Excellence Riviera Cancun: amazing vacation!

our vacation was amazing from the time we got to the airport. we purchased option plus and it was fantastic! check in was amazing at both airports. No line ups just so convenient. I will do that again if not business class. the resort is also one of our favorites. We have been there 4 times and love it ! The staff are amazing and so friendly Amabele and Moises and Joseph in the excellence club pool area are the best! They bend over backward for you! Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Very friendly people always ready to help

Food extremely good, plenty of room around the pools, the beach was very nice and clean. The rooms were airconditioned and very comfortable. The wild life was amazing to see around the area. And the staff was the best we ever had.

Catalonia Yucatan: nice resort for familys

very clean,short walking distance to everthing,kids like to run around and you will find theme always,food ok, very clean and the staff is very friendly.beach is small,but nice and clean,good location to go to tulum and playa del carmen

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Good vacation

Beautiful premises, good service. Boardwalk on the beach is a plus. Buildings are a bit dated. Handicapped rooms are not caught up to rising population needs. Food is great especially the fruit. Vegetarians and allergy sufferers have to struggle to find right foods.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Couldn't ask for more!

This was one of the best resorts we have stayed at! The grounds were impeccably manicured and maintained, the pools were clean and abundant, the shuttle to the beach and other areas of the resort were readily available (waits up to 5 minutes max) and the food was great! The buffet selection was impressive, something for everyone! Do not book an ala carte restaurant on a Saturday, this is the day they have their "Grand Buffet" a vast selection including lobster, rib-eye (you can cut with a fork) [... read more], shrimp and much much more! The rooms were nice, the closet space could be a little bigger (guys, leave the closet to the girls, they will use up all the space :) the beds are firm and the air conditioning quiet. Overall, we can't wait to come back!!!

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Great Little Resort

We booked this resort at the last minute, one week before leaving during March Break. This resort may be small is stature, but is big on offerings with customer service that sets the bar for other resorts! The rooms are spacious, very clean with a nicely stocked mini fridge. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening for turn down service. Anything we needed in our room, example hangers or an iron, was delivered to us within 10 minutes. The bathtubs could use [... read more] a little love as the caulking is showing a little age, but everything is clean. Our room overlooked the Dolphin pool. What a beautiful way to wake up each morning, to the sights & sounds of Dolphins playing! The pool is smaller than most resorts, but never really seemed over crowded. You do need to get up early to get a lounger, but this is par for the course at every resort. The Animation Staff are wonderful. Every resort has Animation Staff, however, there is something special about their staff. They seem GENUINELY friendly, they encourage guests to get involved without being pushy. It's just a very friendly environment. There is something happening everyday. From Aqua Arobics at noon, to a friendly game of pool volleyball, to bubble soccer on the beach, beach volleyball, beach Aqua Arobics, and last but not least, an AMAZING bubble party in the pool! I have never experienced so much activity at a resort while still being able to relax. The food is very good. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a Crepe station! So yummy! The a la carte restaurants do not take reservations but instead are on a first come first serve basis. If you do not get there before 6pm, you will have to wait about an hour for a table. The drinks are great, the water served at the restaurants and ice are safe to consume, none of us were sick at all. The resort itself is located inside of a smaller gated community which consists of 3 or 4 resorts, condos, houses, a marina, shops and restaurants. You can take a bike from the resort and ride around. It is very safe and quite lovely. There is a little pressure from sales people at the concierge desk but if you simply say "no thank you", they will leave you alone. Otherwise, you will be stuck in a 4-5 hour sales pitch! Be warned. The Dolphin swim is amazing! We did it on the day we left. What a wonderful way to end our vacation. The price is reasonable, however, the photos are expensive. You can barter down the price a little bit, but not much. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back. If you are looking for a smaller resort, no long lines, no crowding, good food and amazing customer service, this is the place for you.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Great Resort!

In general The food was excellent. Grounds are beautiful and kept clean daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful but very small and far from the beach. Pools and the beach are awesome, would be nice if the pools are heated. Overall all really great resort! I highly recommend it.

El Dorado Royale: Eldorado Royale....An amazing destination resort

Our trip to the Eldorado Royale was amazing, we could not get over how clean and well kept the resort was. The staff were amazing, always ready to assist if needed and always friendly and spoke. Food is excellent. Absolutely not one negative aspect to our trip. We will definitely be back.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Loved It !

This resort did not disappoint. We would go back here in a heartbeat. Quiet, great food ( we never tired of the buffet food!), privedge beach was very good and the swimming area was buffered and calm - the best part!

We found this resort to be very relaxing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the feel of the resort is that you're very close to nature. We enjoyed the quiet feel. This is not a resort for those looking for late night entertainment and partying, but for wonderful peace and quiet. The food was excellent. Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Excellent Adults Only!

We stayed at the Secrets Silversands from March 21st, 2016 until March 28th, 2016. Seven nights nights of an absolutely wonderful stay. First off my wife and I have stayed at in excess of 20 different all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Cuba so do have a comprehensive understanding of what is a good resort and what is not. Every resort has pros and cons with some having more of one or the other but it our opinion this resort is a top line resort. Staff - An excellent overall staff compliment with as a rule he best English skills we have encountered. Restaurants - Eight of them and they were all good, with Chef Denis overseeing every aspect which you can tell ensures consistency and quality. Drinks - What ever you want from Grey Goose to Crown Royal, just ask for it and they will serve it. Rooms - Better then your average resort, but you won't be spending much time in them because there is always activities going on around the resort. Partake if you wish, or don't if you so choose. No pressure from the entertainment staff. Pools - Eight of them from quiet and serene too very active and noisy....you have your pick. Beach - Not the best we have encountered but the staff work tirelessly keeping it clean. During our first few days there we met couples from all over Canada and the U.S. that were back for their seventh or eights trip to the Secrets Silversands. Now we know why, and yes we will be back!

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Amazing Vacation!

Right from arriving through our seven day stay this resort was absolutely amazing! We had stayed at Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana in 2014 so we knew what to except with the "Secrets" brand, but those expectations were greatly exceeded. From the food, to the drinks, to the service everything was incredible. My wife and I have been to about 10 all inclusive resorts together and this is the first one we both agreed we would go back to in the future. Clean, wonderful service, excellent selection of alcoholic beverages Good food, like that we did not have to reserve restaurant seatings nice that they celebrated special occasions, beach had some seaweed but seemed better after a couple of days

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Absolutely loved it!

We went as a group of 4 girls (2 of them had never been to all-inclusive before). It's not your typical resort on a large span of beach but a grand resort that offers a more exotic and environmental experience. Although the resort was at capacity, we never felt crowded and no lineups at restaurants. Very clean and beautiful - looks like it has just been renovated. Friendly staff who recognized us everywhere and great food. Disco can use a real DJ and pools were frequently out of towels. Only 160 [... read more] pesos to taxi to Playa Del Carmen which offered clubs/bars and a beautiful beach! All of had a great time and many memorable moments with too much tequila :)

Food was excellent, wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meats/fish, breads and desserts. Many activities. service was great. Room were clean and spacious. Our server Ivan was always available, he was great!

This resort is mediocre. I was comparable to a resort in Cuba of the same star rating but for more money. I wouldn't return. Postives: - the grounds were kept nicely -Lots of activities including the lazy river (which is unfortunately only 10-15 minutes long and there is such a line up you can't go twice) -nightly shows are fun and they have lots fun entertainment Negatives: - al a carte restaurants were horrible. If you are a foodie of any kind or enjoy good food this resort is not for you. We had to go off resort to enjoy any kind of authentic fresh Mexican food which is a shame. The coffee shop is good if you enjoy real espresso or cappuccino. - rooms were medicore. -room service is only 11-11 and take more than an hour sometimes to get to you. -wifi is $35 a week!!! And you pay extra for a safe - get to the beach or pool extremely early to get a good spot. There are signs saying that people aren't allowed to reserve spots with towels but it's not enforced so if you don't claim a spot before breakfast they are gone. Also around the beach chairs it's kind of dirty with cigarette bugs and spilled drinks. I even saw a used feminine product one time. -There is no such thing as an 'adult only' pool at this resort even though it says there is. So if you'd like a pool bar without children jumping all over the place around you this is not your resort. Pretty much everywhere there are tons of children even at nights in the lobby bar etc.. Definitely go off the resort to Akumal Bay- the snorkelling in this area is great! I was wasn't totally dissatisfied with the resort but I won't go back. Definitely not worth the price tag as I could stay somewhere a lot less expensive for the same experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great resort

Highly recommend. Buffet was awesome, something for everyone. A la carte restaurants are even better. The rooms are nicely kept and modern. Beach and grounds very nice. Stayed for 2 weeks and would do so again.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Good but not great!

Having to pay for a safe and wifi are huge negatives to this resort. Food and drinks were lacking..seemed to be quantity over quality. Beach isn't great, pools were nice, rooms clean, hard workers, mediocre shows.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Incredible!

Now I know what to expect at a five star resort. Absolutely wonderful in every aspect. When we arrived we were greeted with, "welcome to your new home" by every staff member we encountered. Little did we know then of the comfort and service we would experience on our vacation.

El Dorado Seaside Palms: INCREDIBLE and FANTASTIC-BEST EVER PROPERTY

The views from the new buildings #6 and #7 were spectacular overlooking the ocean!! Each room has its own infinity pool.The room itself is largerr than most hotels have.The restaurants on site are all gourmet. We did not have one bad meal at all. The food is exceptional. The grounds are immaculate. The staff is friendly. The different beaches, pools and places to lie around are incredible. The hotel by the Karisma brand is a must to stay at
