Golden Nugget: No fuss, no muss, no surprises...
If there was one complaint we had as a group of six, the pool hours; 10am to 10pm... a nice relaxing fresh air oasis that's not open late enough or early enough to fully enjoy. The buffet kicks, don't waste your money on another downtown - a little smokey in the second floor buffet area at busy casino times, but quickly forgotten. Rush Tower windows do not open, Carson Tower's do. A server found me gambling whenever I needed a courage booster and it didn't feel like odds were stacked against me. [... read more]
Flamingo Las Vegas: Fantastic resort!
Hotel was great, very practical, innovative and charming. Great for our girls weekend. Very polite and helpful staff with no issues whatsoever. Comfortable and convenient right on the Las Vegas Strip. Will definitely come back!
Treasure Island: No Complaints!
Rooms were nice. Had rental vehicle and parking was convenient. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Good location on the Strip. Smoking in Casino is annoying but all the Casino's seem to allow it.
The Venetian Resort: best over all
the room is amazing, food ,drinks especially at the casino floor servers are there almost every minute you dont need to wait like in other casino, staff are friendly, i had stayed at different hotels along the vegas strip last year was at wynn and i thought its the best for me, its good thing we decided to try THE VENETIAN checked in at the luxury king suite( its really worth the money) so from now on i will not look for any other hotel to stay in vegas only in the venetian, the thing i dont [... read more]
The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Perfect location
The room was very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful!! It was perfect to use the Deuce and the stops are outside the hotel. The hotel has amazing stores, restaurants and attractions. very pleased
Park MGM Las Vegas: Real Disappointment
Hotel is under construction and that is only the beginning of their issues. Electronic check-in didn't work. Most bars and restaurants are closed during construction. Room temperature control didn't work. Business center lost the package we sent out. Forced to walk through the lobby to reach the casino - when did Vegas hotels try to steer you away from the casino? $40/day resort fee for what; the internet? Even the Starbucks closed early everyday.
Planet Hollywood Resort: Great hotel and great value
Great hotel, for a great value. Planet Hollywood was a great location in the centre of the strip. Shops and restaurants were a great selection. Rooms were very nice and clean. The miracle mall was huge and offered a variety of stores.
The Venetian Resort: un expected fees
hotel was great, trip was great but after paying for the flight and hotel together i didnt realise there was almost $400 in hotel fees to pay for at check in, they should be included in the purchase price so you can budget better and not lose US$400 as soon as your vacation starts , took away from a couple things we had budgeted to do while in vegas
The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Stratosphere
Hotel was good easy to get around and rooms were nice and clean, great blackout curtains for the rough mornings. Nice bathrooms too. Friendly staff! It is a little out of the way (but not as bad as what some people made it seem) so take a bag with a sweater etc for night time to avoid losing time to go back and forth. Although i was skeptical reading reviews about walking to the strip from the hotel IT WAS TOTALLY FINE! Close to bus-stops and a short distance to fremont. My only complaint would [... read more]
The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Good Value for the Money
The renovations are nice, but there is still an "old" feeling to the complex. It's a bit far from the main strip so a taxi ride is needed especially late at night if you head to the main strip. The access to the tower costs, even for guests which is very disappointing. They should give 1 complimentary pass to see the view for hotel guests.
MGM Grand: Vegas trip
The hotel was pretty good, lots of options for entertainment. Only issue was we were on the first floor and there was construction right outside our window until midnight one night. They were good and gave us our resort fees for free. I would stay there again for sure
Golden Nugget: Vegas Baby
Had a great time at the Golden Nugget and Fremont Street. The only issue was at check in. We spent an hour in the lineup only to be told our room wasn’t ready yet. We had a hockey game to attend and had to shower and change on a friends room. We did t get checked into our room until almost midnight. Overall the Golden Nugget was a great experience.
Park MGM Las Vegas: Great location for Hockey game
The new rooms were nice, still needed lots of casino work. But for going to the Knights game it was perfect. Lots of bars and restaurants close to Hotel and rink, pre game was fun. No pool yet but didn't want it.
MGM Grand: Las Vegas is expensive
I only tried one restaurant, Wolfgang Puck, and the meal size salad was over-priced and too small. I wish they had coffee machines in the rooms, because two black Starbucks brewed coffees every morning cost $12 a day!
Circus Circus: Worst resort in Las Vegas
No swimming pool, we had to pay extra for everything, they made us pay $91 for the services we didn’t use at all. We chose it thinking kids friendly, not at all. Worst experience at all. Hotel is very old, everybody is rude! Visited almost every hotel at the strip, way nicer and around same price range! Will never go back to circus circus!
Aria Resort: Amazing resort
It’s a beautiful property with world class restaurants and bars and very spacious casino. Desirable place to stay. Location is very convenient and centrally located. I will definitely come back back here in future. Really enjoyed our stay.
Caesars Palace: Totally awesome
Was an awesome hotel, great service and room was very comfortable. A lot to do on site, great food and restaurants. My wife and I really liked the location and also the mall and stores within the hotel. So enjoyable that we are already planning another trip to same location.
Park MGM Las Vegas: Great stay
Great hotel for the price. Went during winter and the accommodation was great and service too. Did not try food as I think it's a bit overpriced and did not try the pool. Got the strip view as I requested and that was good.
Excalibur: Okay resort
The service and the room were okay. We were not happy with the food choices. Mostly fast food. Dick's was the only one we ate at.We ate most meals at NYNY.We went to Tournament of kings and the food was overcooked. Also our server refused to bring us drinks. Other people had drinks. If there was self serve we were not told. Also one day we were out all day and came back to a dirty room.
MGM Grand: Amazing
This hotel was great!!! We were there over NYE and what a incredible experience. The hotel has everything you could possibly need or want. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. The Starbucks is very convenient with Two locations in the hotel. We ate at Wolf Gang Puck for dinner one night. It never disappoints
