Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Beautiful resort

This was our 4th trip to Grand Palladium. The resort is very well maintained and the staff are excellent. My one peeve would be the guests that feed the animals and encourage them to be in public areas.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great place

It super clean .. well layer out .. amazing beach .. lots of help everywheres .. food was fantastic .. great for couples or family get aways .. lots to do for young and old .. I'didn't have no problem going back .... A1.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great resort

Lovely modern rooms and staff fairly accomodating regarding special requests. Amazing food with plenty of availability day and night. We found the staff at the pool restaurant somewhat rude however that was only 2 of many staff! The grounds are well maintained. It's a quaint atmosphere and if you are there for "the party", its only a short shuttle to the ocean front resorts. It was disappointing to see a hotel of this stature having "the towel game" played in order to gain a pool side seat! Many [... read more] chairs sat for hours unoccupied. Bad on the guests but would be nice to see the hotel correct this! This is one of the few resorts we would consider revisiting over our years of travels!

Catalonia Royal Tulum: Nice quiet resort

We had the honeymoon suite, which was very quaint and well kept. There were lots of dining options and we enjoyed not having book meals days in advance. Wait staff were on the ball and very friendly. Night time entertainment was always something different which kept things interesting. We loved all of the wildlife on the resort and the beautiful jungle path up the middle of the resort made for a great walk to the beach each day.

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel: Paradise

This is paradise. If you really want to relax, this is the place. The Ambar restaurant should command Michelin Star ratings. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. I recommend the Palafitos suites; with the private rooftop terrasse. 5 Stars+

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: First time out of Canada! AMAZING place

This place was incredible and mind blowing . The good was perfect . And the employees were the most amazing people I have ever met!!! The things they have for kids to do everyday was so sweet and the booze bars were just amazing! Highly recommend

Selection Riviera Cancun: Beautiful resort, great fun for families!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and just as pictured online. The resort grounds are lovely and there was never any trouble getting chairs at the many pools. Food was the best I've had in my many trips to Mexico.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Breathtaking Resort

Upon arrival this resort is absolutely breathtaking. We could not comment enough how well maintained and expertly run this resort is from everything from the groundskeepers to the restaurant staff and management to housekeeping. Everyone we came across was always professional, pleasant and went above and beyond to acknowledge us whether it was a good morning or just a simple beautiful smile. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Resort!

Beautiful resort. Food was great, both at buffet and restaurants.Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Excursions were well planned. Would definitely return to coba, or one of the sister resorts that we also visited.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Would go back in a minute!

Lovely resort, beautifully groomed, seems liked its own oasis but then just outside lots of opportunity for adventure in Playa del Carmen. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Rooms big and comfortable. Lots of chairs available around pool and beach but I found the main pool busy. The beach was beautiful but the ocean was rough when I was there (March) so swimming/water sports were limited.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Gorgeous, clean, and friendly

Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Food was great. Shuttle was convenient. Nothing unexpected. Excursion options were great. Animals and climate was great. Although, akumal seems better suited towards couples. If you are single you should stay at tulum or closer to playa del Carmen.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Best kept secret of the Mayan Riviera

My spouse & I stayed at this resort from March 5 to 12, 2016with my brother and his spouse. The four of us were very satisfied with our stay at the Akumal Bay. The rooms were very clean & spacious, the grounds well kept, and most of all we were very close to the beach. The staff were exceellent, and vere very impressed by the quality of the food at the buffet and the four a la carte venues.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Amazing resort

From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. Staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Beach , pools, restaurants and grounds were truly outstanding. Sergio and Johnny were the best bartenders!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Terrific vacation

Hotel was amazing. No need to go off resort. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and grounds kept immaculate. Food was great. No restrictions on a la carte restaurants which was very nice. Beach was wonderful with lots of lounge chairs.

Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: My Trip review

The resort was very beautiful lust vegetation the rooms were very neat and spacious. But the food was a lot the same there wasn't any al cart meal like the other resort we visited last year and really no on resort bars to have a drink with people you were hanging out with. Things closed down fairly early and not really any entertainment or show in the evening to go and watch.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Beautiful

The resort is beautiful. The service is amazing. The Splash pad is wonderful if you are travelling with kids. Staff is very attentive. Location is remote. Taxi into Cancun is expensive. Will definitley return.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Best beach

This review is mixed. Best beach ever - and this is our 2nd trip for that reason alone. The drinks are good, the place is well maintained, but we did have bed bugs - so we had to switch rooms after 2 nights of being bitten (and convincing one of the managers using pictures we took of the bugs on our cell phones that these were not mosquito bites). There is always enough staff and the drinks are reasonable. They have GOOD LOCAL COFFEE and this is a big plus for a cappuccino drinker like myself. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Really Nice Resort!!!

I tried to give 4 1/2 stars, would not let me. So let's pretend it did. The Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda resort was beautiful! This hotel deserves better than Good, however, not quite Excellent! Our service was Excellent! There was nothing bad to say of our room as we were very comfortable! I just feel it was not quite Excellent, that is why 4 1/2 stars. The separ [... read more]ation between the front of the resort and the beach area was strange, however, the journey there was gorgeous for walking/ridging and the buses the resort provided for your convenience were very handy and available. The swing-seat bar was unique to us and fun! All in all, this was Really Nice!!! Watch out for the "sharks" (not real sharks) that are trying to offer CircleOne, "not a timeshare" - so they say. We were on a much needed vacation and not interested in any meetings or offers. If your food is cold at the Mexican restaurant, do not eat it - let your waiter know. Also, taxis are cheaper if you walk to the main road, just remember you do so at your own risk. It went well for us.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Amazing resort

We have traveled a lot in the past and have gone to Mexico over 10 times. Mexico is always our destination of choice. This was our second time at this resort. The landscape at this resort is incredible. There was a lot of walking but how can you complain when you are walking in such beautiful scenery. We will more then likely return to this resort in the next couple of years with our family. This is an amazing place for families with children of all ages. Grand Sunset Princess: Lovely Resort if you stay in Platinum or Villas

It was loud in the regular section, but more peaceful and relaxing in the Platinum section. Spend the extra $ as it's worth everything you get, including better location for your room, private beach and pool area, concierge service, etc.
