Sandals South Coast: Couldn't have went better!

We were at Sandals for our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived and throughout the trip we realized what a strong standard the Sandals resort and staff had set. The beach was calm and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and lastly the food was amazing. Not a single complaint, Sandals is out new go-to resort.

Sandals Grenada: Best Honeymoon Ever!

Hotel, food, people, excursions, beach and pretty much everything was amazing! My husband and I went on our honeymoon here back in 2018 and now we want to go back! No complaints at all. Best experience ever.

Sandals Grande St Lucian: Exceptional

We stayed Sunday to Sunday in a Honeymoon Beachview Grande Luxe room. Sandals does an excellent job of providing a trouble free Holiday... Right from check in when we were personally escorted to our room and had the features of the room explained. Sandals staff are second to none. They all are very quick to help and they seem very happy to be working there. Food and restaurants were 5 star. Did not have a bad meal or service. Dined in all but 2 of the restaurants. Loved Gordon's restauran [... read more]t over the water. It wasn't uncommon to have a manger visit your table to ask how your dinner was and if there was anything else they could do for you. The room was clean and well stocked. Mini fridge with beer and wine. We faced the beach pool,and was a little loud after dinner with music or one of the shows, but we were usually sitting on the balcony watching. After 9:00 pm it was quiet. We are beach lovers so stayed on the beach most of the trip. Sandals has staff on the beach to take your drink order. Swim area was sandy and large enough that we never felt crowded. Never had trouble getting drinks at a bar, or served at a restaraunt. This Sandals has customer service figured out. The only downside to this resort is the drive to and from the airport. Our drive was about 1 hour and 20 minutes, there was no traffic because it was Sunday. We heard it can take longer during the week with more traffic on the road. We just looked at it as a free tour of the island.

Sandals Montego Bay: Top notch trip!

This was our 17th stay at sandals hotels. Our first time at Montego Bay and this was the hardest trip to say goodbye on. We met so many people who work there that our incredible people mainly our butlers Nasha and Cameal ( sorry for the spelling) so many amazing friends we got to meet on this getaway. Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Beautiful Place To Be

The staff are truly caring and work to make everything right. The food was excellent, the grounds beautiful and an overall excellent vacation. The layout of the facility makes it feel like there are two resorts with the area on top of the cliff. The sunsets were breathtaking to share with a loved one.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Fantastic food, diving

- Private Island is super unique and fantastic - food is absolutely fantastic - diving is completely included and was really good. - rooms are lovely and fully stocked with alcohol - pools and hot tubs are wonderful but can be a little chilly

Sandals Grenada: Amazing and Perfectly Romantic

We had been to Sandals in Antigua when it first opened (first location off of the island of Jamaica) for our honeymoon and we decided to return after 27 years. I had researched which one to go to and this location and Grande St. Lucian seemed to have the best overall reviews. Our experience did not disappoint. We got the Rondaval upgrade for last 3 nights and it was worth every penny. It was so romantic and beautiful. The Butler service was exceptional with Ifori, Davey and Jamie taking care of our every need. Bravo ! The other exceptional people who made our stay was the bartenders at the main swim up pool. Kareem (K-Spice concoction), Razim and Terrell were absolute gems and ambassadors for the Sandals brand. We had many laughs in a short time. The only two minor negatives is when we did not have the butler service, access to shaded/umbrella chairs is very limited and required the very early morning chair save and I wished the beach was longer and less ocean current but that was the nature of the location or site it was on. Overall, it was a dream week (31C everyday)

Sandals Grande Antigua: Beautiful Island, subpar compared to other Sandals

- perfect unbelievable emerald coloured water, clear sand, perfect weather (went in Feb) - service was 3-4 star - food menu was 4 star, no change, not super flavourful, expect more from sandals - entertainment was 3 stars

Sandals South Coast: Nice Resort

For a Sandals resort, I was pretty disappointed. I would have thought for 2x the price of a regular 5*, the food quality and the service would have been much better. We waited for 1.5 hours for an al la carte breakfast one day and decided not to try Eleanor's again. Our dinner (fish and pork chops) were cold at another restaurant and our waitress at Schooners was completely and utterly rude! The description mentioned beach and pool service. Being at the pool and the beach every day, no one serve [... read more]d at the pool and only 2 days did we see beach service (1 person) and only for a couple hours in the afternoon. Every day there was glasses and towels left over from earlier in the day or the previous night.. just not clean. One last thing, even though we paid Sandals prices, had a Beach Walk Out Room, we didn't even have Room Service.. disappointing... On the bright side, the weather was fantastic, the Glass bottom boat was included and a fun 30 min, the beach and water were gorgeous, Latitudes (the over the water bar/ hammocks) were absolutely fantastic! We did have some great wait staff for some of the dinners and the people cleaned and stocked our room were fabulous! We had a beach walk out room and I would absolutely recommend - it was so nice to be able to walk out to your terrace and then walk a few more feet right to the beach, water and see the sunsets - amazing! The 2 pools with swim up bars were good and there was also a quieter pool which was nice too. Always lots of chairs available. Overall, I would not recommend.. Sorry Sandals, you have some work to do..

Sandals South Coast: Not worth the hype

Location was beautiful however the “Sandals” Hype was disappointing. Restaurant service was terrible, long waits and mediocre food, lucky if it was hot. This being said, it was NOT busy and no need for extended wait time. Dinner turnover was 2 hrs plus on 3 occasions, missed show, breakfast was an hour and 1/2 for eggs! Again, not busy. Where were the managers??The no tipping rule was likely a factor as staff just did what was required, no above and beyond. Glasses were left on tables around [... read more] resort night before and were still seen in morning. Tables not cleaned off. We saw the same performances repeated on day 5 for entertainment. Cigarette butts were thrown from balcony above us littered our beach walkout area, called hotel to ask them to resolve issue, butts were not cleaned up and no follow up was done. Really disappointed to splurge on a holiday only to feel ripped off. Take some lessons from Moon Palace resort. True 5*! Trip Central agent Did not get back to us on numerous inquiries including how we redeem our $150 excursion bonus. hotel knew nothing about the 12 days of Christmas bonus even though it was on Sandals website and our booking confirmation. Our inquiry was finally resolved by another agent on day 6. Did not have time to book anything due to timing, lost out on voucher. Managers of the resort need to step up and actually manage. Our travel agent should have followed up on our questions, numerous emails and voice messages sent with NO reply’s. Will not return to trip central or Sandals. Big disappointment.

Sandals Grande Antigua: Great service!

Beautiful resort, well maintained and clean and safe. Food was very good and servers were very polite and attentive. Lovely beach and nice pools. Went scuba diving from Aqua centre. Staff were very nice, unfortunately the coral around Antigua is bleached, sad to see. Great dive boat.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Great vacation

The resort was more contained with everything within walking distance...quiet pool, party pool, restaurants, lobby, rooms and beach. The grounds and beach were pristinely kept, and the staff was friendly. Food was okay, but to be expected for most resort chains. Compared to newer Sandals resort, this one is showing its age a bit and could use some overall updates. Overall, a great vacation!

Sandals Grenada: Lovely resort

The Service was excellent especially with the Butlers. The jardiniere restaurant did not compare to the quality of the food at the Parisian in the Barbados. The buffet breakfast was not up to standards at the egg section As a cook was only using one fry pan and pot to do the eggs.

Sandals Grande St Lucian: Amazing Resort!

We give this resort a 5 star. Amazing service, food, WEATHER, drinks, entertainment. We would definitely return. Only downfall is the long drive from the airport to the resort. But the scenery is beautiful. If we were to do it again we would take the helicopter transfer to save us time.

Sandals Halcyon Beach: Wonderful trip!

The grounds were just stunning! The lazy river was surrounded by tropical vegetation. Felt like we were in the garden of Eden! Always room at the pools, hot tubs and beach! A very intimate resort with very nice restaurants. Kelly's Dockside had such a nice ambiance and the food at Bayside was always good! We were a bit surprised with the lack of fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly!

Sandals Montego Bay: Simply Excellent!

Loved every moment of our vacation. Resort was awesome. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond often anticipating our wants before we asked, Food was fabulous. Location was great. We will return again.

Sandals Barbados: Epic Wedding

Sandals Barbados / Royal Sandals was the perfect venue for such a large destination wedding. The choice of a la Carte restaurants, the numerous bars/pools and fantastic staff made the week extremely enjoyable. Only negative was the 2 hours wait at the airport when we arrived.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Great vacation

Lots of great dining options and top shelf booze available. Grounds were plentiful, well manicured and had many great pools to relax around. Butler service was impeccable. Rooms have not been updated but they are clean and in good working order. Service could be very slow at times and we did experience hot water issues in room. Maid service inconsistent. Overall- a great option to experience Sandals on a lesser budget.

Sandals Barbados: Beautiful Resort

We enjoyed all aspects of the resort, the room was very clean and comfortable. The Food at all of the restaurants was very good. We especially enjoyed Kimonos and Soy. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
