Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: First Trip to Mexico

We stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum. This was our first time in Mexico and our 2nd all inclusive trip ever. We enjoyed the resort. The property is very well maintained and the food is plentiful. Our room was always cleaned and the employees were very courteous and helpful. We would definitely not hesitate to stay at this resort again.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Very large and very clean

Friendly staff, asked for room close to lobby and was given room in Del Mar hotel so had to walk even farther to lobby. Great pools and beach. Average buffet, slow service. Lots of mosquitos. Well kept

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Another perfect vacation

1st time visiting Sian Ka'an but 6th in the row for GB properties. Had a standard room on the top floor with a pool view. We loved everything - the modern room, very friendly staff, good food and amazing beach.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing time

The food was great! The resort was very clean as well as the rooms...the amusement for the kids was great as well....the only thing was there wasn't enough shade and in order to have an umbrella by the pool we needed to wake up at 4am to reserve the spot.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful resort

Honestly very impressed with this resort. Wonderful staff and amazing grounds with all the wildlife everywhere. Loved the beach cove area. We will likely return here with our children! The room was clean and overall met our needs. Lobby also very pretty. Close to Playa which is also convenient.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Wonderful resort!

The grounds are beautiful, and it is a jungle like setting with coatis (little animals) roaming about. Lots of birds and relaxing music playing. The beach is the nicest I've seen and one can relax there all day, as there is a nice breeze off the ocean. You should get up early to get your palapa! The pool area is hot and there is no breeze. Rooms are very nice. We were in the Priviledged section and it is definitely worth it. There are biting bugs in the lobby and theatre areas, so bring bug spray! They seem to like me a lot! Other people not bothered by them. They have a small area with little shops which is nice. You can browse for souvenirs, t-shirts (they are very nice and good quality!) One of the shops sells Modelo beer, if you want some better quality beer than what they serve on tap. There is not a lot of nightlife but we didn't mind, as after a late dinner and walking around a bit, we were tired. There is a disco but not that many attend, I think. People gather in the lobby area mostly and there is music there and sometimes karaoke. The food is good and no reservations are required for dinner, as in some other resorts. The buffet at Tortuga restaurant is great, and is available for lunch. We enjoyed this resort a lot!

Grand Riviera Princess: Super Amazing!!

I just travelled to the Grand Riviera Princess last week (May 21 - 28) with my 31 year old daughter and it was absolutely fabulous!!!! The room was spacious and clean! The washroom was very well set out for the two of us! The meals were all delicious and the variety was great! The specialty restaurants were amazing especially the steak! Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Really beautiful Resort

The hotel is mostly new and the ground maintenance is awesome. Staff is friendly, food is good to great and entertainment is nightly at this resort and at the neighboring resorts. Shuttles all the time to move you from here to there and everywhere. We've been twice, and the things I love the most are the resorts peacefulness and beauty. The rooms can be a little musty, but staff will accommodating room changes.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Holy Heaven

When they say 'Luxury Bahia Principe' they are not lying! Everything was perfect!! We lived by the Infinity Pool all day long; bar service provided by the greatest bar team (Rocio and Isaisis) delicious Corales Buffet directly beside pool, and a beautiful ocean breeze! The alá cartes were really nice, the French was our favorite (dress code in effect). Be sure to book early if u don't want to eat at the buffet all week. Rooms and grounds were spacious and clean. Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Exceeded Expectations

I stayed with my 12 year old daughter from May 18-25 in the Hacienda side (Heaven side is for adults only). I have travelled to about 50 all inclusives in many countries and this was by far the best!!! Service - outstanding! They were always there to help you and there was never a shortage of staff. They continuously asked if you needed anything and if you did ask for something, they wanted to bring you more. Room- although a little small we had everything we needed. Everytime I called they asked me is I wanted desert or fruit. They always made suggestions of extra items every time I called. That was a first for me. Beach - It isn't really a beach, it's a lagoon. Which was better because the waves were very strong. The lagoon had calm and clean water and there was plenty of space. Shows/Entertainment - there is always something going on. We participated in Euro bungee jumping, Foam Party, Water balloon fight, and the games they had going on during the day. We only saw the Micheal Jackson and Fire show which were both great. They had a band every night in the lobby and sports bar right there with a pool table and TV's. Food - Food was really good. We only did the buffet and Mexican (my daughter is picky) but it was awesome. They were replaced items as soon as the tray was half empty. It was all fresh and enjoyable. The had a café in the lobby with another buffet, tasty deserts and fresh made sandwiches and salads. The food there was like being in a café in Paris. Pools - clean and refreshing Free Wifi - no problems through out the entire resort. It was never slow and never had problems connecting As I mentioned the service was unbelievable. They are so friendly and accommodating. The concierge even called me at home the day after I left to thank us for coming. Can you believe that?? I can't. LOL. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!!! Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: The resort was excellent

The resort paid attention to detail. The staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms cleaned and restocked everyday. Beautiful beach pool was kept up. Enough beach chairs for everyone. Excellent overall !!!!

Excellent service, wonderfully friendly. if you're going to do an excursion wait and book it with the agents at the resort - Best Day Travel. they have the best prices. restaurants were wonderful. lots of wildlife on the resort. the grouds were impecable.

We had read many positive reviews about this resort ,also our agent highly recommended it.We were more than pleasantly surprised the Luxury Bahia Principe is by far the nicest resort we have ever been to, we cannot say enough about the staff throughout the resort always smiling and always greeting you with Hola. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Sandles Jamacia

The resort is lovely, not much English with the staff. Did not like the check in, it really should be adressed. The rooms are getting tired needs a good cleaning esp.the bedspreads. Should sell as a very large property, very intimidating for a 1st. Time traveler.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: AMAZING resort!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon May 8-16 and I can't say enough great things about the Bahia Principe in Riviera Maya! The resort is huge, but made easy to get around by the shuttle carts that are constantly going back and forth. The food was top notch and plentiful. For the a la cart restaurants we chose the Mediterranean, the Japanese, and the Brazilian. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful, the rooms were always clean right down to under the bed! The bathroom was great, clean, and restocked with extra fresh towels and toiletries daily. The staff at the resort are incredible at what they do, and they do it all with a smile! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and available to assist you with anything at all times. I found it disappointing how many guests didn't tip for this exceptional service - PLEASE TIP THE STAFF, they more than deserve it!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: You've got to come here!

An amazing resort with top notch amenities. Would recommend to any person(s) looking for a luxurious getaway. Friendly staff and phenomenal experience. May 2016 was my return trip to the luxury Bahia principe sian ka'an, and certainly not the last.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful resort

Resort gave us a free up grade to their Asian Kaan resort that is adults only. With the upgrade we were able to access all 4 resorts which was great. We will Deff recommend these resorts and would go back. We had an amazing time and all the staff was nice and food was great.

Grand Sunset Princess: Wonderful Vacation Spot!

The hotel is very organized. When we arrived, they had a presentation set up along with refreshments. They have a great staff and good customer service. The rooms are nice and clean. Beautiful resort and the restaurants are good, especially the Mexican and Teppanyaki! The food in the buffet is great, lots of selection. Beach is beautiful and clean. Free wifi in the lobby. I had an amazing vacation and would definately go back to this resort.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Good for Weddings

The pools and gardens were well maintained, most of the indoor rooms ; bedrooms, dining rooms etc are in need of fresh decor. I found the noise from the wedding parties at meal times overbearing, in the buffet restraunt, The staff were excellent - from waiters to cleaners- always ready to help, with a smile.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing Resort

This resort is amazing and the people are friendly. Our family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend or add into your bucket list. The Bahia Principe Coba is kids friendly and my younger daughter loves the beach and the pools :)
