Another WOW Vacation at Iberostar-Grand Rose Hall

For the second year in a row, my daughter and I travelled to Montego Bay Jamaica and had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Iberostar - Grand Rose Hall location. While the weather in Montego Bay left a little to be desired the week we were there, the staff and facilities continued to be absolutely outstanding! The staff are always ready, willing and available to not only assist with your needs but to check in on a [... read more]n ongoing basis and to make suggestions about how they might make their guest stay even MORE enjoyable than it already is. Our butler Steven (with us both years) was amazing and is one of the reasons we look forward to returning next year! The food was outstanding both in the beach front buffet restaurant and in each of the a la carte restaurants we attend. Of special note for us was the surf and turf meal and the meals at the Japanese and Gourmet restaurants.....something everyone must experience! If you are reading this review, please give very serious consideration to vacationing here. You will Never regret the decision!!!

Grand it is!

We were very impressed with this hotel. Service was outstanding, the food was great (we could have lobster at every restaurant), rooms were clean and had a large balcony, everything was included (even sunscreen!). The beach was ok, the pools looked great but were too cold for my taste. The only really negative thing i have to say is that the wine was really bad.

The best all inclusive ever!

Exceptional service, and outstanding food including the buffet. Clean, tasteful and although a large resort - all three of the hotels were located on the beach so nobody had more than a 5 minute walk to the beach. A short ride from the airport with no planes buzzing overhead. Fitness classes were great and the gym and spa were also amazing. Can't say enough about it, look forward to returning!

Absolutely Amazing - The Best Holiday Ever!!

My husband and I have been going on cruises for years but after our experience at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall we will probably never cruise again. The hotel was magnificent, the staff were superb - highly professional yet very friendly and more than willing to take care of all of our needs. The food was five star in terms of quality, quantity and variety and our room was very large and very well appointed. I can't say enough about how fantastic this hotel is...We are already planning to return next year.

Best Vacation EVER!!

The resort was absolutely stunning. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds are super comfortable! The food, staff and atmosphere was more than we expected. Would go back in a heart beat!!!!!

Relaxing vacation

I have been to Jamaica three times and this was definitely the best hotel yet. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Food was delicious and staff attentive. Over all excellent trip and would go again.

Wonderful vacation destination

We loved this resort and Jamaica in general. The food was outstanding, the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The facilities were clean and beautiful. This was our first Iberostar experience and we would definitely return to this resort!

Grand Experience!

We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in March 2014. We had an excellent room with lots of space to spread out. I love the bathroom with two sinks. The food was really good!. The resort was very clean. The staff was always pleasant. Must try the Jamica Smile drink!!
