Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Right place to go!

Super clean, food great, employees exceptional! This is my second time and will definitely go back next year! I am recommending this to everyone! Shows are exceptional! I think that the workers should be appreciated and given tips to make them proud!

Grand Bavaro Princess: Nice resort

The resort was beautiful and well taken care of. Beautiful beach and the staff clean any seaweed that washes up. The grounds were amazing and the landscape crew work hard! Majority of staff are very nice but limited on speaking English, Platinum staff speak English and was a joy to laugh with them daily, hats off to them they were great (look for Jonathan, Juan and Anna at Platinum lounge, Burgos platinum beach and Evelyn at the main Buffet restaurant). I've only given the resort 3 stars because [... read more] the food was hit and miss (definitely not 5 star quality) and the staff you come in contact with at the restaurants speaks very little English if at all. Made for difficulties when inquiring about the meals.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: A Wonderful Return Trip

Anybody who is not happy here has problems. Lovely grounds, good food, friendly staff, adequate rooms and a pool that swimmers could die for. Fabulous beach for walking. Can be very windy at times but waves are great to watch and play in.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Amazing resort! Top notch!

Our recent stay at the GBPB was incredible. I would go back to this resort specifically, in a minute. Everything was perfect from the service, room (spacious, clean), food was great (I'm vegan and I had lots of options!), the beach (breath taking!), etc. I really have nothing bad to say. Just make sure to book your a la carte restaurants soon as you check in (or you may be eating dinner very late - which may not be an issue),

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Complete

Our honeymoon at the Ambar was great! The staff left no request unanswered. Adults only beach/pool was welcome since our own kids have long moved on. Getting a la carte reservations was a little tough, but the buffet was great on it's own! We plan to consider Grand Bahai as our future brand for resorts.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Wonderful place to chill!!

Had a gloriously relaxing time at the Barcelo Bavaro Princess Deluxe. The pools were large. Lots of chairs with sun or shade around the pool and tons at the beach. People reserved but there were also chairs that could be found and moved. The beach was amazing. You could walk for miles. The water was blue and calm. Food was great. We reserved at the restaurants online and there were no problems. Rib eye steak was delicious at the steakhouse. Loved the guacamole and salsa at the Mexican restaurant [... read more]. We always found delicious food at the buffet. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Service was slow but it didn't bother us because we were on vacation!!! We had a very relaxing chill time and would definitely go back.

Iberostar Waves Punta Cana: Overall great experience

Grounds were very well kept and all staff were courteous and friendly and very concerned with our enjoyment.Rooms were very clean even in the Punta Cana hotel, however we upgraded to the 'grand' and the difference was like night and day.Top notch room and washroom,very new!!Adults only, no kids under 18.valet and room service 24/7. What an absolute treat!!Even with all this good stuff, I found the buffet food to be sub-par.We tried the buffet at the Punta-Cana, the Dominica then the Grand and al [... read more]l were ok but by no means great.I was very disappointed at the Grand especially at the higher priced suites and the food being mediocre to OK at best.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Don't go!!!!

The food on the buffet was the same daily, and never the correct temperature. The majority of the front line staff didn't speak English or even attempt to. The resort is very large and the service is poor possibly because of the size. Beware the sand fleas. The rooms are lovely but the mattress is hard as a rock.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great time!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand bahia principe golden royal! Rooms were very well kept,resort ground kept beautifully. Service was fabulous from all of the staff. Food was not bad. Never felt that any meals we hot. Not even at the a la cartes. In general an amazing large resort!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Awesome experience - resort is beautiful :)

The grounds of this resort are very well maintained and kept fresh by the many, many staff. Rooms are spacious and neat. One downfall, if you use facial cloths, take your own. You will only find towels in the bathroom. The food at the a la carte venues is fantastic. The buffet food provides for a wide variety of tastes. Atmosphere is comfortable. Excursions are very easy to book and pay for with pick up and drop off right in the lobby. A fabulous experience!!!

Vista Sol Punta Cana: Vista Sol Punta Cana was a great resort

No idea why people put negative reviews for this resort. We have stayed at a number of Punta Cana resorts since 2004 and the Vista Sol is just a good if not better than most. Yes the food can be repetitive, but booking the Al-a carts helps break up the food monotony. We upgraded to the Superior Room and it was very modern with all amenities working. The staff were very friendly and most could speak some English. Overall the Vista Sol is a great 4 star resort for couples, families and groups.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Awesome Resort

Out of all the resorts we have been at , which is quite a few , this resort is by far at the top of our list.The people working there were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The rooms were huge and quite comfy. All in all if some one asked us if we would go again it would be a definitely YES.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Great Holiday

My husband and I just came back from a wonderful one week vacation at this resort. It is a huge resort, which is quite spread out, but there is a trolley car that comes around every few minutes so its not really a problem. The grounds are clean and very well kept, same as the beach. The ocean and was warm and the pools were very clean and warm as well. The food choices are excellent, there is something for everyone, including vegetarian and sugar-free options. Our room was clean and comfortable, [... read more] although if I went again I would ask for a room off the main roadway as it was a little noisy at times. We rented Seqways and went on a guided tour of the resort and it was awesome. A great way to see the whole resort and such fun! There is lots to do, lots of activities throughout the day, including a Casino and mini putt, and lots of shopping on site.

Occidental Caribe: Its was ok food not good employees not freindly

Food not the best, long wait at beach bar (15 min), staff not very friendly, had to ask for beverage in buffet, was told could only book resteraunts daily and find out from other travellers they booked in advance. Wont go back or suggest to anyone

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great beach, food, and shows!

This was our first all inclusive. Beach was the best I've seen, but there could have been more chairs. Buffet and restaurants were great. Shows were an unexpected bonus with a different one every night. Room had some issues that required repair, but the resort was quick to fix them. Construction of adjacent resort from balcony was a nuisance, but we spent most of the day away from the room. I would definitely consider visiting in the future or trying another Bahia Principe resort.

Occidental Caribe: Amazing resort

Everything about this resort is incredible. Great staff, the beach was impeccable, the rooms are beautiful, the grounds are imaculate.. there is really nothing to complain about when staying at the Barcelo Punta Cana!

Occidental Caribe: Very nice resort!

Very large resort with 2 huge pools, beautiful beach that you can walk for miles on, excellent service by all staff, rooms are well kept with everything working and clean and most overlook the pool and ocean so view is great. Mixed drinks at the bar are horrible from a machine, they need to improve that, but the beer is good and cold so that works! I would definitely return to this resort!

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Very Nice

Nice Beach, great food and excellent service. Top notch in most ways. Complaints would be time share sales reps posing as concierges at the bottom of the stairs in the hotel buildings, bathrooms small (especially as the rooms are quite large) and low quality all-inclusive wines.

We had a great time the beach is asome the entertainment crew was great lots to eat room was clean shows were all very good wouldn't think twice about going back Air Transat was a great help thanks tripcretral for everything

Grand Bavaro Princess: beautiful resort,very clean

wasn,t happy with the first room we had there was only one queen size bed and l was staying with another girl and we were told there would be two queen size beds in the room and there was only one,l wasn,t sleeping with her for seven days so we went to customer services at the resort and they said they couldn,t do anything for us we told them to get us two queen beds and they said they couldn,t do that, that there was no such thing,so they showed us another villa with two twin beds in it and the [... read more] beds were pushed together which still wasn,t right for we still slept together because the beds were pushed together to make a queen bed even thow we slept in twin beds l wasn,t happy when we where to have a room with two queen beds plus we where to be with the group we went with and weren,t.
