Memories Grand Bahama: great resort.
My wife were there mar.27 to apr. 3, and had a ball. We are seniors and have been to many other all inclusives and this is our favorite and cannot wait to return. Being a new resort destination from Vancouver , Looking forward to going next year. Don`t know why so many negative comments. Food great . Staff great. They want you to come back. The staff work very hard and long hours which are really inspiring and hope they will be rewarded for their efforts. New owners Memories keep up the improvem [... read more]
Memories Grand Bahama: Great holiday!
Very nice resort! Food was great and room was very clean. Missed a balcony or at least be able to open a window. Beach was beautiful! Resort should have more man made shade to get out of sun. The umbrellas are not enough. Bahama nite was fun! Japanese was good and the Steakhouse was excellent! They should take reservations for Steakhouse like the Japanese. The wait is too long, we had to wait over 2 hours for dinner seating. Did not like eating at 9:30 pm. Overall, a nice resort!
Sandals Emerald Bay: A truly wonderful vacation !!!
Our stay at Emerald Bay was amazing!!!! From the moment you first drive up to the resort and see the beautiful grounds, pools and ocean, it takes your breath away. Duvann and his grounds crew take great pride in the resort- it is spectacular. Our butlers Trevor and Alvin did everything they could to make our stay stress free and relaxed. They even had a few wonderful surprises!!! Our suite was spacious and had everything you could want. Our housekeeper Elean, did an excellent job keeping our roo [... read more]
The Royal at Atlantis: Amazing Resort... So much to see and do!!!
This is our 5 th time going to Atlantis. We love this resort. There is so much to see and do here and it never gets old. The aquarium is fantastic. There is so many different species living in there. We snorkelled the ruins in the tank and that was an awesome experience. The marina has so many beautiful yachts on the docks. They always have a live band at night, it's always a lively show. The water park has so many fun slides and the lazy river is so much fun! This is not your typical lazy river [... read more]
Memories Grand Bahama: Good family resort
This hotel is perfect for families. Beach is very nice and safe for children. Food at the buffet is okay, not a big variety but à la carte restaurants are great. Hotel rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The service at the bars is poor though - very slow and bar staff do not smile much.
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Beach was beautiful
The hotel is outdated BUT still very clean. Food was great. Don't go to the Japanese restaurant ... it wasn't that good. Staff was very friendly! Nightly entertainment wasn't as good as other vacations I've been on. However for the price, it was awesome!
Grand Lucayan Breakers Cay: Not bad but could be a lot better!
The location of this resort was exceptional and the food was great. Other than that the stay was just so so. The staff caters to the cruise ships whole heartedly. There is no exception for a late check out even if you travel with someone with a disability. They cut your all inclusive off at 11 am no matter what time you leave the resort. No nightly entertainment and the pools are not little kid friendly. Even with the all inclusive you still had to sign for every drink and every meal. We would n [... read more]
Riu Palace Paradise Island: nice resort
The hotel and grounds were well maintained. The variety and quality of the food was great. We were happy with the adult things but there was nothing for our small grandchild. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Grand Lucayan Breakers Cay: Amazing experience
The hotel was great value, very clean and they try to maintain well but needs some renovations and updates. The grounds and services very well kept. The food will be a plus to be improved at willybilly restaurant. Churchill was a very good restaurant. Entertainment at Churchill bar was a big plus for the resort and the iris restorant entertainer too. The beach area very clean and well maintained, also the pool area too. Overall very happy to be there.
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great time
The room was quite lovely and the staff were just amazing! We found the tables outside often needed a wipe and the staff around the pool were very noisy with their mic - trying to create excitement. We stayed for 3 nights - 4 full days and were not able to secure a reservation even though we lined up at 7:30 in the morning (they were already booked???) Overall though we had a very nice time; beach was great, drinks were plenty and food was good.
Memories Grand Bahama: Great Resort, Great Food, Great People
Beach, food, staff were all great. Buffet was a pleasant surprise with who E cooked turkey, ham, pork, and salads. Loved the pasta and salad bars. Seafood night with all you can eat lobster was to die for. Ate at the Steak House twice and the Japanese restaurant once. Both were great. Did not try the Italian restaurant. Beautiful view from room which compensated for the small bathroom. Only issue was towels on beach and in room. Need to improve availability.
Grand Lucayan Breakers Cay: Grand Lucayan
The beach was beautiful, the facilities clean, the food was good. There were plenty of restaurant choices with a wide assortment of choices. The staff were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our March Break vacation at this resort.
Memories Grand Bahama: Outstanding Resort,
The resort was simply beautiful and had very friendly resort staffs as they were able to assist us whenever possible. The hotel room was well cleaned everyday. Me and my sister went parasailing and the view was breathtaking. The only thing that stopped me from giving five stars was the food. It was average and sometimes way too salty or undercooked. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the chefs that cook the food fresh in front of you. Overall, it was an amazing experience and would recommend to anyon [... read more]
Sandals Royal Bahamian: Simply amazing
The Sandals Royal Bahamian did not disappoint us. We had high expectations and they were met and even surpassed. The resort is beautiful, restaurants were excellent and we had no difficulty making reservations to the special restaurants that require them. We enjoyed the private island, snorkelling, sailing, evening entertainment or just sitting by one of the outdoor fire pits with the sound of the waves in the background. Personnel at the Resort is cheerful and always looking out for our best in [... read more]
The Royal at Atlantis: a good fun trip

Memories Grand Bahama: Memories-Grand Bahamas Earns Its Name
I have now travelled to more than 35 all-inclusive resorts and Memories Grand Bahamas ranks in the top 10. I am not usually a buffet eater due to the usual lack of taste and flavor, but the buffet proved to be more than adequate. While there were only 3 a la carte restaurants, the food, it's flavour, the presentation and the service were beyond my expectations. Even the food in the snack bar (Prop Club) was varied and well-prepared. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. The beach was great [... read more]
Memories Grand Bahama: Great Resort
The resort is very clean and well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small. The food is great, especially at the steakhouse and the Prop Club. Thursday is seafood day at the buffet so bring your appetite. Friday is Chinese food and it's wonderful. The beach is beautiful but there isn't much shade. They have a few umbrellas, but if you're not there first thing in the morning forget about getting one. The beach is raked every morning. The service is a little slow, but you're on holidays so [... read more]
Pelican Bay: The room at this hotel really needs to be upgraded
Food is excellent, beach is beautiful, people are very nice. Definitely needs to upgrad the rooms, painting, cleaning, mattress needs to be changed, we did not sleep very well. Same for the bathroom, really should invest to upgrad.
The Royal at Atlantis: Good for the kids
I stayed at the Royal Tower with my three sons (ages 4, 7, 9). It was a great location for them as it was the closest to the water slides and marine life. They truly loved looking at the impressive collection of fish, sharks, rays, eels, etc. I found my hotel room to be comfortable enough, however it didn't meet my expectation in cleanliness. It really bothers me when there is hair on the pillow at check-in. The staff were so friendly! My 9 year old said he thinks the nicest people in the worl [... read more]
Memories Grand Bahama: Value for the Money
Right from the beginning we were treated with unbelievable service as a diamond club member. They arranged all of our excursions and were always very friendly. We stopped in both at the beach and hotel diamond club area daily very good service. We had one issue with a reservation and this was taken care of with their apologies which was not asked for. We would recommend this resort to anyone, the diamond club upgrade was well worth the extra money.
