Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Trip

Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff. We were traveling with a child with a food allergy and they were great. We were given a card at check in to show the wait staff so they understood the allergy. The chef met us at each restaurant to go over the menu or buffet. We were able to make reservations for the whole week for the A LA carte restaurants. The POP crew made sure everyone was having a great time.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Substandard Resort

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is an hour from PV, has a very small beach area, there is no place that you can walk to, the food in some of the restaurants was horrible, and most of all we found out we were ripped off on the price, us paying $977.00 each and others $849.00 and others as low as $749.00 each.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: very nice last minute vacation

The grounds were lovely and though there were a lot of stairs it was easy to get around. The resort is very compact. Nice beach. The room was just fine, though the balcony is very small. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was fine as well. Food in the buffet was exactly the same every day t every meal - quite different from other resorts. The a la carte restaurants were hit and miss with Bambu and the mexican restaurant being wonderful and Ribs and more and the Portfino being quite poor ( cold foo [... read more]d, not properly prepared). The birds in the snack bar/open side of the buffet are quite off putting as you watch them peck at unattended food and leave their droppings all over. That all being said, the staff were all amazing! Wonderful service and exceptional staff.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: My stay at The Palladium

Most excellent was the stay, the grounds, the people, the beaches and the accommodation, however the buffet was inconsistently good, the theatre entertainment could be better. The shuttle around the grounds was a nice touch.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: i enjoyed my stay the resort was breath taking

The hotel staff and resort were wonderful the weather was a little off because of rain but other than that it was a great experience.My flight was probably the two most stress free flights I ever had I commend West Jet for adding to a wonderful vacation.

TRS Turquesa: Amazing first vacation!

It was beautiful, the staff were amazing (casino being our favourite!), the meals from buffet or reserved were delicious. It was an amazing first experience. We will definitely be back sometime in the near future.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Absolutely amazing resort

To start off I travel about 4-5 resorts a year and never the same one twice, but let me say we've already booked our second trip to the Grand Palladium for October of this year. Service was exceptional. They were so accommodating. We even go upgraded to the Lady Hamilton side at no cost. The staff was respectful and very informative. The food was unreal! Our rooms were outstanding. Very clean! Tameka, our in house cleaning lady was the friendliest individual by a far. We've already recommended this resort to friends who arrive in 6 days :)

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Great beach, okay food/service

We travelled to the Palladium Punta Cana the week of May17. Overall it was a good experience- the buffets were typical mass produced buffet breakfasts but we really enjoyed the fresh shakes and the crepe/waffle/pancake station. We never used the omelette station because we don't eat meat and there wasn't really a veggie pan and meat pan but those who did seemed to really enjoy it. We tried the Japanese and Brazilian and all the buffets- all were okay- you can always find something you like. We LOVED the Tapas and Mexican on the Bavaro side. We also showed up around 7 and could get seated right away on the three nights we went. We noticed long line when we were leaving though. There are so many bars throughout we didn't get a chance to visit them all but they all looked really great. We recommend taking the train around the resort on the first day- it will show you all the resort has to offer. Our biggest complaint was that no one introduces you to anything about the resort. You are given a map, taken to your room and you just have to figure the rest out for yourself. For example there is a huge sports area where you can rent bikes, play tennis or soccer/football, or even archery! Also, we really didn't enjoy the nightly entertainment. Overall we didn't get worked up about the little things, we locked up our stuff (twice saw ppl writing reports about their rooms being broken in to), and tried to soak up the sun as much as possible.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Ok Resort

The resort is very big, grounds are beautiful. The reservation process for restaurants is done very differently at this resort(not convenient). The food was very good, drinks are good however certain kinds of drinks served at particular bars :(. The pool could of been cleaner. The service during Buffett meals was poor.(looking for utensils, dishes and asking for water two or three times.) This was my third trip to Punta Cana and ninth all inclusive. Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Beautiful Resort on a Beautiful Beach.

Beautiful resort with with friendly staff. Loved everything about this resort. The grounds where beautiful, the beach, and the food was good. The staff at this resort really care to make your stay memorable.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Excellent without being over the top

Attractive and well kept grounds, food usually very good, pools were really good. Lots of cover from the sun was available. Overall really good for a family vacation, for couples or just a quick getaway

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Beautiful beach

The renovated room that we stayed in May of been partly renovated. The shower was awful. I am pretty sure there was mold or mildew on the tiles of the shower. because of all the black splotches. The line ups at the a la carte restaurants were beyond ridiculous. No reservations accepted at most, so a one to two hour wait was typical. The staff were not that friendly for the most part. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Will go there again. May 2016

Beautiful hotel, very grand layout and largest I've been to. Food could be more authentic Jamaican, but that is the least. Room was beautiful, and lots of fun activities to do. Did not have to leave the resort.

The Hotel was huge and was a walk but amazing, the Pool was to die for the biggest one that I have even seen or been into...and that made it even more enjoyable to be into has if there was a lot rowdy people in the pool with it being so big there was always other areas to move to so that made it more enjoyable

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Faboulas hotelvacation

I can't think of a single bad thing about this resort. Nice rooms, beautifully kept grounds , clean, delicious food, friendly staff, great bartenders, nice beach. Lots of activities to keep you busy, as well as quiet areas if you would like!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Average resort

Service is awful, my TV did not work properly for ~4 days, a phone did not work at all for almost 29 hours. I asked more that 8 times practically everybody at the reception to fix it. Nothing was done. It looks like nobody is interested at helping us, customers. We already paid for the vacation and that's it. Food was below average. Tables, dishes, forks, spoons were often dirty...

I can't really say one bad thing about the resort, rooms were beautiful always cleaned every day the grounds were well kept food was good people were friendly overall great experience the beach was amazing I could have done without the people bugging to buy stuff and excerssions on beach but I know that's how they make s living

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Palladium Vallarta

Highest caliber food we have ever experienced at a resort. Mexican food 5* and Mexican beef especially prime rib WOW. Pools in excellent shape. Small thing Beach needs a tractor to remove sea weed volume. Staff is 6*. Grounds are stunning! Love the Eco resort style and the resorts botanical garden paths and the animal rehabilitative zoo. Saw a beach wedding reception WOW!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Beautiful Resort Poor Service

Resort and emenities are beautiful. Long wait times for dinner. Unable to get seated in tapanyaki? Good service seemed to depend on what colour of bracelet you are wearing. Bar staff were excellent. Very pushy to sign you up for their presentation on signing up with Palladium Hotels vacations. Overall very disappointed on the restaurant service.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing overall resort!

This resort has it all, wonderful people so friendly. As well great food with many different restaurant choices.Fabulous surroundings with spacious/beautiful rooms. You can pamper youself in many different ways at this resort. Would go back in a heartbeat. Loved it!!
