Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Incredible Resort!

Absolutely no complaints at all. Food, service, facilities, entertainment...everything was amazing!! I will recommend to everyone I know and would absolutely go back again. Love Jamaica and all it had to offer

Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Absolutely Fantastic

This resort exceeded our expectations at every turn. We are definitely going back. We stayed in the all adult Turquoize Tower, 11th floor. View was phenomenal, Butler service was a new experience for us, it was awesome. Can't say enough good things about this place. Also, Trip Central had the best price for our trip over many other sites.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Awesome Resort !

Our consultant Debbie Maguire recommended this resort as our first time Jamaica, from the time we arrived at the hotel the service and atmosphere was great, rooms were clean and updated. Pool and beach areas were great, never crowded and always clean, the bar/drink service was very professional and always happy to help! Shout out to Kenroy at the bar and Anthony on the grill. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: A+

The grounds and common areas were very clean and well kept. The service was amazing, no mater if you were at the beach or sitting pool side you did not have to wait long for a drink or even a snack to be brought right to you. There were so many restaurants we couldn't even visit them all in 7 days. Everywhere we did eat though was so fresh and delicious. We did take a day trip with a cab through the Hotel and it was one of the funnest experiences, Leighton was our driver and he was extremely professional and showed us the sights along the way to our destination. I also met more then a few people who were visiting the Hyatt Rose Hall for their 2nd and third time, so that says a lot.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Awesome family holiday!

We travelled to the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall for a 4 night family holiday. Perfect destination - awesome direct west jet flight, resort nice and close to the airport (15 mins), very clean and lovely resort. Rooms were really nice - beautiful views, very quiet, and very clean. Pools were perfect, staff amazingly friendly and kind. The food - lots of options and very tasty!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Best Location on the Bay

Our 7th trip to PV in 7 years. By far, the best location for sunsets on the bay. Located a bit south of town, it is a more expansive resort compared to other hotels in town, never felt crowded. The Hyatt has the best beach I've seen in the area, very private, great sand, a chair for everyone. There are several pools, more than other PV hotels, and you won't have a problem getting a lounger. We ha [... read more]d the most incredible maid service, pool side drinks kept coming, and I've never seen landscaping staff work so hard. The kids club, though not very attractive, has very caring, hard working ladies on staff and they have great programming for the kids. The Now Amber has a few more bells and whistles, but if you are looking for value and don't care to be right in town, this place is for you.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Great Resort

The Hotel Staff and amenities are second to none. Three amazing restaurants French Japanese and Italian. I would like to recommend improvements to the Steakhouse and the Buffet. The hotel shows could also see some improvements.

Had an amazing time great service professional staff wonderful grounds impeccable pools great beachside gourmet restaurants at least 6 to 7 The Resort staff were very conscious of our safety and ensuring when we went off of the resort we came back without issue definitely would go again

Very nice and neat hotel. The service was on point! The food was delicious. The rooms were neat. The beach and pools were so clean. Lots and lots of food. Our planner, Kino Ray Cummings was very helpful. He made our vacation a dream come true. He planned everything the way we wanted it. He is very polite too. This was our first time and it was amazing.

Fantastic Resort. It was amazing. Kino Ray Cummings is excellent. He made our dream come true. There is nothing negative about this resort. Will definitely return. As soon as we finished with the immigration stuff, we were welcomed into the Hyatt lounge. That made us feel so good.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Amazing Resort

The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Hotel is one of the best hotels we have visited. The hotel has a beautiful land scape. The room is spacious clean and has a big comfortable bed. They have nice restaurants with great food in abundance. The swimming pools are beautifully designed for both adults and children. Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Great Hotel

We have traveled to over 8 all inclusive resorts within half an hour of Cancun airport and this for many reasons appears to be our favourite. New, modern and clean hotel. We had a swim up suite as always and it had the best view of all hotels, and a huge reason we will return. Fantastic bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom. The food was good but nothing wowed us, however it was good enough to not be a deterrent to go back. Also, no nachos on room service menu! However, taco carts that came around the pool made up for that. Drink service at the pool was the best yet. Very attentive. The airport shuttle took 30 minutes so perfect for us.

From check in to check out ,Totally Heaven ; I knew that this was my pick but with the help from Alexandra Biddle from trip central i made the right choice, This place was amazing , we were in room 2228 overlooking the pool with a partial ocean view. it was quite clean and very comfortable,well stocked daily with beer.3 types of pop 2 kids of juice and water. the grounds were well cared for and clean. their are plenty of loungers and cabanas around the pool and beach,A lot of shady areas around [... read more] both,The service was great. you did not even have to move from your loungers to have a drink ore to order a snack,the servers were great and totally friendly, We are pool people and we were pampered all week,their are plenty of ala carte restaurants to choose from There all good but our favorites were the Italian and the Urban Heat located next door at the sister property.you can have the use of both property s , the drinks were all awesome and every meal and snake that we had were exellent,They have 24 hr room service. that we did nt use but people that i talked to said that they where fast and very good selection , We have been traveling two and three times a year to the islands for the past 16 years or so and i can honestly say that the staff at this resort are the most friendliest ,Everyone from staff to management will take time out to answer any questions or just talk to you , We just got back and i booked with Alexandra Biddle to return to the Hyatt again January 24th with my Daughter Tanya and her fiancee Albert Hunter this time so that my Daughter can see how great this place is and hopefully this will be her choice for her upcoming destination wedding come August / September of 2018 , Once again Alexandra for all you help and hard work checking things out for me on these three vacations that i just booked threw you , thank you Gerald Huggins

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Excellent Stay

The Hyatt Zilara is the most amazing spot I have ever been to. Friendly staff and the groundskeeping was perfect. Such a beautiful spot with gorgeous views. Everything was kept neat and in top shape. Our air conditioner was leaking for a couple nights and we told them about it 3 times but it never got fixed. Other then that we had an amazing stay and would go back as soon as we could with another couple to be there with.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Honeymoon Heaven!

THE FOOOD!! Can we just start there? I gained 6lbs at this resort because all I did was sleep and eat and sleep and eat and it was marvelous! The Italian and Asian restaurants were my favourite. We made a point to try every restaurant and snack shack during our 7 day stay and everything was delicious including the Nacho Bar and Jerk Chicken Pizza! The Junior Suite was lovely and the big soaker tub was just what the doctor ordered. (its the one shared with the family side of the resort so there are kids at this one). The staff was very attentive, helpful and polite and it was a nice quick trip from the airport to the resort. The shows in the evenings were ok, nothing spectacular but the ambiance was so lovely just sitting out under the stars, it didn't really matter what music we were listening to or what performance we were watching that night. The only thing I really missed was any sort of night life. At other resorts I have seen Dance Halls and Discos that stay open until 2am but this place pretty much rolls up the sidewalks by 9pm. (could have been a slower season i suppose?) It's delightful if you are looking for a quiet getaway but probably not ideal if you want to get out and dance or party til the wee hours.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Best Vacation

We stayed Aug 16-23 2017 for our Honeymoon. We stayed in building 4 on the ground floor 'swim up room' - BEST decision we made. I've never stayed in a room like this, it was so nice and with your own semi-private pool that attaches to the main upper pool. Staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Food was top notch, I loved the focus on restaurants as opposed to buffets... I find buffets are just a giant feeding zone for mass amounts of people. I don't have a bad thing to say about any restaurant all the food was exceptional, never had the same thing twice. We ordered room service a lot (it was our honeymoon) and again the food was good, service was amazing. The shows were okay....still entertaining but I have seen better. The resort is two sections, adult only where we stayed and a family side. You do have to go to the family side for a lot of the restaurants and for a calmer beach but it wasn't THAT big of a deal but if you want ONLY ADULTS everywhere ... might not be the resort for you. Loved the beach, we had some days with higher winds but the waves were fun to ride in the ocean. Crowd, we noticed mostly couples, newlyweds or parties. Lots of Birthday parties, these groups only stayed 4 days at most I felt. This was my first time to Jamaica but certainly not our last! Thanks for the best honeymoon we could have asked for Hyatt Zilara ! :)

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Near Perfection in Puerto Vallarta if You're Not a Foodie

No review complete without mentioning the great service and information received from Melanie M. at TripCentral. Despite a few concerns about rain and cloudy weather we selected mid-August for our week-long stay at the Hyatt Ziva, Puerto Vallarta to avoid the crowds. It was the right decision as the pool and beach areas, restaurants, etc. were crowd-free and the weather was perfect. There was only one day of rain and it was in the late evening. The weather reports pre-departure were not accurate [... read more] so don't let that deter you. On the positive side, the resort should definitely receive a solid four stars and the magnificent beach deserves five stars. In Mexico, they are not allowed to have private beaches but the Hyatt is situated between rock formations which prevent access from either side, rendering the beach virtually private. The few beach vendors are all resort-approved and carry a license saying so. If you are not interested, you only need say it once and they respect it and walk away. The resort property is really lovely and the grounds manicured and maintained to perfection. We chose to upgrade our room to a Club Suite Oceanfront View which was spacious and well-appointed and worth every penny of the reasonable cost. The staff are top-flight - extremely polite and service-oriented. Even though an all-inclusive, tips for poolside drinks to housekeeping are greatly appreciated. We were really surprised at guests who were at the pool all day, ordering dozens of drinks, who didn't even have the common courtesy to tip every so often. I'm glad to say they weren't from Canada. We stayed near the adult-only infinity pool which was lovely. On the negative side, it seems to be a chronic problem with resorts to have loud music blaring from speakers but the sound was a little less by the adult-only pool and seemed concentrated at the other infinity pools for families, the swim up bar, etc.. At least they didn't make announcements of activities every hour upon the hour. In the tower we stayed at, there was construction noise that started at 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. which we didn't expect and would have appreciated knowing about as the sound was loud in our rooms and around the pool area. It might have been a booking deal breaker had we known. But our biggest complaint is with the quality of the food. If you are a foodie, this is not the place for you. The buffet, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, had limited selection and suffered from everything being overcooked with just a few exceptions. The themed buffet dinners, e.g. Mexican, Caribbean, Italian, were uninspired. The hamburger and club sandwich from room service were among the few edible items on that menu. The steak restaurant Blaze, Mexican, Italian and Asian restaurants were a bit better quality than the buffet but each of these restaurants only deserves three-stars at best. If you want lobster, I was told it would cost an additional $50 USD. We think this resort could be an A to A+ if it took a long, hard look at its food service and made some serious improvements. For now, it's a great resort to select if you want to stick to a diet and not be tempted by the food.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Fabulous 10 day stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancun

This was my first time in Mexico and had an amazing holiday. The resort exceeded my expectation and felt so welcomed by all of the incredible staff. Great food and exceptional hospitality. Cons: air conditioning in the guest rooms 72-73 on the thermostat was warmer than I would have preferred. Other guests shared this same feedback. I reported this to the front desk and manager on duty but nothing was done and no follow-up. Ceiling fans above beds helped but were noisy. King bed in luxury oceanfront suite was uncomfortable. Several guests shared this same comment. Hopefully the Hyatt will be getting some new beds and fix the A/C so their guests can enjoy a good night sleep.
