It was large place /rooms were nice very clean/bars were well staffed //front deskwere help full / grounds were being cut if u like a good walk //nice beach areas/food staff a real great job food far

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Beautiful place

Loved it but the maids need to have there work checked. I would go back but they need to do there job. Surprise checks on there work. The food was good and the pool and beach amazing. Never restocked bar only 2 sofa left in 1 week. The coffee shop is great. Would l.go back Yes would give it another chance.

Melia Jardines del Rey: very good atmosphere

nice pool area ,ocean shore excellent with beach site dining building,friendly staff great food and overhall beautiful restaurents are amazing ,theater eggcelant ,clean ,gym modern,boutiques abordable

Sirenis Tropical Varadero: Great time!

Hotel was great! Wonderful staff and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.. not to mention the private beach was a total plus! Lots of variety when it comes to food/ cocktails/ desserts.. the swim up bar was also a hit with us!

Club Kawama: Absolutely terrible except the beach

The rooms were very run down and not cleaned. Our last day we looked under the bed to make sure we didn’t miss any of our stuff and found a flip flop from a previous guest so obviously it’s never cleaned under the beds. The food was terrible with almost no selection staff with the exception of a few people were rude and uncaring. The hotel ran out of water and told us we had to go down the street to buy it at the store. Had to eat out every night. The pool was clean but no swim up bar. Grand Memories Santa Maria: Grand Sickness in Cuba

It's difficult to have a Fun Vacation when it becomes a Sick Vacation! My wife and I , and possibly 40 percent of the remaining guests were violently ill and spent two and a half days in the loo.The causes after discussions with other sick guests were many: tainted food,contaminated ice at the bars,contaminated glasses,improperly and unhygienic public bathrooms,questionable water etc. etc.

Melia Habana: Fabulous hotel & located on the water

Very elegant hotel, superbly maintained, with a great pool, fitness centre, bar, restaurant and cigar store. The staff were very enthusiastic and gifted in serving our needs such as making reservations at restaurants in Havana and arranging excursions.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Very nice with beautiful landscape

Was never mention about the drinks for diamond club members Bathroom were clean Buffet was good But was not impressed waiting till 4.00pm for our room when we had diamond club The people were very nice and pleasant

Comodoro: Great hotel

Bungalows are amazing. Grounds are kept clean and the staff are super helpfull and happy. Hotel is going through an upgrade along with the rooms and grounds. Alot of money is being spent on improving this hotel. The wifi is great and strong

Club Kawama: awful

old rundown hotel, dirty rooms, awful food...thank goodness for the beach. can literally not say one good thing about this resort. although the odd day when they put out the stale crackers and pickles for snacks was at least edible. avoid!

Club Kawama: skip this resort

rooms are old, outdated, and mildly gross (bloody towels) all the safes are broken and they will make you pay for them upon check in, even though the reception already knows they’re broken. be prepared to be ripped off as well...as each front desk lady makes up a different price for the safe...i “lost” $20 Canadian that day! the buffet food is evil...out of our group of 23 almost everyone was “busy in the bathroom” for most of the trip. also the resort will “run out of water” [... read more] regularly and than change the rules on how to get your hands on water each morning. overall - save your money, and your stomach ...just not worth it!

Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: Enjoyable trip

The beach is very nice for walking. The grounds were well kept. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very nice and my room was very clean. The food was a little over cooked but we always found plenty of food we liked. We enjoyed all the water sports.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Very nice resort

The grounds and the beach were very well kept and clean. The hotel people were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Cuba, it was very confusing which bus we were to take to the resort as the Sunwing representative did not greet us. We ended up taking a taxi to the resort. The lakefront room had a great view and the noise from the other rooms was minimal. I was a little surprised that there wasn't any face clothes or facial tissue in the room. We were a little unclear what we were entitled with the "Diamond" privileges. Overall, we would return to this resort again. Thank you

Melia Cayo Coco: Amazing getaway

Melia Cayo Coco is a beautiful resort. The grounds are always immaculately kept. The rooms have all the amenities you need, they are clean and well maintained through your stay. The buffet always has something for everyone The restaurants were incredible (I’m vegan) They made special meals for me on the nights I visited. The beach is spectacular, my favourite place. Club Kawama: Disappointed

When travelling to Cuba everyone expects the food to be horrible which was true at this resort but it was so bad to the point we had to eat out every meal. Spend the extra $500 for a nicer hotel because you'll spend that on eating out anyways. They also ran out of bottled water and had guests going back and forth between the front desk and different bars telling us the other person had the water. There was an altercation with another guests and the hotel did nothing to resolve the issue. This was supposed to be a vacation but it felt like an epsiode of Survivor.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Beautiful resort!

Wonderful clean newer resort No beach area- but beaches 5 minute walk to the right or left Friendly staff Great games and entertainment Adult only so peaceful Poutine- fantastic! Lots of seating inside and out to sit and relax. Great mojitos!

Los Delfines: Comfortable Resort

The resort was clean,comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accomadating.Beach was clean. Food acceptable. Entertainment staff were outstanding. Pool area clean. Bar staff were excellent. Over all i would go back to this resort

Iberostar Selection Holguin: Good Resort

The hotel was very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. The food was ok but the buffet had a variety of foods but similar variety every night. The food was not hot. The a la carts were good especially the Japanese and the Mediterranean.

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: Beautiful Beach🏝

The beach was beautiful, surrounded by royal palms and lush foliage. Lots of lounges and coverage from the sun. The pools were clean and the staff always attentive. The rooms were a bit dated and new pillows are needed. There were options for food, all three of the restaurants were pleasant and the buffet had something for everyone. The 24 hour snack bar had a nice outside patio and the entertainment was fun!

Playa Vista Azul: Amazing resort!!

The hotel is very big, and has lots of viewing space, for example lots of room for walking and many pools and bungalows. The service at the hotel and at the beach is amazing!! The food is very delicious! All staff members are nice and friendly! The entertainment everyday is very enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel to choose when visiting cuba!!
