Dreams Bahia Mita Surf and Spa: Fabulous Resort

Fantastic choices on the buffets, excellent restaurants, and great food all around. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly across the entire resort. We rented one of the private cabanas and enjoyed an incredible day in our own little oasis. We watched the whales offshore all day too. It was apparently their mating season and there so many of them! The rooms were large and very spacious too. Allegro Cozumel: Great time

Hotel was clean all personnel were very friendly and helpful. Beach was nice but lots of seaweed on the shoreline, but the hotel staff did a fairly good job every morning, raking the shoreline. Food was good, they had a different theme each night. Italian, Mayan, Mexican sushi, etc..

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Great Resort

Positives: - Grounds: great set-up, nice environment (vegetation, wildlife, etc.), well kept; - Food: big variety for all tastes and requirements, fresh, clean eating places; - Beach: excellent: sandy, in a little gulf thus protected of big waves and warmer; - Service: Personnel very friendly and helpful. Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Hyatt vivid playa del Carmen

I liked our room, ground floor, garden view. Resort seemed dated . We were at the same resort 15 years ago and loved it. Not much had changed but food was a lot worse. But hyatt food left a lot to be desired. The Mexican restaurant was inedible and the staff did little to fix it. The other restaurants we better, the staff was always helpful and friendly. There was a sewer smell that wafted through the resort most days. I don't think it is a five star at all. Maybe a 4 star. Small point but the [... read more]ir sheets were old and pilled. Really bugged me. The pool area got very loud and drunk by the afternoon. You have to rent the pool side beds for 150.00 usd.i thought that was outrageous!

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Beautiful beach

We loved the resort for the location and the amazing food We had issues with our room but were moved 2nd day I would not recommend this resort if looking for fun or activities or music There no seating or music in front lobby bar No entertainment or music in evenings Families would enjoy for large pool

Allegro Cozumel: Beautiful resort

We found the grounds beautifully kept. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our only beef was trying to get reservations at the specialty restaurants. We arrived Thursday night and went to make reservations the next morning and there was nothing available expect 8:30 at night which is much to late. We were told to come Sunday morning to make reservations. We were first in line and couldn’t get a reservation at the Asian restaurant because there was 12 of us. We could get 6 one n [... read more]ight at 6 o’clock and 6 another night at 8:30!, Needless to say we were very disappointed. As for the other restaurants we found the food very repetitious, pretty much the same stuff every day, especially at lunch! The buffet food was sometimes cold (scrambled eggs for example).Overall it was a very nice resort but they need to do something about their food!

Las Brisas Huatulco: An incredible experience!

We (4 Canadian women in our 60's) were fortunate to spend 10 days at the Las Brisas resort and enjoyed every moment. The staff were kind, friendly & helpful, the grounds and beaches were pristine, the food was delicious. So many activities available. Tennis and pickleball courts, snorkeling at the beach, beautiful pool areas, botanical gardens and walking paths. The resort property covers a large area. Those who don't enjoy walking can call for a shuttle to get around.

Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit: Amazing Resort

This resort is located about 40 mins North of Puerto Vallarta. Nestled in the mountains it has lots of fauna to shade you from the sun. It doesn’t have a beach but does offer a shuttle to the beach where the resort has a section on the beach with a full pavilion and restaurant. The resort never felt busy, lots of pool options to sit by and watch the reptiles climbing trees. Food is very good and staff were extremely friendly. Can’t wait to return to this resort.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Fabulous Resort

I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts over the years, and the Barcelo Maya Tropical was on of the best resorts (if not the best), that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were always kept clean and are all updated, the staff was pleasant and professional and the food was excellent. This resort keeps its grounds IMMACULATE! It was very impressive and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Royalton CHIC Cancun

The hotel's employee are very friendly and warm hearted. The facilities in hotel are also good. The foods are generally good, salad, fruit and seafood in buffet restaurant are very fresh, but lack of varieties.

Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta: Great Beach!

The food and the service for the most part was good, the Room was pretty small and very dated. We came to find out the resort will be closing for some MUCH needed renovations. As I said , the food was quite good and the service was also vert good. Entertainment was top notch, the entertainment team was everywhere and the nightly shows were pretty darn.....entertaining!

Ocean Coral and Turquesa El Beso: Enjoyable Resort

The hotel was well maintained, rooms clean and friendly service. Restaurants: Buffett was great lots of variety, Sensei (Japanese) was great entertaining show and food was delicious, Italian food was ok and service was questionable, Route 66 (dinner) was a mix review, waiter was very nice but forgetting things, my ribs were excellent but my wife's order was not what she wanted but was not told her meal was not available and was substituted. Overall, meals were generally good, service was a hit  [... read more]or miss. Programs that were offered were pretty good, The classes at the El Beso were excellent (shout out to Elizabeth). My wife booked me a massage, the massage was great (thank you to Lisa) , but the Aqua faciality, was mediocre, the hot tub was just warm and half the jets in the pool area didn't work .

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Amazing place

Went to the occidental excaret and had a great experience. Most of the workers were great friendly and a lot of fun. Went with my son and friend and can not say enough about the resort . So much wild life beautiful grounds the resort was massive . Beautiful trails . Its not perfect but for us it was pretty dam close.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Winner

This is a YES, close to everything, beach, buffet, other hotels, casino, boutique. They have the cleanest grounds of all the hotels I’ve been. Beautiful rain forest! The rooms a bit outdated, would need new bathtubs! But will book here again ♥️

El Cid Granada: great location...but

The El Cid Granada, Moro and Castilla are in a great location for getting out and about to explore the area and take in some amazing dining experiences. The buffet and the lobby bar at the Castilla are filthy, to say the least. The tables and placemats are never cleaned after each guest. The dining staff simply take a cloth napkin to "dust off" the tables onto the floor and place new cutlery and napkins onto the filthy placemats. The chairs often had food and spilled liquids to them too.  [... read more] I must mention though that the service was always attentive and courtesy. Our favorite servicer at breakfast was Said. I should also mention that the evening entertainment is located in the same room as the buffet. You can not have a conversation over diner during the show, extremely loud! Service around the Castilla pool and beach were exceptional. The loungers on the beach are very worn and saggy. The ones around the pool are fine. There is NO saving of chairs/loungers, LOVE this policy and it's enforced. The lobby bar service could use some improvement. It wasn't horrible, but could definitely improve. This area was also filthy. The Granada was under renovations when we arrived so we were moved into the Castilla. The rooms were average. Balconies have no table, but we simply moved the table from in the room to the balcony. There is a coffee maker, but no mini fridge. For those that have purchased an all inclusive don't worry about the signs that state that the coffee and bottled water have a cost. When we checked out we had not additional costs for the coffee or the bottle water we consumed. The coffee isn't the greatest, so I'd recommend that you bring some from home. Receiving face clothes and hand towels were a hit or miss, but we made due with what we were given. For those that have never been to Mazatlan you will either love the Marachi bands that stroll up and down the beach or hate them.

TRS Yucatan: Amazing resort!

One week stay here was not enough! Top notch resort. Easy and pleasant check-in, rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Even the bathrooms at the beach or in the resort are spa-like and very clean. Our room was cleaned daily, and always very well done. Food is absolutely delicious. We ate at five different restaurants and loved each one. Our butlers, Eric and Lisandra, were so helpful and pleasant. They took care of the restaurant reservations, and were always quick to respond to any questio [... read more]ns we had. The beach is the tiny negative for me. It’s very narrow and parts are rocky. The TRS beach is a bit of a walk, but the shuttles are a great way to get there. Once there, that section of beach is beautiful (but small) and great food and drinks. The staff is polite and helpful throughout the resort. I can’t recommend it enough. We will be returning for sure!

Barcelo Maya Palace: Beautiful spot

The grounds are gorgeous. The staff was, for the most part, awesome. We had one server at the breakfast buffet that sighed when I asked for a mochaccino. Food, again, for the most part, was awesome. We were disappointed that when we were booking restaurants, the only time available was 8pm but when we walked by at 6:00 the tables were almost empty. The Italian restaurant was the most disappointing of all. The pasta was all clumped together and hard and the sauce tasteless, similar to a chea [... read more]p jarred sauce. The dessert was no better. The brownie was dry and if it weren't for the ice cream would have been totally inedible. The pools are not heated so when the temps were on the cool side, you could not get in the pool as it was freezing. So overall, it was decent. It was our second time going to the barcelo but it will probably be a while before we go back.

Riu Latino: Amazing Resort!

Everything about this resort was great! Service was excellent, we were always greeted with a smile from everyone on staff & our room was cleaned everyday in a timely manner. Food was also very good and fresh in all restaurants including the pool café. Bartenders were quick and efficient! Our only issue (minor) was the lighting of the restaurants and lobby bar at night...way too bright! Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return!
