Staff very friendly, hotel very clean and food was fantastic! I wish that the pools were cooler. I felt that we were in a hot tub and not being able to cool off. I wish washroom were closer and more of them because many people would not get out of pool to go to the washroom.

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Beautiful Resort

Planet Hollywood in Cancun is a fantastic place to vacation. The resort is beautiful with lots of amenities for the entire family. The staff was very friendly and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay more pleasant. We upgrade to the Star Class and I would definitely recommend doing that as it gave us additional benefits and access to amenities that we were able to take advantage of. TRS Coral: Nice facilities, bad food!

This has to be one of the most pristine and beautiful resorts we have travelled too. The layout, décor and amenities from functionality to visual appeal are well thought out. It is evident that there is a lot of care put into maintaining the grounds and keeping the resort mostly bug-free. Our rooms were very well taken care of every day, and butlers were on-top of making reservations for us as a couple and friends who wanted to join us. It was absolutely terrible - let me start with the presentation, which was phenomenal and made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant, but the let down came down to the quality of meat and ingredients, from the chicken to the beef and pork, we were always playing which mystery meat does this taste like ... it is clear that the meats were most definitely not fresh, and are either frozen or processed. The pastries were stale and dry. Most dishes were overly salted. If you wanted a safe and satisfying meal, seafood was always on point. The food is such an important part of our trip as we very much take advantage of not having to cook, clean and put away dishes, everything is waited on you and to have this aspect of the vacation fall very short of expectations was a really big let down. A week later, my stomach is still suffering from having to process the food we ate. The bar service across the hotel were more or less desirable, whether or not you tipped, the saving grace was pool-side service to order food from the stall. There are live musicians, but for those who are musically trained, sometimes they were awful, out of tune, or off key and couldn't wait until they were done their segment. We are used to receiving the quality and vibe of the Dominican Republic and this fell very short of what we expected from such a beautiful hotel. For the price of this hotel, we could've revisited one that we knew had great service, excellent food that included lobster at no extra charge, and just as stellar amenities. TRS Coral is no for us, and would likely not return to Mexico for an all-inclusive.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Amazing services and great hotel!!

This is so far the best resort I have ever stayed. Food is decent and customers services are the best. Front desk personnel, Stego is very friendly and super helpful when I try to get to Isla Mujeres by my own instead of joining a tour. I will definitely give it another visit if I have a chance to visit Cancun again.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Heaven on Earth!

Was looking for a perfect weekend getaway and found it! 2nd time at Majestic and it just keeps getting better and better! The staff is amazing. Entire resort is so clean. Food like nothing else with lots of variety! Definitely my go to place in Mexico and can not wait to go back! Always a great time at majestic whether it’s for 3 days or 7! Thank you to all that made this happen!

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: One of the best by far!

Not to give every detail away so I’ll try to give the gist of our experience…. I’ve been to many resorts before but this one was by far THE best! Very clean and the service was TOP TIER! We stayed in the adult only section and we had our own butler (Henry was AHHHHmaazing!) the room was massive and we had our own outdoor jacuzzi which added a great additional touch to the room. A few seaweed along the shore (blame Mother Nature) but nothing that was overly excessive, they ensured to clear it out regularly with their tractor trailer; we spent everyday at the beach so that speaks volumes. The pools were cleaned daily and well kept. Lastly, the food….THE FOOD!!!! The steakhouse particularly was one of the best steaks I’ve had (Medium well done) it was *Chefs kiss*… they had food available at all hours via room service. There was a wide variety of food so you will not be disappointed. I’m a foodie, and I was more than satisfied :) the entertainment crew was great! They respected your space and didnt force you to join their activities/games etc; so if you wanted to have your space to relax, you were able to do so… the music and all the extra loudness was not at all overpowering or distracting. overall, if you’re looking for a resort to relax and just be at peace - this is the one! Lastly, you HAVE TO TRY THE SPA! and I’ll leave it there…you just have to experience it to understand what I mean. Three words: Refreshed, Rejuvenated, & well needed!

Riu Dunamar: Great place

I think they need to make everything all inclusive, we had to pay for the pool in the snack bar. Was very pricey. Seemed it lacked communication since they mixed up our excursion times twice. Great people great place though

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Good resort

Except for the Damp smell that honestly didn’t bother me at all. The resort is great.. there are some many restaurants that I didn’t even try them all. The reserve was great.. There was that guy that was working at the buffet named Miguel.. he’s the best server at the resort. When it comes to alcohol, premium is only for the Start class which I find hard cause we paid close to 5K for a week..

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Good resort for the money

The resort is nothing fancy but the food is good, the rooms are clean and air-conditioned, and the pool area and the beach is tidy. The staff are nice and helpful, but it's best to come prepared with some basic Spanish. And don't forget to tip! The location is a short bus ride away from the hot spots of the Hotel Zone and downtown. There is also a tour sales agent hanging out in the lobby and the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal is next door. Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Very friendly staff

Overall people and services was very good. Only thing was the Japanese restaurant require you wake up 7am, line up 1 hour to get a spot to registered at 8. It was a disappointment since it was just grill meat, fried rice, and Grocery store level sushi. You’re better off going to the buffet. The buffet was very good, lots of variety. The best part was the cafe which was like Starbucks, matcha latte, ice or hot, and any espresso drink. They have a full espresso machine like a coffee shop.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: LOVED IT!

I stayed with my boyfriend at the Royalton Chic from Jun 24 to Jul 1st, 2022. We absolutely enjoyed our trip and the staff. No complaints about the food and there was always a lot to do. We recommend upgrading to Diamond Club upon booking as there are a lot of perks you can take advantage of! The location was also perfect and a convenient 10 min walk away from the Cancun strip. Would love to come back again one day.

Riu Dunamar: Very good Resort

We like the resort but is too far from the airport and the road needed to be fix. The Ocean sunrise was great , just magic, seemed like the sun was coming out of the water, great view. Could n't swim in the ocean due to sea weeds, was too much, very dirty water at the front. The resort had someone cleaning the sea weeds but he left just outside the water, the wave comes take everything back in the ocean. We really enjoyed the sunrise and the morning walk on the sand. Also the elevato [... read more]rs kept breaking and took them little bit longer to fix, we were on the third floor, taking the stairs was issue. One more thing I want to mentioned that, our departure was early in the morning 9;45 but we had to leave the resort 4 hrs early , the no restaurant open at that time, so coffee, no breakfast. they need to open the area at around 6;00 instead 7 a.m. or have one counter open for people leaving early etc. just a suggestion.

Estudio Playa Mujeres: Amazing Resort

The rooms sizes are amazing and very well kept.. all the staff is extremely extremely helpful. The food was excellent. All their restaurants were amazing!! Best kids club hands down!!! Doodle camp was the highlight. They kept the kids entertained till 10:30pm!!!the drinks too were premium and well made

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: It is a very nice resort

We loved the hotel, very well laid out. Unfortunately I fell when I tripped on a curb and fractured my hip. I’m still in the hospital in Cancun recovering . I’m hoping to be able to return to Canada very soon. The paramedics at the hotel were very helpful

Royalton CHIC Cancun: It's kk...nothing..to wow about

Service was kk. Food needs improvement. Went to Steak house they messed up the orders. Not enough entrainment. The DJ same music every day. The lobby bartender's were great. Excursions are way too expensive at the resort Our bus transportation from Airport to the hotel was messed up. We as a group paid $230 US. Even to going back was messed up, but at the end it was fixed last minute. Our agent from Trip Central (Elaina) didn't do a good job. Even our rooms were all scattered. 12 pe [... read more]ople went and we all had to argue with the front desk to get our rooms close by. Our trip we planned it from January end. Like I said our Agent plus Air Canada didn't satisfy our needs. Going to a new county we were left alone at the airport. They didn't have our name list at all. Overall very poor service.

Le Blanc Spa Resort: Top Shelf

Amazing experience - hotel is spotless, service is impeccable, food is great, and free spa hydrotherapy a nice perk! Would definitely recommend this for a children free de-stress and romantic getaway for couples.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Not the best Riu Resort

The cleanliness of the resort wasn’t the best. This isn’t my first time in Mexico and I had high expectations considering my visits at other Riu resorts in the past. The food wasn’t good at all... and the pools were dirty. Someone was throwing up almost every day. and staff made no effort to clean up… people swam in the vomit. Most disappointed I have been at a Riu resort. Also the front desk staff are very rude and not helpful either. Will not recommend again to anyone!

NYX Hotel Cancun: Memorable Honeymoon

A very well needed vacation at NYX hotel which exceeded every one of our expectations! The hotel staff is what makes this place truly magical. Everyone from the front desk to staff by the restaurant are so pleasant and kind. Our room was on the 4th floor and because of my partner’s disability we asked to be moved somewhere more accessible. We got upgraded to a much bigger room in the main building. Had the pleasure of eating at the Italian and Umami restaurant. Both were excellent. Dinner was the best part as it changed every night. Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Huge Resort

The hotel in general is very clean and very large, takes time to get to restaurants and bars etc,All the staff wore masks and there was hand sanitizers everywhere. I found that because there were so many guests at the hotel that the quality of food was compromised, usually cold and overcooked, and there were several nights that we went to bed hungry. Steak house had the best service but the worse food. Italian restaurant had the worse service and the food was very salty. Great service, excellent food. Beach has sea weed. No Wi-Fi in rooms Great time would book again Bathtub in room a bit odd Shows are good Restaurants are good but hard to get into since they don’t take reservations Pool at top of hotel really nice Shopping mall close by
