Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing Resort!

Excellent service! Wonderful staff! The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Lots of towels. Room comes with a fridge and a variety of drinks. The food was delicious at the buffet and at the a la carte restaurants. Lots of entertainment and activities. Easy to walk or shuttle to get around the resort. Can't wait to go back again.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: High class resort!

The hotel was immaculate and the grounds were kept so beautiful! The pools are so fun all different and loved the lazy river and swim up bars!!! The food and service was really good and the mixed drinks are so tasty! Went with the family and so much to do every day!

Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun: Amazing Holiday at the Azul Beach

Travelling solo to the Mayan Riviera first time. The resort was truly a 5 star. Up there with Sandals. Lovely staff, great food, right on the beach (not a 15 min. walk like other larger resorts) spa, relaxing lounges/ beds right on the ocean. Clean, modern rooms with fab concierge service. And plenty of excursions to keep me busy. Did I mention the great staff? I am taking my kids back next year!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: A little piece of paradise

Everything was wonderful. Clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone genuinely care to make your vacation as memorable as they can. You can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. I will be going back to this resort.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya

This resort is clean, has great amenities and is a solid 4 star. The rooms are clean and somewhat updated. The food is what you'd expect of a 4 star, with buffets full of choice. The service could have bene better but all in all it was a great trip

Grand Sunset Princess: good resort!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Sunset Princess from April 24 - May 1. I travelled with my boyfriend and our other couple friend. The grounds were kept so clean and they workers were always cleaning up which was nice to see. There were a lot of pools to chose from and you could always find a chair. The rooms were great the only issue we had with our room was that I asked for a king bed and was given two doubles... I'm not a big complainer so we just pushed the two beds together to make a g [... read more]igantic bed. The shower leaked at the bottom as well but nothing towels couldn't fix. Our room had a musty smell but we just dealt with it for the week as we didn't spend that much time in the room anyways. Now onto the beach... why I go on vacation! It was great lots of chairs you could find without an issue. However the water isn't the cleanest as there is a seaweed problem in the Riviera Maya they really do a great job in the early morning hours to clean off the shore line. I strongly recommend booking the a la cartes that your airline provides to you as they're so delicious! The buffet food is good as well and there are a lot of options to chose from and no one should go hungry. We went to the steakhouse, Mexican, and the Sunwing inclusive restaurants and they were nothing short of amazing. Overall this trip was amazing and I will be returning to Mexico in the near future.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing but not for singles

Beautiful hotel and grounds, great people and food. Evening entertainment could be better as there is no dancing outside at all and the few that are in the lobby are geared towards older folks. A lot of weddings and couples. I do not recommend for singles. I encourage management to create some dancing for the 30-40 year olds outside a few times a week. Bars close at 10:30pn accept for the snack bar which has no atmosphere. This is a complex with 4 hotels. Tulum is somewhat more active and has a  [... read more]better bar but overall, by 11pm all is shut down in all the hotels here. Only the village square something open: the tiny disco which is mostly for 20 year olds.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Amazing Resort

All the a la carts were excellent..service at the buffet was great...rooms were impeccable!! I would highly recommend the rooms with the pool outside your balcony. Management was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory with you.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: FABULOUS....this was the most amazing resort

Rooms were clean spacious and provided all the best amenities. Simply need to touch or twig the check in situation. We were told that our rooms would be ready for three, however they were not. What was happening was that people who arrived after our group (we arrived around 10:30 am) about 4:00 pm were getting their rooms as they checked while most of our group did not get in until later after 4:30. Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Nice Resort - Great Staff

After much research, as an experienced traveller, we were pleased that this resort lived up to the good reviews. The spacious rooms were nice and clean and the food was excellent, surpassed only by the superior customer service. The front desk reception were able to move us to another room (small glitch) which was done fast and efficiently - but we were not expecting the complimentary champagne and fruit basket for the inconvenience - what a nice touch! Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: would go again

The service was impeccable, restaurants, buffet were above expectations. Our room was very comfortable. If you needed anything the staff was prompt and genuinely friendly. Room service arrived exactly when they said it would. Pools and beach were well maintained and service was excellent. You wanted for nothing at this resort!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Absolutely amazing vacation!

Couldn't have asked for better for our first all-inclusive vacation. Everything was so well organized for the travel. The resort was wonderful and clean. The staff was so friendly. There was so much to do if you wanted to. We'll definitely be back!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Very good service ,,,

Best holiday of all time . Food was amazing and good value for money overall! You must try the Royalton! Great range of restaurant and room fridge refilled daily. Hotel cleanliness was to the highest standard and hotel staff are friendly .

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing

been there our 5th time and still would go back. Love the enclosed swimming area. The workers were pretty noisy at 5 in the morning while setting up the infinity pool. Alot of workers on their cell phones. The snack bar is not what it use to be and if you leave early in the morning for a flight......continental is at the entertainment stage and not at the snack bar.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: COBA a Good Resort

Front desk staff were polite. Check in process was quick 3-5 minutes. Check out 1-2 minutes. The grounds were well maintained with plenty of flora and fauna. The resort is very family friendly. There is a kids water park, a quiet pool and a main pool were the animation staff conduct various activities and games should you wish to participate. The rooms were a bit dated, however, it was very clean, the bed, pillows were perfect for us, and the shower had good water pressure. The maid service was  [... read more]good. At times she made decorations or animals from the towels which she left on the bed. The mini bar was replenished every day with a few cans of beer and water and soft drinks. The main buffet had a very good variety and selection of food, even the pickiest eater will not go hungry. My wife and I ate at the Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean and Brazilian a la cart restaurants, all good. There isn't a beach at the COBA, however, if you wanted to go to the beach, you would need to take a 3 minute trolley ride which comes every 5 minutes and go to the Tulum part of the resort.The nightly entertainment shows start at 9:00 pm. We enjoyed the Micheal Jackson show and the magic show. They were not Vegas caliber, however, very good. In my opinion, the resort provides good value for your money and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Awesome trip

The hotel was nice but could have been cleaner. We had ongoing issues with our toilet and they did come to fix it but it didn't work. The people were friendly but were hard to understand. The grounds were well kept. There were lots of animals on the grounds. The A La Cartes were great especially the Steak House. We found the buffets were very repetitive and didn't like the fact that they used liquid eggs to make omelettes. Overall it was a great trip and we had a great time!!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Fantastic resort!!!

Beautiful views, friendly staff, fantastic splash and slide area for kids, rooms were well kept and stocked, service was amazing! Excursions and the activities on the resort were great!! We'll definitely be going back:)

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Beautiful spot

Recently went here for a wedding. It was lovely spot and my only complaint would be that the beach is covered in seaweed and ruins that tropical white sand getaway. Food was amazing and most of the frozen drinks were very tasty!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Every thing was perfect.

I loved everything about this resort. It was the perfect vacation. The beach was fantastic, the grounds were spotless, and the food superb. The employees were incredibly friendly. The gym was well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing resort!

Staff take care of your every need. The food was excellent. Ate most of my meals at the buffet because of choice and quality. The resort well maintained. My only issue was at check in. Should have a separate line for people that have done the initial check in but are just waiting for their room to be ready.
