Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Fun and relaxing resort!

A fun family resort. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The resort was very clean, food was great. Nice beach. With four a la carte to dine at, our favorite was the seafood dinner. We would go back.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing resort

Everything was great the room was very nice the resort itself was huge but you never felt crowded. The service was awesome and trolley service was the best going every 3 minutes to the lobby and beach. The pools were great as well.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Resort

The resort grounds are absolutely amazing. Some of the staff are fabulous but the majority have no idea what is happening around the resort. Housekeeping issues. Would recommend this hotel for the salt water pool.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Great Resort, But..

As a Canadian the resort was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. The only thing that I was not impressed that this resort does not serve coffee until 8:00 in the morning and I'm an early riser. I did not want to wake my wife by using the coffee machine in the room, so I would like to grab a coffee and go down to the ocean and watch the sun rise. This is the only disappointing part of my trip.

Catalonia Yucatan: “Fun staff and amazing service”

I had a great time at this resort with my family. The rooms were great; impeccably clean and the mini bar was always full. Staff came around in the evening as well to see if there was anything we needed. The staff were outstanding - very friendly and accommodating. The best service was from Manuel at the 'tequila' swim up bar! Overall it was great fun and I would go again in a heartbeat! Stayed January 2016, travelled with family

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: ROYALTON CANCUN BEST EVER

The title says it all. No need to upgrade everyone is #1. Best not to get a room on the back of resort as there may be a lot of noise from the laundry/service building. All rooms are close to beach. This resort offers the best to all. We have been staying in all inclusives for many many years and this has been the best yet and staying within a reasonable budget. Needless to say the price will prob go up. Hopefully not. Service, food and liquor choices were beyond exceptional.

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Best All Inclusive

Stayed at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya for 2 weeks staring Jan 18-16. (Signature Tours) On arrival check in was quick and easy, we were assigned room 3071 which is in the south wing. Upon entering the room we noticed a very strong musty odor and a “sewage” smell and we put this down to the room not have been used recently. Over night the odors appeared to have dissipated but we found this room was right over the entertainment area and was very noisy till 11.30 pm. So Tuesday morning we approa [... read more]ched the front desk for a room change which they were quite willing to do so but not until Wednesday as the hotel was full. Tuesday night the sewage smell was back and very strong. We contacted the front desk Wednesday morning and they said they would have a room for us and to check back at noon. We returned to the front desk at noon and they had room 1128 ready for us. This room was in the north wing facing north which was very quiet and there was no smells very fresh. The smell issue appears to a problem in areas of this hotel as others have written this up. OK now for all the good points. All the rooms and public areas were spotless clean. There was never a problem finding a lounger in the sun or shade on the beach or round the pool. Waiters were continual bring drinks down to the beach or round the pool no need to move far. All drinks were of good quality. I think the best thing about this resort was the food and the staff. The food in all the restaurants including the buffet was the best we have had at an all inclusive resort. The staff could not do enough for you and all appeared enjoy their jobs. The beach is sandy all the way into the water so no issue with rocks. Seaweed was washed up on several days but staff soon had it cleared away. The location of this hotel is ideal for easy access to town just a shady 20 min walk to the center. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Why go anywhere else?

This is our family's third stay at Azul Sensatori, and our second time travelling with another family. The resort continues to impress, with a brand new kids club, new pizza restaurant in the kid's area, a new a la carte menu at Tapaz and extensive changes to the dining room at Le Chique (a restaurant that would be impressive on its own, and I'm sure has no peer at any other all-inclusive resort). The resort is the perfect size: You can get everywhere in a few minutes, but it rarely seems crowd [... read more]ed. Wonderful programming for children during the day, and fun shows at night. Again this year, my six year old could not wait to get to Kid's Club every morning. Staff are warm and welcoming. Blanca (poolside service) was incredibly attentive and always had a smile. Mario (Pizza Dude and Zocalo) and Jose (Zocalo) were great servers, and showed their strong character when, on more than one occasion, we dropped money on the floor at mealtime. The new check-in procedure was great and stress-free. The coffee could still use improvement, though it may be slightly better than last year. The only negative experience would be the hassle in getting beach towels this year, particularly when ones left outside to dry are picked up by staff during the night. I look forward to my next stay.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Everything was perfect

The ground are beautiful. The rooms are very clean. The foods was excellent. The beach is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort, everything was perfect.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great resort

This resort was very clean and the staff wanted to make sure you were comfortable. The resort had everything you need. The Black and White entertainment area was so much fun. The night entertainment was fun right on the beach. Any age group will enjoy this resort

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Loved it!

My husband and I went with two other couples. The resort was very accommodating in keeping us close together which we appreciated. The staff were all so friendly, the grounds are sooo beautiful!! We enjoyed the food (lots of selection at the buffets), I tend to find what I like and stick to it. The Brazilian a la carte is wonderful and a must, we unfortunately missed our Japanese a la carte (had the times mixed up) and couldn't squeeze in at any other time. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Super Resort

We had a problem with a leak in the ceiling in our bedroom, we were moved straight away! This resort is spotless clean, the food amazing and the staff are beautiful people. The entertainment day and night was great and the fact that you can go to the beach, a dolphin show and eat and drink in the other resort was brilliant!

Catalonia Yucatan: Loved our vacation

We stayed at the Catalonia Yucatan Resort and loved it. The buffets and a la cart dinners were all excellent. We loved them all. We had so much fun swimming in the ocean right out front, the snorkelling with all the fish was great. We especially liked the layout of the resort. Not so big that you are walking all day to get somewhere. The rule about not throwing towels down on deck chairs at 5:30 and never returning is gold! Its about time a resort put their foot down on that. Loved it. The staff was great as we always find in Mexico. Would return in a heart beat!

Riu Playacar: One of the best resorts we have been at in18 years

The grounds are being redone,food and drinks were the best.The resort staff ,i mean every person we dealt with could not do enough for you they were all excellent.Pools and ocean were great.All the people in our group rate it 5 star,great job riu on redoing the resort,we will be back.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Back again, it's showing some age but still great!

Food was great, French restaurant was the best, some tiles missing in the pool, great new eco walking trail, great views. Rooms need new couch. VIP or Friends of Sirenis should bring back the French as a perks, otherwise not sure you get anything anymore. Beach sand has shifted so water shoes are essential for the first few feet getting into the water.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing!

This was our 5th visit here. Absolutely nothing could have been better. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and the grounds are spectacular with something for everyone to do! If anything, maybe a softer bed would have been appreciated.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: excellent place

Beautiful resort. Service & food excellent. ENJOYED the monkeys, birds and other tropical animals. The violinest in the lobby-excellent. The resort is well kept. Would go back!! The beach was a little small. Great place for families.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Tons of family fun!

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. The room was large with 2 double beds and 2 singles. Great bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The staff were very professional. We used the kids club almost everyday for a few hours and also used in room babysitting one night. We attended all of the kids evening shows and they were fun! Silly but great fun for little kids. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Exceeded my expectations

This was our first time to Mexico, we have always gone to Punta Cana, the resort was beautiful and clean, as were the grounds, the beach and pools were nice and clean and no crazy sea weed along the beach. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the staff and food were amazing as well ( I think I gained a few pounds lol) we went as three couples and not one of us could complain. Booking with trip central was nice fast and easy. Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Nice Resort

Hotel was very nice. Just walk around the corner to 5th avenue. Great service. Thank you Maria you are fantastic. Beach not so nice. Pool ok. The best thing about this resort is you can go to the town in just a few minutes. It is safe to just walk around and look. Lots of fun.
