Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great stay

Really enjoyed our time at blue bay. Friendly staff, good food. Unfortunately water wansnt the tourquoise blue of past years but I suspect the seaweed bloom had a lot to do with it. Lots of workers on the beach daily raking and taking away to make it as nice as possible for the visitors. Tours were easy to book and well priced. Shuttle bus into town was convenamd safe.

Grand Sunset Princess: Amazing Service, Well-Maintained, Beautiful Resort

Wonderful resort! The grounds were lush and immaculately maintained. Service was spot on - never waited in any lines. Party if you want to party, chill if you want to chill. Entertainment staff not pushy.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Absolutely wonderful

This resort was wonderful. Lots to do, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome and spacious room. The lazy river and dolphin show was wonderful. Quite enjoyed our stay. The a la cartes were absolutely amazing. Did not want to come home. Thank you.

Hotel Castillo Huatulco: Great time

Small resort but great experience. Nice that it is close to everything within walking distance. Beach is great with nice waves. Rooms are kept clean everyday and there is always something good to eat . Would be nice to have balconies to sit out on so next time I will ask for in the front of the resort where there is balconies. Bus to beach is always there when you want to leave or go to the beach . Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Fantastic resort

Everything about this place was top notch... great sandy beach... nice pools...very friendly and helpful staff.... nice rooms... great food.... marvelous nightly entertainment... an all around great time.....

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Great service....

The hotel staff is way above exceptional! This quaint little space is within easy walking distance to the beach. The food is ok... nothing special...if I wasn't paying for all inclusive I would have eaten elsewhere.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: 4th visit and would return for more

Excellent entertainment, food and hospitality! Every person working at the resort seems genuinely enthusiastic and it was an absolute pleasure once again! Very clean, food was amazing at Castaways and Capers as well as the buffet and room was so comfortable. Live music in the lobby was the most enjoyable way to finish off the day 👍🏽

El Cano Acapulco: Fantastic resort!

The El Cano Resort was a fantastic place to stay for a week. There was a lot of options in the buffet and all the food was delicious. All the staff were very nice and very welcoming, and I couldn't get over how clean the place was. I stayed for seven amazing days and I'm going back next year. I guarantee you'll love the beach!

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Amazing Resort

Very clean and well maintained resort. Food was excellent and you never had to wait for anything as there was plenty of staff working to make sure all food trays were always full. Large selection to choose from. We had breakfast at the buffet daily and found so much variety. Something for everyone. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Plenty of beach and pool chairs. Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Very enjoyable

Resort was a different concept than we are used to. With the 6 separate buildings like little villages self contained. We were surprised that the rooms didn’t have a fridge. The sign up system for special a la carte restaurants was a challenge There was a large group from Quebec there who were very loud and inconsiderate. The food was good and Staff very good

Barcelo Huatulco: Huatalco 2019

Barcelo is a great vacation resort. Second time here and it was great. Staff is amazing. Always willing to accommodate most times. I had asked the front desk if I could have an additional mattress cover or some additional blankets for my bed in order to increase the comfort of the bed. (too hard for me) they said they couldn't help with that. I did find that unusual. This year we felt the food wasn't as tasty as in the past. Beach and pool were terrific. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Nice resort

Hotel was very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Grounds very well maintained. Great staff. Friendly always with a greeting. Beach unfortunately was suffering from the sea weed this year but resort made valiant efforts to keep it under control. Would recommend

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Great resort

The beach was great. Food terrific. Very tasty. One of the servers, Eva, in the haddad buffet at breakfast was outstanding. Reallly friendly and always remembered what we wanted . Super friendly and cheerful. She works way too hard. Room was amazing. Only complaint was that the evening buffet was really busy with kids and coffee was hard to come by.

Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos: Beautiful Resort

Sandos is a beautiful resort. Check in was an issue; after waiting two hours for our room to be ready and a very long walk to get to the room, we discovered that they had placed us in a room without a balcony or a view. A call to the front desk and was told to bring our bags back to front desk and they would have another room in 1.5 hours. We eventually did get another room but were offered no compensation for our inconvenience. Not a great start to our stay. The resort is very clean and well k [... read more]ept; staff friendly and helpful. Access to the large marina and the constant movement of the whales in the ocean were highlights of this resort.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Nice resort,

The main buildings were very nice and our residential building was very nice. The grounds were very well kept, awesome beach. The food was not as good. Cold and tough. The wait staff also was not as good. Very slow and we are still waiting for some things that we ordered at meal time. We were surprised that there was only 4 beers in the mini bar in the room. We don’t drink beer and room service would only bring 2 glasses of wine no liquor

Grand Palladium Colonial: Nothing less of amazing.

From the moment we stepped foot on the resort we were amazed. Beautiful clean lobby, attentive and friendly bell boys who greeted us right away. As we arrived early our room wasn’t ready but we were made to feel right at home by guest services. They explained everything and showed us a map with all activities and restaurants and pools. The grounds of the resort are also beautiful and clean. There are signs everywhere so you never feel lost. The pools are clean and deep which is a nice chan [... read more]ge from other resorts I have been to! If you are travelling with kids there is always something fun to do with them as well as the kid’s water park. The beach is nice, however I’m not sure if it is just the season were all the coral reefs are shedding but there was a lot of coral shedding along the shore. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a deluxe room with two queen beds. Everything we needed was in the room. Beds were comfortable the AC works REALLY well. Almost too good we got cold a few nights as our thermostat wouldn’t pick up on temperature correctly and couldn’t be set to a specific temperature. There was entertainment every night. The colonial show is worth watching the dancers are very talented and put in a lot of dedication to their shows. There is a different theme/party every night of the week. What’s great about them for travelling families is the children are also welcome and included in the shows. Food was good, very flavorful, we tried 5 of the dinner restaurants - the steakhouse, service was slower later into the night, and the steak all seems to be cooked to “rare” even when medium was requested. Mexican, Thai house and Italian were really good with great option! We went to the Poseidon (restaurant on the beach) desert was great, we had shrimp for starters and while they were good they went great. While it wouldn’t be my first pick again, it is very popular. The breakfast and lunch buffets always had lots of options for everyone. Miriam that works the omelet stand was amazing. Best omelets all week! Everything was labeled so you knew what you were eating! They have a gelato station at one of the bars, nice refreshing treat mod day, great touch! The bar by the beach side always had a tasty snack ready and a light lunch available. Staff were always friendly, courteous, and helpful! The bartenders are great, always great service with a smile! When relaxing poolside or in the lobby there is usually an attendant walking around offering a cold tasty beverage! The resort has a total of 4 lobbies, Colonial, Kantaneh, white sands, and TRS. You have access to all lobbies except TRS which is the royal suits; however that didn’t take away from our stay. All lobbies had something different to offer. The parties and colonial show happen in the Colonial lobby every night if you are looking for something a little closer to the entertainment. We ended our trip with a day at the resort spa. Wow. So beautiful. The pools a clean and stunning. They have a sauna and a steam room, and hydrotherapy pools. The massage attendants are great and well certified. We booked an 80 minute Zentopia massage and I recommend it! Roberto was my RMT and he did a great job! They have a healthy bar in the spa which offers smoothies, juices, and light snacks; lovely touch! The resort is about a 45 minute drive from the Cancun airport, the drive is worth it. Being away from the hustle and bustle of Playa was nice. We did take a trip in to Playa for shopping on 5th avenue and found it to be very stressful and overwhelming. The vendors are constantly trying to grab you to pull you into their shop and pressure you to buy their items. It was a neat experience but I would not do that excursion again. I would recommend this resort and hope to return in the future! Thank you Grand Palladium Colonial for such a great stay!

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Great vacation at Dreams Riviera Cancun

This resort is one of the better ones that we have stayed at over the years and we have been to many. Food great, service and staff very supportive and friendly. The room (deal of the day room) was comfortable. Only downside was that the buffet restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay, which we sometimes prefer rather than the more formal a-la carte restaurants. Also at times the pool and beach area was rather crowded, but then that is to be expected when travelling during peak sea [... read more]son. We would return to a Dreams resort again.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing Value

Bahia Principe has really 4 conjoined resorts in the Mayan Riviera. Their is also Bahia Principe Coba-Tulum-Ackumal- Sian Ka' an is the newest and an Adult Only resort.. You have access to many choices of restaurants - activities - an amazing Golf Course and the list goes on. We found the room was fine & very clean, but the real highlight is the friendly great staff and the food & dining experience was outstanding. Grand Oasis Palm: Great Time!

We travelled as a group with 8 adults and 3 children (4,3 and 2) This was our 4th consecutive trip as a group. 3rd time to Mexico but first time to Cancun. This resort was amazing for children and families! We loved that some many are snack bars and food restaurants were open all day. The staff were so good with our kids, very helpful and patient. There is so much for kids of all ages to do at this resort. My 4yr old and 3yr old loved the balloon animal maker!! The resort is clean, the food is good and we noticed while walking the beach that our beach was well kept compared to others. I would definitely reccommend this resort to other families.
