Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Awesome resort!!

We had a great trip to Grand Park in Cozumel, the resort is beautiful, the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly. The la Cartes were excellent, the waiters that work there were hilarious, we found the food was very good, could of been warmer. The bar at the infinity pool was awesome the 2 girls that waitress there were sweet hearts, brought us drinks without waiting or asking, every day we went, they gave us hugs and kissed us on cheek. El Dorado Seaside Suites: Great resort!

The grounds are beautiful, and very well maintained- there is always someone working on keeping it looking good.The rooms are clean and comfortable- there was not any availability of 2 beds in a room, which was difficult for non couples guests. Adding that option might offer more flexibility. The Palms section could use an update - the rooms look a bit dated. Beach is not the best for people that enjoy long walks, as there is a lot of seaweed, despite the hotel's efforts to clean it. We have been to this resort several times , and enjoy it every time . Would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing , peaceful vacation .

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Excelente

Wonderful experience. This hotel gives you access to all their properties. Outstanding pools including wave pool, salt water pool and lazy river. Activities from gyms to spa to pool side to evening presentations were well organized fun and professional. Dance lessons with Sailin were amazing. Food was to die for especially the Italian restaurant.

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Clean accommodations, great staff

My wife and I visited the resort for a week on the last week of February 2019 and loved the resort. The rooms were very clean and through out the resort. The website for the resort stated pants and long sleeves shirt for the A la carte for men. Not the case, shorts, collar shirt and closed toes shoes were required. We found the food and coffee was not hot every time we for breakfast and lunch, it was warm. The coffee shop had very good and hot coffee. A good variety of food and would be excellen [... read more]t if it was hot. Friends of ours had kids and it had a kids sitting area which the parents loved. The other thing is you could walk off the resort onto the street and feel safe in the day time. We took several taxis to downtown Cozumel to the flee markets and found a souvenirs paradise. Allegro Cozumel: A little disappointed.

The hotel was kept very clean. The rooms were very small. The pool and beach were nice, although the smokers used the sand as their ashtray, which I found pretty disgusting. The food was not good at all, it was always cold, even if they just refilled a tray of something, it was cold. The staff was very friendly. They should have more than one person cooking eggs at the breakfast buffet, I felt sorry for the lady that had to cook for so many people, the resort was very full. There was also only 1 [... read more] bartender at the beach/pool bar, there was a line up most of the time. I am sorry to say I would never return to this resort because of the food. It is certainly not a 4*, I would say it is more like a 3-3 1/2*.

Riu Vallarta: Amazing as Expected!

We have done 2 RIU in the past, Aruba & Punta Cana. This one is just as gorgeous if not more. We enjoyed the service, amenities, food, hoisekeeping, etc... Despite the beach was a bit wavy and cold for swimming, we certainly enjoyed the 7 nights there. Hopefully, the upcoming renovation will bring this establishment to a higher level! Keep up the good work!

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Nice resort

Very very clean friendly staff close to all the venues great snack bars and coffee shop and nice pools and sitting areas small beach but very nice and clean walk ways with lots of lightning for nighttime walking la carte meals were great dinning room meals were cold

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Ok, but many complains

We spent 10 days in February. Maintenance of the hotel is poor: rooms smell musty, public washrooms are poorly services; food is ok, but variety could be better. Our whole family (6 people) got sick with some sort of bug. We complained to administration, but got told that there is nothing going around the hotel. However, we undertsand from other guests that many of them got sick with the same symptoms as us. Good shows and entertainment crew is trying their best. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Good and bad features

The positive with this resort are the rooms are clean and the food is great. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were all very good. Our room had water come up through the bathroom floor drain. The staff responded very quickly to resolve it and any other requests. Wi fi service is good. Golf cart train to transport guests around this large property was efficient and always friendly. All staff were always friendly, service was terrific. The beach is not appealing. The seaweed dominates the  [... read more]beach, the water is muddy due to the natural stirring of sand. Yuck! Good luck finding a lounge chair at the pool or beach unless you park your towel or belongings on it by 9am. This practice is so annoying,especially when unoccupied for hours on end. The evening shows are poor and the images constantly projected on the entire stage backdrop may send you into epileptic seizures if prone. The staff member Florida was most annoying immediately upon our arrival. It quickly became evident she was not really interested in providing us with a welcome refreshment, but was selling time shares (choice one).

Emporio Cancun: Great Vacation

We had a great time here. The hotel is very well kept clean. They are always cleaning everything rails grounds even hand picking weeds out of the ground. Loved the food no complaints there just wish there were more alcartes. My favourite breakfast server was Daysi and her husband was awesome as well. Martin was the first smiling face we seen when we got there he is a amazing bellboy. He solved any problems we might of had. Angel was the best beach server ever Cup was never empty. I respect the fact to pertect non smokers but have a spot where you don’t have to walk massive stairs to have a smoke . My husband is a no. Smoker would agree I need a new knee and waiting but the stairs hurt to have a smoke. I no there renovating and there will be more restaurants so that will top the cake. If you don’t like the buffet you can order of the menu. All in all we loved our stay and will definitely go back once they have more restaurants

Plaza Pelicanos Grand: Wonderful resort! Would definitely go back.

We just returned from an amazing week at Pelicanos Grand. So many great things to say about it. Comfy beds, warm pool, amazing Sky-bar lounge, awesome staff, fun swim up bar, drinks we delish, beer was very cold. :) The food was good, but not amazing. A good variety buffet but after a week it all tastes the same to me. The breakfast bar was very good, with eggs made to order. Great omelette selection. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf and Spa: Beautiful location

This hotel was in a beautiful location with a private beach. The grounds were exceptionally groomed. The rooms were basic, nothing luxury about them. The beds were very comfortable and the pillow menu was a nice feature. There was no bath tub and the room was quite small. I was disappointed that the restaurants charged a surchage anywhere from $20-35/ pp. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and the staff was beyond wonderful. Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Loved his place

This is a beautiful resort. Great pools, lovely grounds, super clean rooms and friendly staff. We had no issues with the water served with meals, frozen drinks or fresh fruit and salad bar items. I would highly recommend Iberostar Paraiso to anyone looking to travel to the Mayan Riviera. Also a bonus that it is so close to the airport.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Best Resort I’ve been yet

Everything was great, the service was superb, the people were friendly and attentive, especially in the morning during breakfast always a coffee refill. The trip excursion was amazing, we went to the Selvatica, which my Son and I are thrill seekers, and it was a place to be if you’re not afraid of heights, if you are this is the place to conquer your fear. Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Excellent Resort

We were very happy with this resort. Lots of entertainment and lots of restaurant choices. It was nice to be able to have breakfast and lunch in the restaurants if you didn't feel like the buffet. We loved that on the most part reservations were not required at most of the a la cartes....it was first come first serve and we did not have to wait long at all. They did clean it daily but lots of seaweed was still floating in the water (out of their control). Overall this was a fantastic vacation with great service, food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand Bahia principe

I had a wonderful time at this resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were impeccably kept. Staff was kind, accommodating and had a great sense of humour. It’s a large resort, so if you’re looking for something more boutique it’s not the place for you. But we enjoyed riding the tram to get around and met lots of fun travelers. I would definitely go back. Bang for your buck!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Awesome Resort!!!

Excellent resort overall! The grounds were meticulously maintained. The food was at all of the restaurants was delicious and the drinks were all fantastic too! The staff was all lovely and polite. As well, the entertainment staff were all very busy making sure everyone was having a good time. The man-made beach cove (Arena Beach) was nice to have as the sand was rock free and quite calm. The free lobby WIFI was spotty at best. The only place to find a good cup of coffee was the Nespresso bar which was as extra cost.

Emporio Cancun: Emporio Cancun

The main bartender in the beach bar lies about drinks and tries to sell drink to guests. The room has cockroaches. I booked a room with king size bed. But hotel asked for more money and gave me a room with 2 beds. If I knew this I wouldn't book this hotel. The A/C in the room is very noisy. I would not stay in this hotel next time.

Catalonia Riviera Maya: superb resort ,would not change a thing

everything we wanted was right there hassle free.thank you for recommending.i would highly tell people to check it out,beautifull weather & terrific settings.excellent pools people are very nice ,will recommend to friends.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great family resort!

This resort is huge - lots of great pools and beach areas. Great kids water park. Had a great time and would recommend this resort for a family trip. My son got an ear infection while we were there and they have a 24 hour doctor on site that was very knowledgeable and friendly.
