad, the best things that Italian Restaurant, The main buffet lunch and dinner awful, Japanese restaurant fair, Reception too crowded and there is no space even for standing,room so so, Bars, the best one in a middle of hotel, the worrh one beside the pool,room furnish and dacility little bit old.

Moon Palace Cancun: Not impressed for a 5 star

Resort is great, lots of food options, pools are nice. However rooms are dated and small, no sound proofing, you can clearly hear people walking past at night. I had to complain twice about loud drunk groups of people. I would stay at the Grand Moon palace, a newer hotel, rooms are spacious and modern.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Love this resort

Everything about this resort was excellent, food, staff, beach, entertainment. Love the majestic chain! Staff go out of their way to make you happy. Resort is very well laid out, everything is in walking distance. Will be back for a third time next year!

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Not worth the money

Grounds are nice, the rooms are musty and poor ac, Food is not very good. Italian is ok. The chicken at the steak house could barely be cut with a steak knife. Indian food was good. The Devore in the restaurants seem as if they were very old. Too much add one to be paid for. The alcohol is very cheap. What resort does not have fresh juice? This one. All drinks are packaged juices. Service is very slow. My room overlooked a restaurant and a big wall to my left, so I could not see the pool or ocea [... read more]n. I stayed on the adult scene and was not impressed at all. Can’t get bottled water anywhere, only cups of water unless you go to your room. I have been to many 5 star resorts in Mexico and by far this was the worst I’ve been to. I would compare the food and booze to Cuba. Totally shocked this is a blue diamond and Marriott owned.

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Big big Disappointment!

The grounds were amazing, rooms had a nice layout, the grounds were lit up at night nicely and the beach was very nice but very disappointed in this hotel. For a new hotel everything is looking tired and worn from the pool chairs to the menus. The rooms were damp and smelled damp we had to get a dehumidifier which helped. Couldn't make reservations it was a first come first serve, but when you arrived it was full due to people getting reservations (if you bought a bottle of wine ahead of time). The drinks were all nasty all fake juice mixes, and my biggest disappointment was there was no real juice for breakfast, even the smoothie station had fake juice added as the base. Not enough signs around stating the adult side was off limits to kids as i seen them wondering in and being walked through every day. If you don't care about food, your drinks consist of only beer or wine and your wanting a party in the loud pool everyday then this is the place for you. I have never been to a resort where there was so many extras you had to pay for on top of your all inclusive ticket, believe me this hotel is all about the money and the VIP upgrade which is over priced to justify what you are really getting. If you don't really travel much you would be alright with this hotel, but if you are a seasoned traveler then don't waste your money on this hotel. The grounds are a 5* but the food, drinks, service is definitely a 4 star. I have never left a review before and i travel twice a year to Mexico to 5 star hotels including Hard Rock, Royalton, Moon Palace believe me this is not coming from a picky person. I was not unhappy to leave.... the weather was nice all week thank goodness for that.

Haven Riviera Cancun: beautiful resort

The hotel, public area, rooms, swimming pool, pool bar and room service were excellent. since the rooms are far from the restaurant and other public places they need to have a golf cart to take people who have difficulties walking like in other resorts. we didn't have any difficulties but I saw others that had a problem walking. The food, except the Mexican cuisine the rest was awful.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Fantastic Resort

Very impressed with how clean and well taken care of this resort was. Fantastic restaurants and lovely beach and pool areas. We had a wonderful time and will definitely choose Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres next time we are in cancun!

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Great time for our group

We had a great time, the good variety of food, restaurant food delicious. The daytime pool entertainment and evening central bar was good. A little lack of seating around main stage. Our room location in 13 block was nicely shady all day and the lobby bar there was a great spot for morning coffee and pre dinner cocktails.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Time share trap

Resort is very nice but time share sales are their #1 goal. If you want a vacation not great if you want to buy a time share perfect spot. 10 am bar rules if you are on butler floor shit down 11pm. But no worries Hard Rock Party place next door is happening

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Amazing resort

Amazing place with clean rooms and nice details and finishes. Pleasant atmosphere for day and night times. Would recommend this resort !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Cancun The Urban Oasis: Not Amazing

We would rate Oh Hotel Urban Oasis a 2*. It is promoted as a 4*, which is very deceiving. The place had curb appeal and the lobby was nice, but the rest was a 2*. We have never stayed at a two star, but I believe a 2 would be more accurate. The room is so small, dated and depressing. I had a baby salamander in the shower one morning. The air conditioning was cool enough but noisy. The sheets and towels were stained, and old. Don’t know what is in the pillows, but it felt like they we [... read more]re stuffed with old rags. The free breakfast was terrible. I would not have paid money for it. We paid to eat in the restaurant two dinners, which were only okay. They didn’t have red wine, only white and the wait time was approximately 25 or 30 minutes with only 3 of us in the restaurant. We only stayed two nights out of 7 and spent the rest of the time at the RIU Palace Kulkukan in Hotel zone. The Oh Cancun is downtown in a rough area. The Coffee shop in the Oh Cancun is nice, but the coffee did not taste like coffee - very watered down. The palm trees are lovely out back. The pool is ok - needs repair work and the one ladder is junk. The drinks at the pool bar are sugary and watered down - to be fair, we only had one each and neither of us enjoyed it. Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great resort

The resort was excellent, top to bottom. Safe, secure, clean. Great staff, great food, great location. It was our first time coming into Cancun as we generally go down the Mayan riviera. I was please try surprises . I would highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Oh Cancun The Urban Oasis: Excellent experience!

Great hotel for the price they ask. Attentive staff, clean and cozy. Decent breakfast, including healthy choices. Despite its location, it’s not too far from the beach. Bus stop is couple of steps away from the hotel, and it takes around 10-15 min to get to the beach. We really were happy that we chose this hotel, the only recommendation I would leave is adding the treadmill to the gym’s equipment.
