We had a great time ! The food , service , entertainment second to none ..The beach was amazing and clean . Favorite al la carts - Don Pablo,Mikado,and Ridizio You cant go wrong dinning at either of these ! Cant forget to thank DanielleS for booking and answering all our questions about this trip

Occidental Punta Cana: Really nice resort

Very clean resort, rooms, grounds and pool areas. Beach nice too. Food good in general, Mexican and Oriental was our favs. Buffets were OK. Drink was disappointing as they show they have International drinks but when you ask they give you domestic crap. Staff were very friendly, apart from the drinks it was a joy-able trip and would return if the price was right.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: Dreams Dominicus LaRomana

Beautiful resort! Food is good and lots to choose from. The drive from Punta Cana was great in a van with just my husband and myself. Highway drive so the hour goes quickly. The resort is new so the employees are still getting themselves settled in. They try hard and work hard. We had no problems. We were Preferred Club and were upgraded to a suite in Bldg 65. It was centrally located and perfect for us. I will definitely return!

Sunscape Bavaro Beach: Amazing resort

It was perfect. We would not have changed a thing. Great food, great service, friendly staff. The grounds were meticulous. Loved not wearing a bracelet and unlimited a la carte. Our ocean view room was fabulous!!

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar: Beautiful resort

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Awesome resort

Excellent vacation, beautiful resort, clean and well maintained. Only issue I had was the sand fleas on the beach and had allergic reactions to the bites but that is part of nature, I certainly did not allow it to ruin my vacation however advise folks that you need to bring Benadryl in the event of allergies and any other meds or extra suntan lotion as they are very expensive to buy here...for example two packages of halls were $28 US! Would definitely go back again

Occidental Caribe: Nice resort

Building/rooms are dated and could use some renovation. Grounds are nice and well kept. Beautiful beach and pools, however not enough huts to provide shade. Food was surprisingly good for DR. Service was good but nothing special. Housekeeping was good, clean towels, etc. daily.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Family friendly

This resort was absolutely Stunning . Everything was clean tidy and maintained . grounds were very well kept as well as pool area .food was great all the way around . And staff went above and beyond .

Riu Merengue: hotel bad and good

hotel ok after complaining about room with mold 30 year old t.v. phone didn't work half comp bar the smell of bleach and mold yellow bed sheets allacart host was impolite the food no appetizer no cocktails no wine with dinner the steak was 3ouches 8th of a inch thick fries cold had to go to other bar to get a drink waitress was good but had follow host direction flight was delay 3 time had to move to three different gates lost whole day traveling suppose to depart 6:20 am departed 1:20 made it [... read more] first room 8:00pm made it to second room 8:45pm the question on next line recommending hotel only after I tell them what question ask so they don't try to put them in bad room don't do the allacart almost all staff very nice and polite. question at bottom about food was good the second was good service from most was very good

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Beautiful Resort

I tend to do a lot of research before booking, as we go for two weeks. I was very pleased to discover this resort was amazingly clean, with one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Room was spacious, nicely designed and beautiful oceanfront view - very quite over the spa area. The food was excellent, including the a la carte restaurants. However, we found the buffet to match these high standards, and it was varied throughout the two weeks (not repeated one week to the next). I was concerned about being bored since we didn't plan any excursions, but the resort was so 5 star that reading and playing in the ocean every day and nice dining was enough. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy meeting people. I would actually consider returning here, even though we always go to different places. It was definitely nice enough to happily look forward to another trip here in the future. As others mentioned the staff are wonderful, sincere and helpful.

Very nice grounds with plenty of Palm trees and places to eat. I would avoid rooms in unit 3 they are exposed to noises from the buffet during the night. Very nice roomy wide beach. Family friendly resort.

Occidental Caribe: Amazing resort!

Although it is a 25 year old resort, it is well kept and comfortable with updated rooms. It's grand with plenty of vegetation all around. The beach is huge and beautiful. Too bad the waves were rough most of the time. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Great Vacation

One of the most beautiful resorts we have ever visited. Everything was perfect. We requested and received the building and the ground floor room we asked for. Our room, restaurants and bars were all very impressive. Would go back to this resort tomorrow, without question.

The Level at Melia Caribe: Amazing resort!

We were extremely happy with the Melia Caribe Tropical resort. The food was top-notch, the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. We played golf at the beautiful Cocotal course as well. Nothing negative to say about our stay!

Ocean Blue and Sand: Not up to task

While nice facility. There needs to be a shift in staff organization for service and communication. There were issues with phone, toilet , door lock. Not unusual things to happen BUT staff did not react to correct. Took days for phone fix. And hours for other fixes. Didn’t answer the extensions they gave us even when I used my cell to call hotel

My sister and I have travelled to several Caribbean destinations, 10 of them so far...and more to come... but I have to say that this place was one on top of our list. Everything was just amazing. Small resort which we like...food was amazing...drinks were great and they had a different theme drink every day which was great to experience. One out of two downfalls I have to admit is the entertainment was not the greatest but again the shows that we did see were ok...just ok. The other downfall was the excursion to the Natural Forest, I think that's what is was called......not worth the $95.00 that we spent each, YES EACH...US DOLLARS. It was worth maybe $65.00 or less but not $95.00. The staff was great but not over friendly which I think we missed alot because all the other resorts that we have been to, we made personal connections to several staff members but not really there. I don't know if they have been told not to get too close but the staff members that we did get close to were just amazing. The A la Carte restaurants, the buffet were just all amazing. We took a taxi to the town of Samana and we had a tour guide....Miguel who was just super. He took us to places that no other person would and it was just breathtaking. If you can find him...go for it, it was worth it all. I surely would recommend this resort to anyone.....a 100%

Secrets Royal Beach: Perfect place to get away!!

Beautiful resort and beach. Food was good, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Main complaint is too many vendors coming up to you while on the beach (in the resort section).

Beautiful gardens.The room was spacious and clean,they made sure the fridge was full.The restaurants were perfect and the servers very friendly and polite.I enyoyed my stay very much.The only thing I did not like ways the Air Transat rep.he was not the most friendly.I could not understand him very well.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Immaculately clean

This resort was beautiful and immaculate! Well staffed with great people. I loved the ease of using their app and they were prompt in all they delivered with their service. Free WiFi worked great throughout most of the resort. Pools were well kept. Plenty of Lounge chairs. Don Pablo a la carte was absolutely wonderful. Drinks were not the best as they were made inconsistently without proper measuring and overly sweet syrups are just not my taste. If you are going to enjoy the beach and a [... read more] swim in the ocean, this place is not for you. The water is murky due to a river close by that flows into the ocean. Although there were no people selling things on the beach, there were sand fleas! Overall it was an enjoyable stay with comfy beds, soft sheets, nice pillows and plenty of options. We even had essential oils to choose for our room daily, that were brought by our butler upon request. Nice quiet relaxing resort.
