Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: wonderful experience

It was an amazing experience, its 10/10 , it was super clean from rooms to restaurants and the beach resort furtintures was modern , food was fantastic, staff was polite and attentive, i cant complain. to the management and staff , thank you so much you all did a great job !

Grand Oasis Cancun: Great first resort but..

First time going to an all inclusive. I was looking at the grounds when booking and wanted something big with lots of views and pools. I wanted a party and to have a great time in Cancun. I had a great time, the staff parties and grounds were wonderful but I do not think I’ll be going back here next time due to now knowing what I want when going to an all inclusive. And I got to do just that every day without leaving the resort (it’s huge) but the pools were a big thing for me when booking, I didn’t go into the pool once, so next time that’s one thing that I won’t care about really. Food: gross survived on chips guacamole which wasn’t that that good and fruit from the buffet. If you do go here prebook restaurants the day you get the for every night. It’s ok food and at least gets you through the week Rooms: 2/10 beds horrible, pillows horrible. Shower was good but we had a cockroach in our room we had to kill and it was horrible lol Staff : absolutely wonderful ! Great people. Never had any problems. Felt so safe at the resort. Really overall had a great time. But next time I will be looking at rooms and food as my main points of interests ♥️

Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing!

First of all, we were amazed that such bad reviews were written, but then soon realized that some people just like to complain about every little detail. Everyone has their own opinion. While it does need a little bit of sprucing up here and there (which I believe is about to happen), ie. a pool tile or two missing, it is modern, the food is amazing, the beach is spectacular, the people are undeniably amazing, namely Alex and Esteban by the pool!! They always ensured we had a bucket full of ice water and whatever drinks we needed. I can’t say enough about them. I would say most of the staff are top notch. As for our room, the best views ever. The plunge pool right on our very own private huge balcony, was second to none. The ribbons of turquoise and blues through the ocean, you thought you were seeing things. The barbeque by the pool every day, you can’t beat how amazing that was. The buffet was even great. Kind of crazy long wait for the ala cart restaurants if you go later, but we went early and always got a table. As we were there to chill and relax, so we did exactly that. Karol, our travel agent, we can’t say enough about him and I have already sent people his way. We will definitely be back to NOW EMERALD CANCUN.

Wyndham Grand Cancun: Amazing resort

Very nice resort with amazing food. Resort was clean, beach well maintained. Lobby bar was a little warm but other than that, place is great and we would go back. Service was excellant. Rooms were clean. Construction going on to update but it didn't affect our trip.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Loved it !

We visited this resort last week and just returned two days ago. Absolutely enjoyed out stay. Traveled with a group of 6 adults and 6 kids and had a blast! Food at the buffet and Japanese restaurants were the best. Italian was disappointing but the manager was very apologetic. Service all around and staff are excellent. Housekeeping always did an amazing job. One elevator was occasionally out of service but fixed promptly so that was good. Ian was so friendly and helpful. We also loved chef Mari [... read more]sol. Great pools and the beach is fantastic. Entertainment could have been better though. Other than that , had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend !

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing Resort

The resort was well maintained, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. The resort offered many extras which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We were with our children and grandchildren and the resort was extremely kid friendly

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: A very construction filled stay

The resort was well spread out and tidy. However the entire time we were at your resort the room directly above us and several others were under construction around us. Hammers grinders chisels every single day while my one year old tried to sleep. Water was dripping from the lights in our bathroom due to construction. As well as the room directly beside us had smokers in it. We complained twice and nothing was done. I'd give the resort a 3 out of 5 due to all these issues.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Iberostar meh

I think the resort is OK. not amazing, but also not horrible. The elevators are ALWAYS broken so if you have strollers expect to wait a long time. The service was also not great, they are short staffed and some of the staff were very rude. The rooms are a little outdated, but very clean. They DONT have any COVID protocols AT ALL. So if you are very cautious about this, this is probably not the resort for you. make sure you triple check your restaurant reservations as they will make a mistake an [... read more]d your reservation won’t be saved. The fridge in the room is never really stocked up, and there is no snacks in there. Our card key to get in the room kept getting disactivated and we couldn’t get in the room so we had to go down to reception several times. Our friends front door handle broke, and their balcony door also went off the hinges. I think for the amount of money we spent, we could have gone somewhere else.

NYX Hotel Cancun: Worst experience

When we arrived we were informed that our all inclusive wasn’t actually all inclusive. We could upgrade for an additional 50$ a day per person. The drinks were terrible almost as though significantly watered down. Your not allowed to take food to your room - because that’s not included and they want to charge you more. The food was actually terrible. Don’t stay at this resort. I’m fact avoid cancun is our advice.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Beautiful pools and views

Amazing resort, beautiful views and pools, Room service not good at all, From the day we entered to the resort everyday we had to call for towels, Some days they forgot the cleaning of the room, call to bring coffee and drinking water, The buffet was so crowded, we had to line up sometimes for 1/2 hours, Stood on line for stake house minimum one and half hour and even we couldn’t eat the stake, I think not the right meat for stake, Maybe all of these is because you are ver crowded,  [... read more] Sorry to say: I won’t recommend anyone to stay in your resort, Thank you

Sandos Cancun: Great Resort with som downfalls

We found this resort to well kept and very clean. The staff were outstanding and catered to your every need. The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent but the buffet was well below average. The problem we had was two of our nights were marred by partying, loud music and slamming doors on our floor between 2am and 5am. We tried to contact the front desk several times with no answer. Emporio Cancun: Nice resort

It is a nice hotel, clean and well kept. There are 2 "a la carte" restaurants that require daily booking. The food is good at the whole resort. The beach is nice, however, there is only a small amount of chairs and umbrellas. And there isn't a natural shade to protect you from the hot sun. The beach bar is very good with all sorts of drinks and also offering food being delivered right to your chair which is awesome for those lazy days when you don't even feel like going for lunch :-) The only [... read more] thing we were missing at this hotel was an entertainment. There is nothing happening in the evening/night. It would be nice to have a band or DJ playing in the evening so people can socialize, dance and have some fun. I would recommend this hotel for families with kids that have to go to bed early. It's very quiet there :-)

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: I am not satisfied with this booking

I seeked out an agent to assist with my lass minute booking, I had specifically expressed to the agent that based on my past experience with booking 5 star- I found that it included an older crowd which I did not want. The above mentioned agent said because this is Cancún- people travel all around the world and this won’t be the case, she said people come here to party and 5 star hotel for Cancun consisted of all ages. I felt mislead and felt that I was not advised accordingly and therefore I [... read more] booked a resort that made me feel very unsatisfied.In addition I asked the above agent if this Hard Rock hotel played only “hard rock” music, the agent replied no, they play a mix. Yet another massive complaint I had about this resort. I arrived to resort to find very elderly people and hard rock music almost 24h/d. My whole vacation was ruined, I was so upset that I will never book 5 star and never go to Cancun ever again. I spent so much money for below average food, terrible music and alcohol and paid such a hefty high price to mingle with geriatric populations. I will never book though an agent

Riu Dunamar: Great Beach

The beach was the nicest part of this resort. The entertainment was alright also but nothing special. Beware of the food. The food at this resort is horrible. Being a RIU resort it should have been better but it was really comparable to any resort in Cuba. The hotel is super far from the town. The drive was about 40 minutes. If you want to take a taxi to the main strip it will cost you 60$ us for one way. Do yourself a favour and stay on the hotel strip for an extra $200. Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Excellent for families

After reading some of the reviews before our stay I was a bit nervous! But I was pleasantly surprised! We went with our 3 kids (9,6 and 4) they had the best time. Kids club was 10/10! We loved the A La Cartes. The actives at the main pool were fun during the day for the kids. We enjoyed the waterslides, beach, mini golf, games room, entertainment in the evening was great. I don’t really have any complaints.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Amazing resort!

Absolutely zero complaints about this resort! The food was great,staff was great loved the pools being open 24 hours a day. The only place I saw where there could be some improvement is in their cocktails and if you are a beach person this is not the spot in Mexico to go but no fault of the resort. I would 100% recommend this resort….. can’t wait to go back!

Riu Latino: clean resort with friendly staff

Hotel and grounds were very clean, friendly staff tried very hard to make everyone happy. Food was alright. Trouble keeping up with demand for popular items in buffet. The Steakhouse steak was not up to standard. Very tough and lots of fat. . Resort needs many more washrooms around pool area. A fourth elevator is needed in the wing above restaurants.

Haven Riviera Cancun: The absolute best resort for exceptional service

We opted for serenity club which made this trip extra special - we have been one other time and stayed in a junior suite. The room was spacious and well appointed and the ocean front view was epic. We can't express enough how absolutely AMAZING the service was. This staff goes above and beyond in royal treatment. Our butler was hands down one of the best we have ever encountered and just a wonderful human being who went above and beyond at every turn. The grounds were well kept. The activities were fun and well organized - we were there during Halloween and Dia De Muertos and it was really nice to see the expression of celebration. The evening entertainment was a little lack luster ( that is only because we have seen much better ) but the entertainers gave it their all and we appreciated every moment. Drinks were great. Bars were great. We LOVED this trip - even better than the first time and that was hard to beat.

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Atelier Estudio Hotel in Cancun and Sunwing Airlines

The Atelier hotel delivers on everything promised on its website. Believe the reviews on Trip Advisor. The rooms, the decor in its restaurants and common areas are well appointed. The quality of the food is very good. The beach and pool area are well maintained and staff is plentiful throughout the resort. We are Excellence hotel repeat customers and will consider booking Atelier hotel on our next vacation. With one huge ‘Exception.’ We were warned by others not to fly with Sunwi [... read more]ng. We booked with Sunwing and it is the biggest regret of our vacation. Sunwing did not deliver on the flight there and not on the flight back. Delay after delay on the way there and an overnight stay upon return. It’s always safer to pay a bit more to ensure a pleasant flight to your destination and back.

Moon Palace Cancun: Awesome Stay!

The food at the Al a carte restaurants was amazing. We ate at the buffet once and was ok. The Starbuck-like coffee bar with unlimited gelato, truffles, chocolates, cake, fresh sandwiches, crepes was a favorite for my spouse and son. The resort is huge but we didn't mind walking.
