Crown Paradise Club: Nice resort

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the buffet was good. Overall a nice hotel. The Club side is kid friendly and the Golden side is for adults. Just be sure to book the proper hotel for your stay.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great resort

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Offered me a free upgrade when I arrived and it was a amazing room. Ginormous jetted tub, cleaning staff Carmen left me these beautiful towel art pieces on the edge of my tub each day. She put rose pedals all around the tub, flower arrangements out each day. These all made me feel like royalty. I would recommend this hotel chain to everyone.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Fantastic resort!

We had a wonderful time. The resort is clean, staff is friendly and the food was excellent! We can not think of one thing to improve. The only complaint we have is that 10 days was not enough. We will definitely go again to this resort.

Crown Paradise Club: Relaxing and peaceful

This hotel was clean family friendly with delicious food. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing whether you were beside one of the many pools or lounging at the ocean. Minutes to either the Marina or the Malacone.

Crown Paradise Club: Budget Resort

Food at the resort was awful, ending up leaving the resort to eat or ordered in. Shower roof in room was moldy & dripping, no one came when we called. Very little night life at the resort. Staff nice.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great family resort

This was our second stay at the resort. It may not be 5 star gorgeous, but we found the resort clean, the food great and the pools and beach amazing. Everyone at the resort works very hard and aims to please their guests. We may not be heading back for a 3rd time, unless the price is right again. Super close to airport and close to the sights of cancun shopping and excursions.

Crown Paradise Club: Perfect Resort for kids!

We took our boys ages 5&3 to this perfect resort for kids and they loved it! While the rooms are very dated and simple everything is clean. The beds were terrible!! The a la carts are amazing and are a must! The ocean is very rough and kids cannot go in alone so we mostly played at the pool and water park.

Crown Paradise Golden: GOLDEN CROWN PARADISE

Good things: sun, beach, warm weather, staff was awesome Negative: seemed to be a party resort with too many young adults that took over the pool and hot tube. Daily there was beer pong and one day they were all twerking around the pool. I am not prude but this is not what I signed up for. Crown Paradise Golden: Wonderful time and great staff

What to say: Hotel was quaint, well maintained with great staff. Rooms are all well located to view the ocean ( partial of full). Try to get 3rd floor +. Food: Was worried about past reviews, however, food selection was good. Beach: Nice beach, took long walks and sellers were fun to talk to. Surroundings: Walking distance to mall, walmart and some good rests ( not expensive). We walked a few times to downtown ( 1hr) or 10 minutes taxi. Marina near by and every morning cruise ships arrive, nice to see.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great view BAD FOOD

Room was updated and quite nice. Beds were new. Fridge and AC actually worked. Staff was great. Views were breathtaking. Pools and surrounding area needed to be cleaned more than once a week! With how nice this place was it's a shame how crazy the food actually was. Hard to believe but it was a minus 10 in comparison to Cuba. Not a joke at all. I'm not a picky eater at all but ended up living on break fries and cereal for 10 days.

I liked it , great place and service I found was great, maybe lobby bar could be a little more inviting or happier but other then that I loved it . Great for kids and I didn’t have any , but the beach bar was amazing and service in the beach was better then any I have been at .

Crown Paradise Club: Okay resort

The hotel was older then I expected, although SunWing staff were excellent the hotels staff except cleaning staff were very slow, sometimes rude and more into what’s going on around them then taking care of guest. Buffet was boring and tasteless I never heard of meat stew before or meat in pink sauce.

Crown Paradise Golden: This resort blew us away!

This resort was above and beyond what we could’ve asked for! The grounds were tidy, clean and very well kept. The food was outstanding in every aspect and the alacarts were to die for! The beach was clean, the waves were great and we were even served drinks on the sand. We will not book anywhere else from this point on - amazing experience !

Crown Paradise Golden: Nice Resort

I liked the hotel due to it being small in size, service was great from all of the staff throughout the resort. The only negative I had was the service and the food at the international restaurant. The service was slow ,food was not what it stated on menu. A bottle of wine fell on the floor and it sat there the whole time we were in the restaurant. The host of the restaurant was overwhelmed and didn't appear to want to be there.

This is our first time to Cancun and we were not sure how the reception is going to be but the minute we landed, it’s all smiles. People are amazing there and they sure know how to treat people. They have amazing staffs and pretty much all the rooms has beach view. It’s well worth the money.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great resort for kids.except pools extremely cold.

The resort is great for kids as it has various pools, a play room (most staff are great!) and a water park for both kids and adults! There were a lot of families there but it didn't feel too packed as it is fairly big. Buffet was good, a la carte restaurants were good except the French was closed for renovations. Fishermans was the best, then Mexican, Steakhouse, and Italian our least fav. Beach was nice and clean, ocean was a bit rough but great. I didn't see any water activities. My least favourite part was that the pools were VERY COLD. Too cold for babies, which was a huge disappointment as they can't go into the ocean. It could have been the rain the first 2 days they should heat at least one pool for times like this. They were fairly empty because of the frigid temperature. There are small tiny ants in the room so don't leave ANY food out. You have to look really close as they blend into the counter tops. If it weren't for the temperature of the pools I would recommend this for families of young children.

The hotel is one where you will definitely revisit. Great rooms,terrific gym and extremely friendly staff. The grounds were well kept and the food was good, especially breakfasts. It is well geared for children and the evening entertainment very good.

Crown Paradise Club: Amazing family resort and kid friendly!

We had a very good experience at this resort: amazing, helpful staff, everything very close and easy to navigate around. The kids have a safe waterpark, kids clubs and baby club have lots of fun activities! The beach and the ocean were very nice, fine sand and clean water! Great food at the buffet, lots of variety and specialty restaurant. 10/10 rating and would definitely recommend it!

Crown Paradise Club: A few quick tips and tricks

Breakfast - Where is the bacon? It took me a few days but i found out the omelet lady is the dispenser of the bacon. A $1 tip and smile went a long way towards a decent stack every morning. If you are like us and like sitting close to the edge of the water an umbrella becomes necessary. They rent them on the beach for 15USD a day. I did find when i went on my balcony it improved. The sports bar has lots for kids to do but the hours seemed to be very limited. Every time we went to check out the xBox room or catch a movie in the projector room they seemed “closed” even though the employee was sitting right there? We did play some airhockey and foosball though. (Also a pool table there) Either way we had a great time.

The hotel staff were excellent. Hotel and rooms are dated. The two restaurants in adult section were excellent. The two outside bars, the music played was different and very loud. The entertainment music was deafeningly loud (had to leave five shows). The beach vendors were a constant irritant by bothering one every few minutes giving no time to relax.
